Very disappointed with the attitude and quality of customer service manifested by the employee who came to help me.(He was an older guy with a very hostile attitude)I needed 4 pieces of chain to be cut, and the gentleman who insisted on helping me to cut the chain flat out refused to cut it for me, but at the same time, he refused to let me help myself.He angrily told me "I will not stand here all day and cut chain for you! Go and do it yourself when you get back to wherever you came from"It is worth mentioning that I am very familiar with the chain cutter as I worked at a hardware store for many years as a young adult. It takes about 30 seconds per cut with a light amount of effort. Also, the employee never received the needed safety Training on how to safely operate the cutter as he cut it on both sides of the link which is forbidden and is dangerous as it sends both sides of the chain link flying through the air at high speedsI attempted to find a manager because I needed the chains immidiately to secure a load, but there were no managers present in the store.Although d&b has been a favorite farm supply store for a long time, this will be my last time coming to this location.

This is a really great stop for anything farm or ranch related, from hardware and tractor implements to attire. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the inventory is vast, and the prices are fair. The only trouble I get into here is that I keep finding more stuff I want. It's a great store.

Very disappointed shopping there. My boyfriend loves to look at tools. He looks for prices to know where to buy certain tools for a better price. Within less than 10 minutes an older gentleman asked us if we were doing okay about 5 times. He continued to roam around the area we were at. My boyfriend was looking at a tool box. Inside and out. The older gentleman literally stood there and stare at my boyfriend. We moved to the pet section he continued to follow us there. We did say we will look for help if we needed any. He continued to look for us in the aisles. At this point we felt extremely uncomfortable. There was plenty of customers in the store but he continued to follow us. This gentleman was watching our hands to see if we stole something. not paying attention to this other gentleman that went in the restroom with merchandise. We do not know if he came out with it just funny he was watching our hands while someone else was maybe doing the stealing. We were the only Latinos in the store so we felt targeted and extremely uncomfortable. Shame.

DB’s in Twin is a good store, lots of inventory catering to farm and ranch operations. The only problem I have is they can be a bit greedy. My propane weed burner didn’t work. It kept flaming out. I know quite a bit about burners and am sure the design or is defective. They apparently couldn’t do anything. I bought a $2000 Behlen mower. They damaged it getting it onto my trailer. They didn’t want to do anything about it. Unfortunately, warranties offered by big business these days seem to be empty promises or meaningless ‘sales puffery’ and DB Supply seems to following that trend. It’s also kind of annoying that they don’t care about large price differences. For example, ValleyVet online usually beats their prices by 15% (on Fusion clippers, for example)

I’d like to say that the lady who works out in the garden department is amazing. She has always been so nice and helpful. I purchased a tree today, and she really took the time to be right there to help me. And the cashier was also super helpful! This shop has fantastic customer service, and I will most definitely be back. Thank you so much for taking care of me today! I only regret not getting names so I could properly give them the kudos they deserve.

Went in to get a new pair of work boots. Was very disappointed by the customer service. They were missing the size I was looking for and went to find assistance.Found an employee however, I guess the conversation with a friend about last night's bar outing was more important. Took my business to twin falls. First time being in the Jerome store and wont be going back.

Helpful staff and extremely easy to talk to even if your dad sends you with a pipe and says," here I don't have time to get it ask if one of the employees can help you" and sure enough everytime I ask for help on what ever my dad sends me to get or parts to fix I get so much help and ideas to better fix the project I'm doing.

Our daughter ripped her coat this weekend and we searched everywhere in Jerome with no luck. Everyone has their summer clothes out now. I went into the D and B in Jerome and Jordyn was able to help me! She went above and beyond. She went to their storage and got out a coat for us. Not only was the customer service outstanding but the quality of the coat is great as well. We will be buying all our children’s coats here next season.
