If i could give zero stars I would. The inventory is never right. Every employee is clueless and doesn’t know what is there or where it is. I love 45 minutes away and called to make sure they had an item, they pulled it off the shelves after being given the exact item number to hold for me. We drove there and low behold it was not even close to what I called about and they could not find what I did need anywhere even though It clearly stated they had multiple. Didn’t care either that they got it all wrong and obviously aren’t doing their jobs.

The staff is always helpful and friendly, today they even even called us back into the store before we left, because they found what we wanted, but at a cheaper price. They wanted to make sure we got the best deal! They are always amazingly helpful! And friendly! Very grateful to have a good hardware store with knowledgeable people!!!!

Nice workers and good store BUT something happened. I only saw one rack of gloves with limited selection, so I asked a worker if there was more selection. She told me that was all there was, and I was cold, so I made a subpar purchase. Later I found out they actually do have another isle with WAAAY better gloves. I even used my $5 off coupon on the subpar gloves. I’m going to TruValue next time

The staff are always helpful and friendly. Pleasant place with lots of items to get your project completed. Prices are a little higher then the big super stores bit supply and demand.

The staff at Ace in Burley helped us find an item that was in-stock but not out on the shelf. They were helpful and courteous, not grumpy that we asked for help like some bigger store employees. Ace IS the place for helpful hardware employees!

Love love Ace! My Cousin's and I went to a fun craft night at ACE; there was no cost to us for supplies and they had pizza for our dinner. They also gave out gift bags & there were lights & cleaning clothes & bbq cleaner and all sorts in the bag I received!! It was amazing!!The staff at ACE each time I've been have always been extremely helpful. Helped me load huge bags of mulch in my car put down cardboard on my seats first and were brilliant!!

General manager isn't much worth, product wise their doing decent. Always a high turn around with employees, which is a management issue. Store is usually clean and kept up well and stocked well.

I love to shop there everyone is so friendly! I only have one complaint and that is I can never use my coupon. Over the past week, I have spent over$400 and haven't been able to use my coupons! Too early or can't be used on sale items! Phooey, what's the use in sending them out?!

The staff here are very knowledgeable and willing to help. The service is fast and they have treated me very well after the purchase. I have had to return and exchange items and the experience was pleasant and smooth. They really did aim to please.

Ace Hardware in Burley, the employee's are nice and courtesy, Ace has good prices, and A quantity of good quality hardware, Tools, paints, light fixtures, just a lot of what you need!! They’re so much more friendly and helpful than the other big hardware stores. They always greet me when I get there and often have staff nearby and knowledgeable about what I am looking for. I appreciate their help.They also have a military discount which is a great bonus for me.

The cashier's were very helpful. The paint lady was as well. I walked past three different sales people and none of them asked me how I was or if I needed help. Overall my experience was ok.

Bought a new lawnmower in the box. I got home put it together added the gas and oil and it wouldn't start. I called to return it and the manager refused to let me return it because I had put gas and oil in it. How would I find out that it doesn't work by not not adding the fluids? The manager was very rude and lacking in customer service skills. One would think that companies such as Ace would want to keep their customers happy so they will keep doing business there. I won't shop there again.

I have shopped here for a few years now the girls at the registers are not always the friendliest however the other employees throughout the store are the past few times I have been in there the girls at the registers have seen the nicer.

It has a lot and the staff seems to be friendly but last time i needed a part for home repairs i called in advance to see if they have it and a young teenage girl answered all fine and dandy but she told us they have it.. we get there and they don't even carry it, i was definitely upset after that and i dont think I'll come back to it. After all if they want to hire staff that will willingly give wrong information then i dont think it is a good store to shop from.

Ace is the place ...now the song is stuck in your head too !!! They're friendly and the store is will stocked. Painting a wall go there. Building a wall go there. Getting married set up a registration. Maybe I should've check make sure they still do that. Candles lots and lot of cool stuff. Snacks too.

When you're on the south end of Burley and don't feel like driving north or out-of-town, you will most likely find what you need here. The downfall to this store is the manager is rude, always unpleasant and once even had my elderly father followed in the store for fear of shoplifting (I call it 'profiling'). . When the Rupert Ace Hardware manager was here reviewing/inspecting this Burley location and as I walked in the doors he immediately offered his assistance (with a smile & kindness) that moment validated how rude & discourteous the burley store manager truly is (or maybe it's something else I do not wish to post at this time..)

Basic hardware store. They dont have a lot of what they do have. I went there for a wrench and I had to look all over 3 aisles to find one where it wasnt supposed to be. Not anywhere near the other wrenches of it's kind. The other wrenches like it they had one maybe two of. Not a lot of options. Not one person walking around that worked there asked me how I was or how I was doing. I stood in line waiting for the cashier to stop talking to her friend for 25 minutes before I butt in. She seemed annoyed and snippy. When I put my card in I forgot to hit debit. She said "this might help" laughed and smirked at her friend as she hit. The debit button.
