They are slowly going down hill. Quality has went way down. Stale food and reject juice and the meat is horrible among other things. I tried giving it one more chance but ended up with really bad food. I heard Grocery outlet is going away soon so maybe thats the problem. But it is a problem so much I give up on them. Its better to pay higher prices at this rate.

Terrible customer service. I walked to the back to buy a bag of apples. The place stank of rotting fruit. I picked a bag of apples up, and it was dripping with vinegar. I turned and looked at their other produce and it was molding or literally decaying. I tried to tell the manager and she didn't do anything for about 30 minutes. Instead of fixing the problem, she stayed in the wine aisle talking with her co-workers. The rest of the time the employees gave me the stink eye. I walked through another aisle and found boxes unloaded on the ground and nearly tripped over them. This happened in almost every aisle. I guess they don't restock here. It turned out that because of the manager's carelessness and the employees' lack of work I didn't get everything on my grocery list. Very disappointed. Only shop here if you want to poison yourself with DECAYING produce, ROTTING meat, and NO RESPECT!

Still love this store though just as other stores, the shelves aren't as stocked and the prices raised what seemed like a lot to me. But that is happening everywhere. I could easily spend well over an hr (probably more like 2 hrs.) here. And there meats and produce rate as well or better than what I've been seeing at other places. I guess I'm.., changing my rating from 4

Grocery Outlet is a gem, pick up many great deals all with in the expiration date. Checkers and shelvers are courteous and knowledgeable. I really enjoy the little gems one can find perusing the shelves.

They have a lot of different things, some things are there on a regular basis, some not, but I like to shop there for those items that are always there. Like the section with the promotional items.

Not always the cheapest in town but we consistently find good deals here. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is they very often don't have items that are in the weekly ad.

Great prices, great savings! They always have a great holiday/ seasonal section for those unusual gifts you just don't find everywhere. Customer service has been okay before but actually greatly improved over time. Keep up the great work guys!

As always staff are friendly, helpful and fun to chat with… it’s one of the reasons we come back. Love the deals and organic. Would love even more organic options on fresh food area as well as sour cream cheese and milk products. We are able to get them often! Our favorite grocery store in town. We only go to the others if you are out of an item.

Easy place to deliver to. Swing wide into the driveway, straight shot to the docks, lot more room than most grocery outlets to swing and set up. Leave your tandems forward, their dock is very low.

Pleasantly surprised by this store. Been into a few and I've found them to be disorganized and with little grocery items to choose from. But this store had lots of produce, meats and quite a few nice brands. Prices on most things were quite fair. The employees were even quite nice and helpful.Like I said, pleasantly surprised!

Even though we drive 40 miles to this store (one way) it is well worth it. We find products supporting our lifestyle (vegan) unavailable in other stores within driving distance and save an average of 50% over the normal retail costs. It's always a delight finding new products, as well a tremendous savings on our old favorites. I used to shop mainly at Super 1, but hardly go there anymore.

This grocery outlet is AMAZING! So clean and their staff is so friendly! The products they have are incredible. Gluten Free & Plant based friendly! Wonderful Organic options! Wonderful prices. I recommend this store to all Families. As well as anyone who wants great food options for very inexpensive prices. (Word of caution ⚠️ double check prices. Sometimes the tags aren't in the correct locations. This is because of large volumes of sales. And Sometimes the products get moved... and the tagging department hasn't caught up yet. So if the tag doesn't match the product... Please ask for the correct prices. Thanks

This is my favorite place to shop! Everything us fresh, and you never know what you will find! Prices are consistently less than other markets, and the products are the same or better! They have a wonderful organic section, gf included!! The best thing is, the owners live right there, and run the store ❤

It was clean and quiet, they had some unique items, but the prices for a lot of items were higher than I pay elsewhere. The "everywhere else" prices they had listed on their price tags were way overinflated. I probably won't be back.
