Super uneducated on the fish they sell and how to maintain healthy tanks. They mark their prices up by at least 150%-200%. Many of their small animals are not housed correctly. Jason does as good of a job as he can I guess, but his wife is a jealous b****. The owner is horrible at communication. They don't care about you, they only care about the money.

Last week I bought a dog pack and a new leash. On my 5 hour hike with my dog the metal portion of the pack broke consequently allowing the leash to separate from the pack and my dog. I brought it back to the store to return it 10 minutes ago and got treated poorly and accused of just using it for a trip and returning it. I told the man he can think whatever he'd like to think but i'm not returning the other item i purchased because there isn't a need to, but, holding in my hand the broken piece (bent metal loop), explained that this is what needs returned because it broke on "the trip". He raised his voice at me and announced "I will think what I want to think because I'M THE OWNER!" I'm thinking to myself, "I could careless you are the owner, how is that even important?"...he glared at me as i was walking back to my car...I gave it a 2 star because in the end he did refund it for me.

Very nice store. An employee was generous in his conversation and very helpful. They don't have too many pets in at a time, but you can order one from them if you ask

I used the dog washing facilities. It's $10 for ten minutes of water. The only way to dry your dog it with a very loud blow drier. So if you have a dog that is fearful of insanely loud mechanical noises, you're kind of screwed. There were no towels.
