They were awesome with my pup who likes to bite, well, bare his teeth I should have said. He hasn't bitten yet. He went right to them because they didnt act scared of him. This place is awesome!

They did a good job bathing my dog but every time I take my dog there she comes home scared which is understandable but this last time she came home like she has been hit and abused. She won't eat. She just shakes. Not cool.

They had the U-Haul I needed and they helped me load my car in the car dolly. I guess their main business is grooming animals and such. I was just happy that they had what I needed to tow my car home. I had taken the hwy 50 trip through Nevada with my uncle and the car did fine until we almost got back to salt lake I was able to limp the car from salt lake to wells Nevada. Then was able to limp it into Jerome Idaho. So thank Windswept Kennels for having what I needed to finish might trip hom

They trim and grind the nails for my two babies, most of the time they do a perfect job, just depends on who is working, I think some workers are more experienced with my baby who has bad anxiety when it comes to his nails

I ended up with a dog in my yard about 2 years ago who needed a bath and H/C badly and they took him on the spot with FABULOUS results!!! And the fee was reasonable!! I no longer live in the area however I am taking my "baby" into the Jerome Vet next month for an "international" Vet Check and will book her here before I come down. Lovely staff and great service!!

They are awesome with our dogs ages 1, 6 & 11. My dog Clancy totally loves going here (6 years old) and they put up with his tipplickle mini schnauzer barking and are extremely gentle with the 11 years old part Maltese mix my mom's got. And do the hair cuts just how you want them. And prices are cheaper than anyone else in the area.

I’ve never boarded my dogs before until now so I was by sure what to expect.They stayed 5 days at Windswept in November. After bringing them home they both developed kennel cough. My oldest (7) got very sick.Took them to the vet and they were treated and given meds. Both are fine.I called Windswept and they were apologetic and said they would step up their cleaning and sanitizing.My Vet said kennel cough was running rampant this year and there’s really no way to completely protect our dogs from it because it airborne.Both dogs were vaccinated for kennel cough prior to boarding. The Vet also said the vaccine is like the flu vaccine, about 50% effective.Overall I believe their stay was good. A few things I think they could improve on;I would have liked to see the kennels, the back room where they are kept, told the routine, exercising schedules...ect.There was basically no information except they needed to be up to date on their vaccinations but no one ever checked.

I am a 100% disabled veteran who was traveling with my wife and 4 children when my vehicle unexpectedly broke down. I called these guys to get a quote on a truck and trailer to tow my vehicle home when the employee told me none of their trucks had the capacity to tow my vehicle. This information led to my family driving over 600 miles with a truck to rent the trailer and tow us home. When we arrived at the shop the owner, who declined to give up his name, told me I HAD to tow it with their truck, which somehow all of a sudden WAS capable of towing my vehicle. When I questioned "what had changed" he became very combative and accused me of trying to scam him and refused to rent me any equipment. So, from my personal experience, this man will leave you and your family high and dry, stranded, for ... pride? He is an un-american piece if garbage in this veteran's opinion. Do yourself a favor and drive the 3 or 4 miles to d&s auto. They are helpful, caring, respectful, and most of all HONEST. Much unlike the windswept kennels.

This is a great place to take your pet however if you want them to polish nails I would say bring your own polish otherwise don't bother.
