Western Hearing and Air Conditioning certainly sets the bar for all to follow. Setting appointments, service, and top notch techs make the difference! Pricing is fair. It’s important to note Western is not the lowest cost provider. They are highly reliable, providing the exceptional value, for my take on the matter.Western installed both my AC and heating systems 4 years ago. The pictures show their meticulous attention to detail. Everything is is expertly installed, crisp and clean.

Had a new furnace, AC, and water heater installed with Western. Worked with Sam (Sales/Comfort Consultant) and David and Brody did the install. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Sam was easy to work with, timely, reasonable, and kept things simple for us. Communication with main office was always positive and easy, appreciate the texting options for quick things. Install day started on time and David and Brody were respectful, professional, efficient, clean, and their work looks great (and functions great too!)! Grateful to have this project done heading in to winter. Would recommend this crew and company without hesitation! I've been told by others that Western is a little more expensive (they were our middle priced bid, out of 3 total), but I'd gladly pay a little more for quality work, professionalism, and peace of mind any day!

I loved working with Travis and Theron to get my new mini split installed in my garage. They took time to explain how to operate the machine, to make sure that it was functioning right, and we had some fun while we were working through all that. They are great guys who took the time to do installation right. I love having both heat and air-conditioning in my garage now! Thanks to both of them, to Dennis, and Western for all your help.

Technician Trey communicated in advance about the exact time he will be coming over to perform the service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My AC unit is located on top of the roof of my two-story townhouse and Trey had to use a combination of two ladders in order to get there. He performed the service flawlessly!I’m very satisfied and will recommend his service to anyone.

Theron and his colleague showed up on time, they were very polite, and worked hard for several hours until the job was completed. They both were happy to explain the work that was done. They used drop cloths to protect the floors and everything was nice and clean when they left. Thank you!

Replaced furnace and added a/c. Estimate from Jason was very thorough, and addressed details we were unaware of. No rush or sales push, and every spec of available products were fully explained, as well as what to expect from installation. Travis and Theron did the install, and were on time, professional throughout the whole 8+ hours of work, and went above and beyond expectations to make sure everything was in working order and surprised us with a nice solution to covering up the a/c line set and pump outflow. Great experience for us, and highly recommend.

I've had exceptional service from the team at Western Heating and Air. All of those I met with the company were extremely professional and did a great job. I've had them replace our complete system about 8 months ago and couldn't be happier. Pricing was also a consideration for me and they had the most reasonable pricing at the time. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing service or a new system.

I was quoted $97 for a diagnostic service. When I scheduled I was told that this was only for diagnosis and that any service, maintenance, or parts would be an extra fee. I was told the technician would quote me any services beyond $97 before performing them “so there would be no surprises.” The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He changed a fuse, and then when it came time to pay my total was $154.50. I am dissatisfied at this sticker shock because price was not discussed or disclosed before changing this $5 part. Had he disclosed the price, I would have paid the $97 diagnostic fee and changed the fuse myself. I feel taken advantage of.Update: the service manager called me the same day and apologized for this failure to follow policy. They will refund the fee beyond $97, thank you!

Scott and Andrew came to help clean my ducts yesterday. They did a fantastic job. They called and asked if they could show up early and spent over three hours cleaning my ducts. Well worth the money. They did an excellent job and were very friendly and polite. I've had Western put in a furnace, AC unit, and a water heater. I'm a repeat customer because I trust their work. Kevin was amazing as usual! He is the technician that normally services my two HVAC systems that were originally installed by Western. He's very professional and efficient. My only issue is not with him but with whoever is in charge of making sure he has what he needs to complete the maintenance on my systems. When I schedule my appointments every spring and fall, I ask for specific items to be sent with him so that all the components of my systems can be taken care of. This is the third time he has been unable to complete maintenance services because he was not provided with all of the items required. This is frustrating because now I have to schedule an additional appointment. I am hoping that Western will read this and remedy this situation. I will also be calling to follow up. We originally chose Western to install two brand new HVAC systems in two different properties because they seemed to have the best customer service and the most knowledgeable technicians. Service was timely and we believe meticulous as Taylor spent a good deal of time going through our entire HVAC components. How effective the service was has yet to be seen by the systems performance, but we're pretty confident servicing the system will be good for its efficiency and service life.

I have been using Western for HVAC maintenance for years. When my system was needing replacement this winter, they set me up with a good deal, prompt service, and they always do a great job. I love how easy they are to communicate with, and that I can trust their work to be solid. Recently my hot water heater went out on a Friday afternoon (of course!). I was able to get ahold of them quickly, get clear pricing info and review lots of options, and they helped talk me through a stressful situation. By Monday morning I had a new hot water heater installed. Definitely recommend!
