Very quick and very affordable nail trim. Walking in no one greeted me- the receptionist didn’t even look at me. After asking for a nail trim a lady came up and very quickly ambushed my dog and began clipping right in the lobby. My dog is very friendly but she didn’t even speak to us and was so quick to grab him we both got scared. Then after she was done she left and the receptionist didn’t ask for payment- I had to initiate again. No thank you, nothing. While I appreciate the speed and price, the lack of communication and customer service was frightening.

I paid $45 my puppy was baths I was told his nails were cut they were not, trim was the worst when brought my 4 month old puppy home I had to trim some areas that looked the worst this was the first and last time I bring my baby to get groomed at least to this place I will take him to

We walked in and the owner was so quick about clipping his nails. Not one nail had a problem. We were in and out with no appointment. Can’t beat the price either. Our pug Franklin as well as us were satisfied

Be carful my freind took her poodle/yorkie mix and when she picker up she was told her ear got nicked but they took a chunk out of Lillas ear I will not take my Yorkie there

I had an appointment at 10:30, it was 5:00 pm by the time I decided to get my dog.I don't think she was done grooming my dog, hair cut is terrible which she warned me I may not like it before I brought my dog out. I asked just follow prior cut and just trim half the length, end result not even close to what I asked.This grooming place is just 5 min from my home and I am new at this biz, but this is the first time I use the service and the last one.

I found her in the phone book and saw some reviews saying she took walk ins so I called her and I was able to bring my Chihuahua in at the spur of the moment to get his nails trimmed! She was very nice and she had his nails trimmed very quickly and I was in and out of there in probably 15 minutes at most!

Great 1st time experience. Listened to the summer cut I wanted for my Scottie’s. When I returned I was very pleased. Exactly how I wanted them cut. Very reasonable price and got a appointment Quickly!!!I called several places and a minimum wait of 2 weeks. Most did not return my Call. Caitlyn was GREAT.

Love love love taking our dogs to Caitlyn! Shes the best groomer we've found and our dogs love her! That alone says alot. Our dogs have always been scared elsewhere. Wouldn't go anywhere else. She always gets em looking pretty and smelling good.

I have a rescue fearful boxer and a shelter dog. They have emotional and fearful issues! Caitlyn has been amazing working and trimming their nails! I love that she is none judgemental and meets the dogs where they are emotionally and behaviorally! I am thankful for her🙏🙏🙏💖💞

"Wow. That chick is like expert level nail trimmer. I thought she'd take them in, get them on the table, take a while. Nope. She just bent down, kind of held them and snip-snip-snip.
