What an amazing animal shelter! Clean, organized, well thought out. Animals (cats have their own new facility) well tended; dogs have out door separated areas as well as inside places. Volunteers who walk dogs for extra exercise and socializing. Both facilities smells very clean, not chemical clean but well managed clean, aired out and fresh. Very impressed!

They genuinely care about you, their services, and their animals. Dogs can have a trial visits,and cats can be "trialed" in the Kennel. They do everything they can to adopt out animals in the "right fit". The staff in the thrift store are amazing! Help you find and look out for things you need. I don't normally post reviews, but they have been amazing! Lors affordable "furever" homes our there. There are amazing animals and staff there!

I am very upset with the poor communication that this shelter has. I was inquiring about a dog for about 2 weeks, they contacted all my references, (all went to voicemail but i made sure they all called back, to which there was no reply.) I emailed them with my pets vaccination history, under my father’s name, and they said they couldn’t find the history because they searched for my name. They also said they never heard from my references, all of which left voicemails and one of them was even interviewed by someone from the shelter over the phone. Poor communication and highly upsetting. I was so excited to get this pup and this is just such a let down.

Worst shelter ever. I wish I could give them a 0⭐ rating. It's like they don't care about the well-being of they're animals or about finding homes for them. It should be called Zero Chance Animal Shelter.PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY ANIMALS TO THEM! TAKE ANY LOST OR STRAY ANIMALS TO A SHELTER IN SANDPOINT PLEASE!

The ladies working there were very courteous and they take excellent care to the kitties and I'm sure the doggies. They keep a very clean Shelter. Excellent Shelter!!

We drove from Spokane to adopt a cat. They were very helpful. The adoption fee was $35.00. Very reasonable price.
