I have a 4 month old and I had to get my windshield replaced. I was prepared to wait for them to finish my car and entertain my son in their waiting room, but they followed me home and picked up my car for me and then delivered it back when they were done. They also send out an awesome coupon every month, so I got a great discount for great quality and great service! Every detail down to the receptionist who made my appointment was exceptional! I will definitely go here-and recommend this place- for anyone’s auto glass needs!

I stopped in to set an appointment to have a rock chip fixed in my windshield. Twenty minutes later I was leaving with a fixed windshield. I thought that Terri was just going out to look 👀 at it and she had it fixed in about 15 minutes. She did a great job !!!

Ben was great, the waiting room was nice, and they got it done in 15 minutes (two chips). He tried running my insurance multiple times when my card was outdated, and the chips he fixed look good. Also, my brother Owned a rock chip repair business and the going rate was at least 50$ for his business and more for big ones. This was only 37$ per chip! Great deal. Usually at a car work shop you get really gruff mean guys with awful service, Ben was really nice talked to me about his folks, told me some cool places to check out (since I just moved here), and was personable. I recommend this place (the burley location).

The employees are always professional. We had to get a new windshield last year and this year. Our windshield has some tech on it that requires balancing and some other stuff. They had it done within a couple of hours.

Nu Vu came out quickly after I called to give me a quote for 2 broken egress windows. I spoke to a Miles or Niles & he was very kind & friendly. He explained everything thoroughly, including pricing. It did take a week or 2 for someone to be available to come out to do the repair, but I think that's just because they were very busy. I was worried wind & snow would've caused them to cancel, but Greg showed up right on time & got right to work. He was kind to my dog & kiddos & was very friendly. The windows/screens look good, as far as I can tell. Overall a great experience & I would recommend them.

This is the very first time that I have used Nuvu Glass for our window cleaning. We have not cleaned the windows in approximately 10 years. They were covered with hard water stains from the sprinklers. We now have such crystal clear windows that it appears there is no glass in them it's absolutely beautiful. I was so thrilled with the professional work that was done period the man who came to the house was extremely polite and courteous and did things for us that were just very very nice I am thrilled with the service and will have him back every 6 months at least.

We built a home and got all of our doors, hardware, and windows from NuVu. They were great to work with. Matt Harper helped us figure out which windows would be best for our needs and also came back repeated times if we had questions about certain aspects of installation (as we did a lot of things on our own) The pricing was fair and the service was great. I highly recommend them.

Came in to get a rock chip filled while on a road trip to Boise. The staff were helpful and friendly, but while trying to fix the crack, somehow it spread to the edge and further down the windshield and is now unfixable. They didn’t charge me for it, but now it’ll cost me $300 for a new windshield instead of ~50 for a chip repair. I was told the manager would call me and let me know about maybe getting a deal on a new windshield, but never received a call.

Last summer a rogue lawnmower threw a few rocks that wiped out 2 of our cars windows. NuVu got us in quickly and we had our cars back in no time. Their prices were much better than anywhere else that I had called. At pickup they were even less than what I had been quoted.Soon after that I got a rockchip on vacation that quickly cracked across my windshield before I could get it filled. We knew just who to call. Robbie is always friendly and works quickly so you aren't left without a car.
