Was there over the weekend for a convention. The staff was great. Cali served us and the team was very responsive. The food was tasty and the chef was gracious. The general manager did not keep the commitment her staff made to provide rooms in the Inn and moved everyone to the Budget Motel. Bad move in my mind not to have the back of your staff team and keep your word. We ended up paying to upgrade, but everyone else was great.

Not much sleep..The room was clean, but the noise was terrible. Car noise in evening, people talking , water running, waking noise from other rooms. Thin walls.Breakfast normal.One thing I'm finding with Best Western is they rarely honor the price listed online. It is always higher when we get to the hotel. We don't reserve ahead of time because we never know where we will be but we can look up the price 20 min ahead of time and then get there and the price is always $30-$40 more.This hotel should have been cheep considering the noise problem not $150.Rooms: Very, very noisy, we didn't get much sleep for $150!Food & drinks: Breakfast was normal, average.Noteworthy details: Best Western never seems to honor the prices listed on line. When you get to hotel they always seem to be $30-$40 more than what was listed, be warned.This place was very noisy but clean.

The only reason for my stay to not have been 100% is that the clerk at front desk was a young man who did nothing but be in his phone, when I called ahead to have my towels extra put in my room, when I arrived he tossed them at my already full hands. We have never had a bad experience in this hotel before this and I’ve stayed four times now on my travels. We still love Best Western ❤️Rooms: So clean and Beautiful

The receptionist was so helpful, friendly and genuine. I had to stop at this location due to a blizzard with severe road conditions. The receptionist attempted to call the other hotel for me to assist me in getting a refund and confirm the unsafe road hazards. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. The tv was a nice size, too. There is a little area to walk dogs as well. Although I could hear some noise from the other room, the price is fair, and I had a good experience. Especially after the other hotel would not accommodate a refund, (BW Mountain View Inn Springville, Utah) the kindness and accommodation were very appreciated. The location is convenient, too.Food & drinks: Perkin's next door with a little discount if you are a guest at the hotel. Gas station and other stores local as well.

If you are here for a convention, great. If you are too tired to continue traveling and just need sleep...do *NOT* stay here. The convention attendees were VERY loud, past midnight. Staff didn't do anything about it. I will not cross their threshold again. And I generally like BW....but not this one. I won't be back and I can't recommend anyone else visit either unless you're going to be one of the rude, loud convention attendees.

I was so delightfully surprised by the quality of this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and the bed so soft.I’m critical of hotels because they take so much effort to run well. The room was well stocked, clean and they thought about things that most hotels miss, including a comfortable work chair at the desk.I strongly recommend them.

Location is close to the freeway and close to a couple gas stations.There's a tasty restaurant connected.There's a bar inside of your into that.We attended an event in the conference center and it was nice.We Attended another event put on by the local Cornhole club, the facility was nice and clean, and the hot wings were pretty tasty.

This is such a nice hotel! The rooms are very clean, and have all the essentials and more. I rarely iron, but it was so nice that they have an iron board and an iron when I need it. Entry to the room is from outdoors, which I love and the best part is they have a beautiful court yard with outdoor pool, volleyball net and other kids games, beautiful staircases. As a person who loves to take photos I found this place to be ideal. Love it, highly recommend it 👌

The hotel is dated and feels a little old. Our room was in the main building on the second floor. They told us they don't have an elevator??? How do you have a modern hotel and expect everyone to carry all their bags up the stairs? Plus, how is that but a huge ADA issue (maybe the age of the hotel let's them get past that requirement?)The breakfast was great. While it was very similar to other hotel breakfasts, it seemed cleaner and better stocked.

I got a single king size bed with a court yard view. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean and the coffee maker that was in my room had k cups that was nice. Their hot tub was very enjoyable, the lights in it change colors which I thought was awesome. We sat under the moon and stars enjoying our night and they even had a little fire going out in the court yard which made the night that much better! Also the breakfast was great and they had so many options! The staff were very polite and they are pet friendly which is great when you travel with pets.

The room was very clean and the check-in process was easy. The clerk offered a different room upon check in away from the Spud Cellar, where there would be karaoke until 1am (They do this once a month, I think). We really appreciated that! However, our room faced the courtyard where there's a pool and volleyball court and so we were in our room while there were screaming kids outside for four hours. Also, the wifi was very slow for us. Breakfast was good. If you're looking for a clean, safe room, you can find it here!

The bed was so comfy!! Rooms were really clean. Did I mention the bed was amazing? Lol Our room was well organized and had everything we needed. The service was very accommodating. I had forgotten an item in our room, and they mailed it back immediately. Great place if you're traveling and need a place right off the highway. Great variety of food options, including a restaurant within minutes.

Stayed here on a cross-country road trip and it was a lovely stay. Great property - clean and well-maintained. Courteous staff at the front desk. Bed was comfortable, everything worked in the room. Went to the attached lounge for basic bar food at night. Used the gym in the morning - was spacious and cool so got a decent HIIT workout in. Breakfast was great - in fact, of all the hotels I've stayed at the past year Best Western's is the best by far. Great value overall - would stay here again.

Best Western is just taking a step back.The internet was buffering, the "satellite" was also buffering on the tv.The room heater couldn't keep up.I got a room that had a door into the next room and the neighbors were loud. Why would you put someone in a interjoining room if you are not even close to full?The whole thing of "we don't make up the rooms daily" is a absolute sham. I won't be back to this hotel, I'll stay at their competitors, which in Burley there are now options.
