Larger than Albertsons in Lake Arrowhead CA !Better organized. Exceptionally clean. Staff knows where products are shelved. A most impressive example of what Albertson strives to achieve . Wish it were so at their other locations. The Deli dept staff deserves an extra warm fuzzy they have gone beyond highest expectations. Bravo!

Worst Albertsons there is. Invested with rats you can see the traps all over the place and sometimes can even see them running around the place. Disorganized rude management. Dirty. Overpriced. One of the manger is very rude and unwilling to help

Stopped by to get a few things that i needed before making the long trip back to Challis! This store has everything you need! The store has long long aisles of food and products for whatever your needs! Even a sushi bar! Super awesome with great employees and friendly people!

I purchased a spicy California roll yesterday 3/1/24. I had one two weeks ago it was excellent but the one that I got yesterday was dried out, the wasabi was a beige color and there was 1/2 a slice of ginger. I called and spoke to the sushi chef this morning on Saturday and he said he made it fresh. He did not offer me anything for the $8 that I spent on the worst sushi roll I've ever had. Very disappointed. Will contact management...

Good selection. The cashier was unable to give me a discount on the Fresca 6-pack. I guess the register didn't ring it up right. Kind of annoying. Next time I will take a picture of the discounted price, so that no mistake can be made.

MacIntosh apples are being sold as Honey Crisp, and they have been for months. They have HC stickers, and everything. I have been trying to alert someone for months, and they aren't the only store being sold fraudulent apples. Nobody cares. I'm actually convinced I'll never see a HC apple again. So, thanks for that, I guess. Severely impacted my experience, and my rating. Whatever...

Typically all the Albertsons I go to have a better selection of food and drinks. This place seemed to lack variety and was out of stock on many items that I typically enjoy when I go to Albertsons in my hometown.

I used to love this store. Now the deli looks like a third world country. This store has so many illegal people working back there. My brother was standing in line waiting and all these Peruvians came and the people behind the counter ignored my brother who was next and helped the other people. Shame on you Albertsons do better

I went in today to buy some cereal, I didn’t really know where the aisle was. I asked this worker named Yarin. He was so polite and help me. Costumer service amazing. I recommend this Albertsons!

The aisles are so narrow and then they have stocking carts and displays in the way, simply navigating through the store is hard.

No one was in the bakery but we really wanted caramel apples and the gentleman that was in the self checkout came over and helped us out and took care of us in the best way that he knew how. The caramel apples were amazing he was right by using the donut bags they were intact. Thank you so much I'm sorry we didn't get your name but you were amazing! We went in on Friday night around 9:00

The Alberson's in Hailey is a very nice store. It is well stocked and the employees are very nice and always helpful. Prices are higher here in the Wood River Valley, but this Albertson's does a good job of keeping prices reasonable. It does get crowded in late afternoons, but that's the way it goes when you are popular.

I have to buy my produce here and it always spoils so quickly. I get very frustrated throwing out so much of it. It is not that I do not use it quick enough. It is just old when it gets there. I bought a yellow bell pepper to put in a salad for our dinner that night and when i cut into it, it was moldy already. There flowers are the same way many times. The petals fall off very quickly. Also, watch the prices at the check out. I have been charged double several times and many times the prices are not the same. I really dislike this store and try my hardest to shop anywhere but there must of the time.

Friendly staff, clean store and a wide selection of everything that we needed and didn't. Kept buying them out of our favorite Payette beer every day, but they'd have more on the shelf the next day. Awesome!

All of the employees are friendly, helpful and very energetic. My only reason behind giving it a 3 star is due to lack of face mask requirements. Over 60+ people in the store and 15% wear masks.

This store is always packed and hard to navigate. Their organization and layout is horrible. You can't fit two carts side by side. I spend thirty minutes in there when I need 3 things because it such a disaster. I always regret going in here.

The employees are very nice, the store is always clean, produce, meat department, deli and bakery are great. Also there is a growler station, pharmacy, floral department, and pharmacy. We often get things from the deli, and the bakery. Their fresh french bread is so yummy.

Even though this is the largest grocery store in our little valley, it still feels like small town Idaho. Friendly, familiar and very helpful staff generally. Sometimes cashiers can be a bit despondent, but I can't really blame them as they work long days and this place can be insanely busy at times. I would recommend checking your receipt as I often catch mistakes (seem more often caused by erroneous back office programming and rarely cashier negligence).

Much drama with ever changing staff. If it's not on sale the price may be quite high. Always wanting my phone number, or wanting me to play games. But also some nice people....however even they looked stressed.

The lady in the beef station who worked around 2.00-3.00 pm said the word ”SHIT” to me. I just bought a lot of beef because I had to. It was my wrong to buy numerous beef?? Or that is your job?? Orr I made you work hard?? If you want to limit me, just tell me a policy. You told me like I a criminal. Preparing work is your job? Thank you

I’m a local. I don’t like Albertsons. It has very strange organization. Not only is ATKINSON’S better (as it is a local business), but they treat their employees better too. I know some people who have worked at Albertsons in the past and the management was not supportive of them, nor were they organized. If you’re going through Hailey, please take a two minute drive south to ATKINSON’S, where the food is better and they’re good to their employees.

Just cause now they belong to a big chain of stores, the prices are not as high as before. And that's a good thing, specially cause we don't have to drive to Twin Falls for groceries. Al's the new app that gives you discounts is great. Friendly staff

Prices are crazy! Most staff isn't very helpful. Top shelves to high for short people like me & alot of others I know. We get aggravated when we cant reach it & know one helps! We just walk away not buying those items.
