We spend the summer in Creston and love going to this Super 1. The staf is always friendly and they do appreciate Canadian shoppers. The deli section has a wide variety of foods and has Root beer floats for $1.

Warning, the employees do not like it when you ride on the moving table. I tried outrunning them but I’m pretty sure they source their employees from prestigious Olympic athletes. Just a heads up, if you want to make a break for it make sure Darlene isn’t anywhere near you. I’ve never seen anything in my entire life move at the speed she was going at. She does however have a weakness, if you bite her right where your forearm and bicep connect she backs off faster than a gator in a throw down. This quick maneuver saved my life and is the reason I can write this review. All in all 5/5 love this place.

What a rip off. Price of my item on the shelf didn't match what was charged at checkout. The cashier couldn't reverse it, so, sent me to customer service. However, the customer service line was 15 minutes long and I couldn't wait. Great! You can be punished at this store with either a too-long wait or an overcharge for the store's mistake. Take your pick.

Store says 24/7. Tried calling multiple times around 11am-midnight. Absolutely nothing. Trash company. The owner could be on fire in front of me and I wouldn’t piss on em.

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after not going in for a while due to the MANAGER calling me names, the checker was extremely judgemental about what I was buying and the courtesy clerk was sleazy and rude. Idk how this store is still open

DONT RENT A RUG DOCTOR HERE. they give it to you filled with dirt. Then when you clean it and send it back you get charged 15 bucks because I missed a spot cleaning it? Lost a lifelong customer.

Nice selection, reasonable prices, helpful staff. Still need to run down to Spokane for real authentic Asian ingredients.They've always had their sale item stuff in stock and in large quantities. Have some of the best prices I've seen anywhere when they have a good sale. We do all our shopping here except when we have to go to the city for specialty items.

Great grocery store! They have a great selection of grocery items! I know that this will sound funny but one of the things I appreciate the most about this grocery store is the lighting. It is very well lit. I’m more prone to go to this store than any other in the area for that reason alone. Downside, they don’t have a strong floral assortment.

We live in Libby and even with the state tax groceries are cheaper here than home. If you don’t want to go all the way to Kalispell this is the place!

This is wonderful place to shop in Bonners Ferry. The prices are good for most items, but they excel in their snack items and their deli. The staff is helpful and friendly. Great place to so your shopping.

This is just an all around great store for our town. Staff is friendly and helpful. It has great selection of foods including many dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan alternatives. Prices make it so my business stays right here in Bonners Ferry.

Super 1 foods in Bonners ferry is a great place to get things it's a full service grocery store they have great prices. the people are very helpful and they know what they have and help you with find it real fast. They have donuts in baked goods good fresh produce meat department has good meats. This is the place to stock up if you're going into Canada. As the prices are much better and you get a better selection in the states people come in from Canada to the shop here.

Love this newer Super One in Bonners Ferry. We stop on our way to our cabin every week. Always fresh bread and deli meats and cheeses and the best produce. The prices are always great and better than other stores in town.

Staff is always super friendly....my favorite cashier is Michelle. She's always smiling and happy. No matter what my day is like before I go thru her line it's always better after.

The store is very clean with reasonable prices, but the customer service department is terrible! My daughter and I had to listen to a very loud, rude, and inappropriate conversation between two employees, one named Kendra, before we checked out a movie. When we tried to check out the movie, Kendra wasn't even trying to do her job, and continued the conversation with her coworker. She was very impolite towards and talked in a rude voice. She shouldn't be working in the customer service department if she can't handle customers.

I was there from 10-11AM on 9/10/2018. While clean and well organized, I found shopping there to be very frustrating. I asked three separate staff for help finding a suitable low sugar or sugar free product that I've purchased at Super 1 before. None of the staff took any initiative to ensure my happiness as a customer, instead they just pointed where I might find it, then went back to their business. This happened with THREE different (male) staff members. Eventually I ended up going over to Safeway down the street. I've always had good experience at S1F... but my visit yesterday was a big disappointment.

There produce section is 100%!! I cannot believe how good the vegetables and fruits are. ALSO on top of that!! They donate everything that doesn't sell or goes out of date to the food bank. This is amazing as the sell by date doesn't mean the food isnt good, it good for at least a week after AT LEASTE. I love it!!

Super1 employee Ari gave me another reason why I am so happy I moved to Bonners Ferry. As the grocery bagger he personally inspected my avacados and pointed out two damaged ones that I had overlooked. He then went and hand selected two replacements that were still useable for tonight’s dinner. The customer service and produce is top notch. All the employees are sociable and kind.

Great produce sales on today, store is now easy to access..that part of the highway in Bonners is complete on the store side. They take Canadian currency and are so accommodating. Love this store AND they have Tillamook cheese!

Just a qwik trip thru on our way to Montana. It was just ok. Had the usual groceries,limited I felt but since it was in a small town and I did feel some of the stuff seemed awfully high in price . I am not a repeat shopper nor would I be....so hence the rating. Also the checker was kind of on the short side as in" I hate my job" why do I have to be here. Got out of there w a " wow that sucked" even my mother in law commented on her to me.

Great produce selection. They also have natural whole food bins you can but by the pound. Don't forget to stop by the deli and get a soft serve ice cream cone, vanilla, chocolate or swirled for only .25 cents!!
