the Dog washing station is awesome and such a good deal !!! I have a 120lb italian mastiff and wash her here with no problems during the winter season and the employees are very helpful

I have given Northwest Pets several chances, wanting to support a local business, but I have been consistently disappointed. Yesterday's visit was the final straw. I stopped by to pick up some ear wipes for my dog. Despite the fact that there were two employees present, neither bothered to greet me when I entered the store. When I asked for assistance in locating the pet wipes, the young woman with dark, short hair barely acknowledged me and pointed me to a section that, as it turns out, didn't even have the product I needed. The employees were too preoccupied chatting amongst themselves to be of any help. The lack of customer service was astounding, and the prices were exorbitant. Frankly, the service here is no better than what you'd find at big box stores. Save yourself the time and frustration and shop elsewhere, or better yet, order online. Northwest Pets on Overland is simply not worth the hassle.

Was gonna walk out with near 250+ worth of stuff asked for a 10% off and the manager intervened and was rude. When u have profit margins you help loyal customers with good deals or plain and simply loose them to direct to consumers methods like amazon. Cheers!

Absolutely love this place and the people that work there! They treat my bella like their own and are always asking about her! This last week my baby had a upset tummy was able to get to northwest before they closed and Katherine and Brittney were a blessing of help to get my babies tummy back to good ! Great products that actually work!

Found some great treats for my pups, (which they loved), and also did some Christmas shopping while I was at it! Everything was reasonably priced and the staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely will be back 😊🐶🐾

I really love this place, I don’t have to feel guilty about supporting things I disagree with. That being said, I really miss the girls that used to work here, they felt like friends and they new my dog so well. She’s a rescue and they really helped her heal and get out of her shell. I hope this place treated them well.

It was the first time visiting this Dog Self Wash store . This store it’s beautiful and great products . My girl Daisy had a very calm bath w/ us today . The area it’s very clean and they have everything you need to bathe your dog . Chloe was fantastic , courteous and helpful young lady. What Impressed me the most , how clean the tub were and the area . After visiting few Dog self wash . I think this is the winner !! A Keeper ! Daisy is just relaxing for the rest of the evening 🌸🐕‍

Northwest Pets has a great supply of healthy options for your animal friends. I've been shopping through them for my raw cat food and grain free dog food for a few years now. They have exceptionally good deals when they have their monthly sales (ask them about your brand). If you have an account with them, you can build points towards free product / in-store credit. The best part is the staff. They're very friendly, with a small neighborhood vibe. So far, they've been very helpful with informative answers to any question that I've had and were willing to find out if they didn't know. I highly recommend this company, but, even more-so, this location.

Great store with lots of different items for your fur babies. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The pet grooming station was pretty popular when I went in. Prices are average to a bit high but good variety.

Just had some questions, had never been in the store before. The young lady that helped me was knowledgeable about the topic and very helpful. Looked around for a bit. They seem to have a nice selection of cool pet items. Will go back another day.

As a veterinarian, I am SUPER picky about nutrition for animals. I 100% recommend Northwest Pets at the Overland location as the team is knowledgeable, kind, hospitable, and professional. Their selection is amazing, store is always clean and colorful, and a team member is always ready to help! They have a superior selection of various appropriate diets for dogs, cats, and small mammals, as well as toys and gear...and even a dog wash!

We have been going here for a few years now and never have had an issue. The whole staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They care about the satisfaction of the products we purchase. Our dogs had allergies on their current food and they let us exchange for a new bag. They always tell us when they are having deals and discounts. We love this store so much and will never shop anywhere else for dog treats and food.

It's new to me but old to others if you want pamper your fur baby your self it's your choice it's the best place to go but if you want to go to a Groomer have them do it professionally like Petco or PetSmart other dog grooming place it's your choice every Dog has a Different character in them they are like us if you go to same Dr over years they know you like family but I say it's a great idea to learn to wash your Dog your self it's a great experience I do give everyone recommendations to NWPB

Absolutely wonderful pet location. I just bought a new cat, and the staff made sure I knew exactly what I'd need to get started. They also just had a great selection of cat toys and treats that were a better quality than I'd seen at other pet stores. If you love your pet, you should be getting all their supplies here. They carry all the best brands of food, treats, toys, grooming supplies & even some things you didn't know you needed. The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly. They even offer a rewards program. I drive across town just to shop here, you should too.

My GSD and I both love this store! The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. It’s nice getting recommendations based on their use and pets’ perspective of products.The well lit, clean, and well provisioned dog wash is easy to use and has helped my dog learn to enjoy baths.

Great store and great people. We've been buying our food exclusively from here. They gave us some great advice for our aging Samoyed that helped clear up some digestive issues and a bit more energy. Our pets are family so I don't mind spending more on food, but honestly it's still cheap, especially compared to the families grocery bill.

Super friendly staff and they sell mostly healthier dog foods. They will order the food you need as well, just be sure to give at least two weeks advance. They have a nice selection of treats and supplements needed for sensitive dogs.

I love the overland team I always get acknowledged when I walk in and asked if I have any questions they are really knowledgeable employees I’ve learned more about pet nutrition from them for free than a vet that’s costs me $$$ Thank you for turning my pets allergies around!

I always take my Siberian Husky dog, Jasper with me here! We are always welcomed, Jasper enjoys getting treats and attention! Lol The staff are always friendly and helpful, prices are good, clean and fun atmosphere to be in! Keep up the good work!
