They installed my flatbed and left rear bolts off need that attach to tow hitch. Tried to tow a trailer and out bent my frame and hitch all up. Told them they argued with e that they replace all bolts they remove work new ones and wouldn’t pay to get it fixed and then never answered my calls except to rudely say that i need to contact their insurance and want gonna give me the insurance number until i asked. Still waiting for them to pay for their mess up 30 days later.

These folks are AWESOME! After multiple attempts over multiple days to order parts over the phone through our local Utah distributor, we started looking at other options. Less than five minutes on the phone here and they had everything figured out and parts on the way! We couldn't be happier and we'll be utilizing Canyon as much as possible moving forward. Would definitely recommend.

All I needed was a snow plow. Because I wanted a different snow plow after 12 hours of thought and reconsideration I was told he would not do business with me. No conversation and no questions. He simply mischaracterized me and was entirely unreasonable. Not at all professional and very unstable. His claim is he would be stuck with the plow that he ordered, which was wrong. Not sure if Scott is too stressed or not capable of conversation. I read other reviews that showed a very inconsistent level of workmanship and product from Scott's Company. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he seemed reasonable and I know many reviews for not reasonable. I'm happy to pay more money for good service and good product because I am too busy to deal with that much dysfunction in business. There are two phone numbers I can find for this business online. Either one you call the voice mail boxes are full always. So you can't leave a message and more than half the time that I call nobody answered and then when you do communicate you get irrational ideas part of the time they're not congruent with reality. Voicemails or a great tool to communicate with customers so that a company can get timely information. Also an issue in my interactions with them was being able to communicate Timely. You are dependent upon them answering the phone based on their whims with no ability to send an email or leave a voicemail so that they can receive information. When you're dealing with $5,000 and up products and installations communication is very important. Between Cobalt truck Equipment, utility trailer sales, and Horizon Landscape equipment, I think I can live without Canyon Truck upfitters.

I delivered an Izusu to have a dump bed installed at the end of October. I was given a quote of $12k and a completion date of around a month. It is now close to April and I am still waiting for Scott to get back to me because I made the mistake of paying early for tax reasons. He and his secretary won't take my calls and or call me back so I am reaching out now on social media to see if maybe they run across this post....hey Scott, I didn't see you this Saturday to install the tarp you promised after waiting a month for the "damaged tarp arm." I am now losing delivery customers from D&B Supply and others that I told I had a delivery truck. You have my number, please call me or let me know that you would just like to visit a courtroom instead.

This place is horrible to work with I had been waiting for a few months over 3 months for them to replace my latter whack I show up-to-date they claim they cannot get the right ladder rack which I find very odd because a richly came from utility trailer Boise I called you chill the trailer Boise they have the latter rock that I need I will never do business with these people they don't know how to take care of any body and I believed a lie
