This store is amazing. Dan and Jim at the gun counter always greet me with a friendly smile and take time to visit and make sure I get exactly what I need. If they don’t have it they will get it. I recently was disappointed in them not having a product I wanted from a sales add. The manager Jonathan West went out of his way to track me down and ordered it in for me to make sure I was taken care of. What an amazing man. He did not have to do that but he did. Very impressed with this kind of customer service.

Earlier today, I went to Cal-ranch with an 11-year-old to buy some chickens. Regrettably, we came across an employee who showed a great deal of disrespect. He had no filter and used offensive language in front of several children. To add to the problem, he even suggested that the child I was with should be muzzled, comparing them to dogs. Furthermore. He also handled the chicks roughly.

we'll look can you guys help me out tho customer service wasnt no help and the store definitely wasn't help i talked to the manager in burley and he dismissed so can i speak to regional manager or the owner please ?horrible experience i bought some boots with cash i lost the receipt my grandmothers house burned down so i'm trying to send her money and i never once weared these boots tags are on and everything so i go in to return them and the cashier rudely says save your sob story you don't have the receipt i emailed to get help and still haven't gotten help im really ashamed

Absolutely the worst online purchasing experience I've ever had. Took over two weeks to get my package delivered to the next state over (a 10 hour drive). The package sat at the store the entire time with zero urgency to deliver what the customer had ordered. No tracking information was given for the package and if I hadn't been persistent on asking questions, I feel like my package would still have not arrived. I felt like I was being scammed. Management should explain to staff what customer service is, and the importance of their customers to the business. I will not purchase from this company again.

I would like to let you know how bad your customer service is in your Burley Idaho sporting goods section is. I was standing there for 5 minutes and the only one there why'll the lady there was standing there on her phone and wouldn't even acknowledge me as I was going to buy ammo. But as soon as someone that she knew came by she all of a sudden put her phone away and started talking to them. This is when I said that I guess you don't want my business and I left. I quit shopping with you guys years ago because of this same lady and thought I would give you a try once again, but I guess no one cares if you spend your money locally anymore. Funny thing is I needed other stuff from your store and I did not buy that stuff either. I will take my money elsewhere.

Walked to the front door to purchase a Coleman motor bike. Two ladies were walking out and said they were closed. It was the last day of the sale, they said to call back the next day and they thought the store would honor the deal. NopeNope

I work construction in the snow and travel for a living. I'm glad this store exist, especially in a small town. They have so much winter clothes like Carhartt and another brand I think is call bear and it's warm as hell also. You need work gear or winter gear. This is the spot.

Every once in a while you come across someone who goes above and beyond. I recently had an issue with a grill I bought at this location. The manager Cheyenne helped me with such professionalism and grace! She communicated with me often and was always polite and kind on the phone!! Thank you so much!

It's convenient and most of the staff are very friendly, but that's about it. Every time I'm in there it seems like something I needed is mis priced to be cheaper but when I check out it's more expensive. And whoever runs the website needs to make sure that inventory matches the store. I now have to drive excessively out of my way to pick something up even though the website says my store should have it.

Found everything I needed and Taylor, I believe was his name, went out of his way to help me load some boxes into the back of my truck. He didn't have to, but he stopped to lend a hand and I just wanted to say thank you for that high level of customer service.

The associates don’t help at all. I needed help finding an item that my mother gets all the tim there. The first one ignored me to tend to his popcorn machine and when I went up to the register to ask for help the woman scowled at me and remained silent as I tried to explain the item to her. When I waited for her reply she just stared at me till I left the register, it was very awkward. She had the audacity to shout at me as I left the store though. I’ll never come back.

Such a good store with plenty of necessities for your daily life. Take a minute to go shopping or if you know what you need in mind I'm sure they have it. Great place for your farm animal necessities or pets, a great store for clothing and my favorite, fishing. Friendly and helpful staff. And usually clean. Also a great place for you gun enthusiasts.

Good customer service. My dad and I come here frequently to get parts for many projects. Nice staff. Very friendly. Expensive line of clothes though. Chick season is in the spring. Got all our ducks and chickens here for the last several years.

I really like this store. Very unusual items of all kinds not found at other stores. Only downfall is they are very high priced on clothing. Cute stuff but not so much for the price. Sticker shock. Customer service depends on who you get. Some as re very helpful and friendly. Some are rude as if they dont like their job. Do not feed your dogs farmers choice which was recommend by them. Made all my dogs sick with the runs. Avoid it.

The cashier that cashed me out was hella rude. She just threw da jacket I purchased in the bag and thru the bag at me. If you're gonna have an attitude than why work in customer service. I shudda got her name but I tend not to care for ppl like that, it's a Nice store but ppl like her ruin places like that. Yeah I get it, it's hard to work in customer service, can't please everyone, but when someone comes up to you with a friendly attitude don't be a witch to them.

We went to the grand opening and won free drinks and treats! They also had a lot of discounts and all of the workers were super helpful in getting us what we needed! We were mostly looking at guns and bullets and the lady who was working in that section did an awesome job!

Absolutely love this store! Was doing some pre-christmas shopping, and I was very pleased with the pricing that they have. They have a little bit of everything there, and the store is fun to just wander around and gawk. Store is clean, and pretty well organized. Staff is super friendly, and I always get a good vibe here. Other places could take a page from their playbook!

Very poor customer service. Went there to purchase my first gun. The gentlemen that was helping me wasn't very happy when I said I was going to walk around the store and think for a minute because, honestly, he was being so pushy about me deciding on what I wanted. He made a sexist comment and I was humiliated in front of the other customers. I will never go there again.

Cal is a store for everything you need. They are willing to price match their competitors and all in all are pretty friendly. The only bad experience I had there was with Hal who apparently doesn't want to do his job and will walk away from customers because it's not fair that he has to work. I would have gave 4 stars but the only thing Hal has done successfully is loose a star for C-A-L Ranch.

I would put 0 stars if I could. The service is ridiculously bad, they never have any actual knowledge on their products, and the prices are outrageous. I asked an employee to save two turkeys we live 25 miles away on a farm and they didn't even try! They just said "oh darn maybe next time." After we drove all the way to town. Waste of our time. They also told us to use the wrong bedding when we started raising ducks and killed our ducks. I could go on and on. I am not impressed with their customer service. I've been patient and kind and have received only frustration and waste if my money. I recommend just driving to D and B in Twin Falls. Don't waste your time here.

Cal Ranch is that eveything department store with the outdoor emphasis. Not just farm or ranching gear. They also have a great pet section, lawn and garden, and the best Dutch Oven selection in town. Staff is beyond friendly and store is pet friendly
