Gross! I typically don't shop at safeway, but was in a pinch and picked up a sandwich from this location. $7 for a half hoagie with nasty wilty old lettuce - and who knows how old the meat was. Felt bad even giving it to my dog.

I'm a tired hospital employee who needs groceries so I placed an order for pickup for on my way home and chose the latest possible pickup time of 1800 since surgeries are unpredictable for time and I was worried I would be late. My order was ready at 1525. I was finally able to leave the hospital and arrived at Albertsons at 645 and notified the store I was in parking space 2 and given a code to show the associate and notified they would be out shortly. I waited 45 minutes then called the store a few times with no answer then left at 1940. When I got home, I chatted with a customer service representative because I saw they had charged me $190 for groceries I did not receive. The charge will remain there for 5 days so now I have to go grocery shopping anyway and I'm out $190 for nothing for days and they'll do nothing to make this right.

I received superior service by Anya and Jennifer! They both went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and happy with my purchases.Normally I shop at another store, Fred Meyer as they are closer to home. But frankly they are rude, don’t talk to you, they walk right by you, and they just don’t care anymore. I know it’s due to staff shortages but so are other places.I’ll be shopping at Albertsons in Hayden from now on. Kindness counts! You guys are amazing. You get my business and money every time. Keep going! ✨✨✨✨✨

The store offers a "Customer Satisfaction" survey on the pin pad occasionally during your transaction. I have been asked to step aside multiple times only to watch the Self Checkout attendant take my survey for me, giving them the best review.Says a lot about what I would have pressed. 👎

I usually shop here and this particular time I just had a few things in the basket. The bagger bag two bags for me and said here you go gave me both bags told me to have a nice day. I went home put the stuff on the counter didn’t think about it then a little bit later getting ready to make dinner. Noticed my bacon was not in my bag. Called the store they said yes they have the bacon that was left behind but I needed a receipt. My daughter is at the store trying to get it for me but they’re saying I need to produce a receipt. Even though I called them and told them I missing the bacon and they said that they have it there. Coincidence I think not! The girl on the phone was extremely rude and belittling. She said it should be OK for your daughter to grab it but she couldn’t guarantee it. All snotty like. All for 6.99 bacon. She was annoyed because she told me she was just about ready to leave for the day and doesn’t have time so she’ll pass it onto the next person to handle. I am completely irritated. Looks like I’ll be shopping at Super One. There’s no need to be rude people.. People just need to be kind.

Rude employees, confusing prices!Started shopping here recently to take advantage of savings on their app. Only shopped twice and both times had a rude cashier. Got home and studied my receipt and saw that a few things I thought were on sale required a coupon from the app. I returned the items (I didnt want them if they were going to be full price) and even the lady at customer service was rude. Won't be going back! Sticking with Super One- the prices are what is marked, no clubs or coupons or apps required. Nice people there, too

Great Rx, stupid retail prices for groceries cheaper at local stores. I gave it 5 because it's on my way home and is minimally out of my way to grab that random thing the wife needs for dinner and their pharmacist is da bomb. They will battle hard for the best price on your Rx there.

Most visits to the Hayden store we buy items on sale. When checking out the prices do not get adjusted on screen as items are scanned at the register. When questioned, the cashier states that it will be updated later. Always, when we get home we see that it was not discounted and we have to return to Customer Service counter to obtain our refund. There appears to me to be errors in sale pricing in their computer system. There is also a lack of concern by the many cashiers to ensure customers are charged the correct price. They have great organic vegetables or I would shop elsewhere and not deal with the pricing errors.

I've been coming into this Albertsons before work. Usually it's very early... like 6am in the morning a few times a month. I'm giving them 5 stars, but they really deserve 100 stars for knowledgeable outstanding customer service! They are the only store in town that I can say on a 100% of my visits every employee genuinely offers to help me. Sometimes I do need help and appreciate the friendly customer service I'm given. Even the busy gentlemen stocking shelves always stop to ask if I need help,and take the time to politely show me where a product is. The cashiers are always professional and helpful too.This consistent high level of customer service is rare these days. You certainly won't find it at big box stores. Thank you Albertsons for truly caring about your customers . I appreciate you! I highly recommend this store for service, cleanliness and high quality products!

Store is very stuffy and aisles are narrow in my opinion. Our cashier was very stuff with absolutely no sense of humor. She may have been overworked as most people are in this environment. The seafood section did not smell very good. This store just has the feeling of being old and stale. Staff is not very happy. This is usually a direct reflection on management and improper training.

I don't usually shop here as there are several stores closer to my home, I was beyond shocked at the heavily inflated pricing! Yes we are in a recession but the pricing on EVERYTHING from bread and produce to dairy and lunch meat were roughly $1-$3 more per item then other local grocery stores in our area. I was very sad to see a bigger chain gouging like that

Stopped in for a couple items and needed to use the restroom while there. Unfortunately the restrooms aren't marked at all, and after walking the whole perimeter of the store, we finally found an employee to ask (who was really friendly and helpful). The restroom it's self was very messy and dirty: trash on the floor, rolls of toilet paper on the ground, overfull trashcans, etc. Not a pleasant experience and definitely won't be going back in the near future.

Albertsons in Hayden is a great store. It's clean and all the employees are fantastic. Their selection is really good and the produce and meat department are beautiful! Very fresh and the selection is wonderful. Thankyou for what you all there do especially when you were working long hours during our covid19 crisis. I truly appreciated all of your dedication to your company and the customers!❤

I lost my receipt so I can't do the online survey but I hope someone sees this! Joanne in the floral department is a very talented and sweetest woman! She did an arrangement for me and it looks amazing! Helped me pick the flowers myself and then arranged them beautifully!! Highly recommend going to see her if your looking for flowers to put together!

Albertsons is a good grocery store. It seems to have just about everything I want or need except Coconut Bliss dessert and a great Gluten Free Organic Non-GMO seeded bread! But the store is clean, fairly well organized and always well stocked. Cashiers are nice, people are always helpful here. Also a good place to recycle used plastic grocery bags!

It was an overall decent store very organized and easy to navigate, there fried chicken was to die for. However there women's bathroom was a nightmare, there was dirt every were and in some places puddles of what I hope is water. I found this extremely funny because on the door was a plaque saying how much pride they take in there bathrooms.

Love Albertsons there friendly and the store is clean . Most of the time I can find what I'm looking for and get it and get cashed out quickly. They have great prices on mostly everything. They have produce that is really fresh most of the time . And there prices are great . And on mondays they have cheap chicken so you can buy a hot meal so you dont have to cook on a hard Monday night . Sounds great to me . How about you ? . Cannot stand the prices in this place! If your a family on a budget, or a single person on a budget... This is not the store for it. They price high, have this "sale" that brings it to a normal margin and then say you saved money... Which if you shop around and budget, know that you didn't save squat here. Used to go here a lot as a kid and there was lots of friendly helpful staff, and now it feels more like a ghost store.

Competetive prices available if you watch the sales and use the app for digital offers/coupons. Often cool stuff in clearance section which you can find back by the deli counter and often in the frozen aisles on tables. Excellent rewards program where you choose cash applied to your order or fuel rewards. Some really helpful employees especially in meat/seafood. Nice selection of products for Passover/Hanukkah / Rosh Hashanah etc...

After waiting in line, The lady that was checking in the 15 items or less told us to go to another line because we had to many items. I counted and we only had 12. We then waited in the 2nd line and he was very fast and efficient. I'm not sure what her problem was.
