Employees are great here, but web site is terrible, you hit website for Ace Hardware, does search for Ridley grocery, hit local zip, ( in Idaho)takes to Colorado? Put in 2 x 4 wooden stud , gutter drains come up! Have the intestinal fortitude to say no search results, or rephrase search

Been coming here since I moved in, I needed something and the employee went out of his way to get me what I needed despite it being out of stock when I got home and used the product it worked for exactly what I needed it for and the chocolate bar was a good bargaining chip for my lady, it's hard to find people who go out of their way like that it's harder to find it in a chain store I'm glad I'm not too far from this store as I will come back for more years to come

Has the best selection of accessories in the area for a bunch of different tools especially Dremel products. Lowes in Twin falls can kind of compete with their Dremel bits but overall this place has them beat. They also carry chemicals you usually can't find at the other hardware stores including 99% isopropyl alcohol by the gallon. All that on top of great customer service make this the place to go for anything hardware

They have a variety of things that other stores don't carry. This store lacks customer service. I went in for some locking Pliers but found that they were locked up so I went to the cashier but he was in the phone and kind of acknowledged me but didn't say anything and continued in the phone without talking so makes me wonder if anyone was on the other line so I waited another 10 min to give him the benefit of the doubt but he didn't try to call another employee to help. I left after felt like they didn't want my business.

The employee at the checkout counter had a bad attitude. He took his anger and frustration out on me because he had to work and all I wanted was a couple of bags of wood pellets.

The store has had some issues since opening such as employees not knowing much about hardware, however, they are improving. Like any new store, it will take some time to get running smoothly. I have seen a big improvement since they opened. And I sure do not miss having to drive to Twin Falls for products I can now get right down the street. I am giving 5 stars for the improvement and the store's potential in the future.

A quick little go to place when your doing jobs around the house and don't want to make a trip to Twin Falls. Their limited on what they carry, but always a good first stop to save you a longer drive. Their prices are a little higher than the big box stores.

No customer service you have to ring a bell to get service, I wanted to buy a tree, they have 25% off and I seen a guy with a tag ridleys on his shirt as I was looking at the trees but he didn't offer help or greet me

Reasonable prices .. but the confusion caused by the receipt with the LOGO "RIDLEY'S" at the top of it caused me to question my sanity... I could not remember stopping at RIDLEY'S that day.... 51 is a bit too early to be loosing my mind.... And google maps verified for me that I did not cheat on Albertsons that day. Ace is the place , but it is just a place like everyplace nowadays, a place where you have to hide your face... Mask up, mask down, mask left or mask right, no matter how you see it, the mask it's just all wrong..... They have muzzled us.... Sshhh.

Went there 18 min before 8, it was an emergency- and they were already closed. The employees just started at us through the doors.
