Today was not a good day for Kristina sales associate having bad vibes and looked mad. I had, had better service there with other worker's in the store. I'm sorry that you had a bad day but you need to watch how you act with me. I'm sorry I couldn't say anything. I lost my voice so I can't talk. You have better attitude than today. Now for on I'm going to post on every store I go and see how I get treated. And trust me they have treated me worst but back then I did say something. So Kristina have a wonderful day hope you get feeling better. you need a break and get all your stress out go for it It's better

This Dollar Tree is 100 times better than the Twin Falls location. But I have started to notice a slight decline with this store in the last few months. The shelves haven't been as stocked as usual, and the store itself has just been messy. Maybe they just don't have enough employees? I don't know. But it's still one of my favorite stores to shop at. I can usually count on this store to have what I need, and I always seem to find something new.

Went to the Jerome store as I've been told the selection is better than Twin. Wasn't sure it was worth the drive but it definitely is. Better selection and cleaner store.

We were in line at register 2 with about $40 worth of merchandise. The clerk Tammy made a mistake and my husband offered to catch the manager before they left and she started yelling at him because she was frustrated. We left all our merchandise and left the store. Some people shouldn't be in retail.

Wendell has the best family Dollar around the whole magic valley. Great staff! Greetings every time I walk in , clean , organized and friendly environment!! I will not shop at family Dollar unless I'm in Wendell

I think the twin falls store can take lessons from their Jerome store. Everytime I go in the twin falls location its dirty and filthy and the shelves are always empty. I've gone into to Jerome store a couple times cause twin store is so bad, but I don't live in Jerome. Jerome is always clean and stocked, in the summer they can get overstocked with inventory, but at least their shelves aren't empty.

It is said that the store is supposed to be open at 9am on Sunday and the manager that was supposed to open it up doesn't show up for 30 minute later then tell the people oh we don't open up until 10am.

It is only one dollar! The layout of the store needs revamped. And some tender loving care. Staff is always stocking the shelves. So customers end up having to go around piles of boxes and the staff .

The tellers were talking about there boss in a very rude way. The boss acts like she's a queen.. Dirty place just needs some happy, friendly, people
