What a horrible experience! Imagine, taking your two dogs to the groomers, and having them both come home with injuries. That’s right, not one, but two dogs. The worst part is, Gucci Pooch didn’t even notify me of the injuries, they just smiled and returned my dogs, and happily accepted my 20% tip. Later that day I discovered the injuries displayed on the attached photos. The next day I had to take my smaller Morkie to the vet. She ended up on pain medication and antibiotics, and the Vet was considering staple stitching but felt it would be too painful for her. The veterinary expects recovery will take about two weeks. I’m very disappointed Gucci Pooch did not disclose this incident to me – probably hoping I wouldn’t notice. I do not recommend Gucci Pooch.

We've taken our Yorkie to Gucci Pooch twice now and both experiences have been wonderful! Kristen is so sweet with our little girl! Scheduling has been easy and pricing is reasonable. We would definitely recommend Gucci Pooch to anyone looking for a groomer in the SE Boise area. Love that they text a photo to you! :)

They cut a part of my dog's ear off! First, what they described as a "nick" to Ruby's ear was much more - this was not a cut of the skin one might receive while shaving. A chunk of her ear was actually cut off. I've been told that this chunk will not grow back. Second, they did not inform me until after I had paid and was walking out the door. Their only advice? Keep an eye on the bleeding and use Neosporin.To add insult to injury, Ruby's heiny was shaved and the hair on the right side of her face and body is up to an inch longer than the left side in many places. It was a total hack job.

Gucci Pooch was awesome! They were able to get our sweet Bo in and out. They totally nailed his haircut (trimming all the right places without totally losing his beautiful coat). He is so happy, smells great, and came out with a cute little tie! We will definitely be coming back again.

Exceptional! We wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else! Justin and his staff are absolutely amazing!!! We have been bringing our two mini golden doodles in for almost 4 years. There’s nobody that does a better job. Justin is a true professional and always goes above and beyond to ensure that Lambert and Linda receive the best care possible. His attention to detail and genuine love for dogs are truly remarkable, and it's clear that he takes great pride in his work.After every visit to Gucci Pooch, I'm always amazed at how great Lambert and Linda look. People always stop us when walking our dogs and give us compliments about how amazing our dogs look. It's all thanks to Justin's expertise and commitment to excellence. He truly cares about his clients, and it shows in the exceptional service he provides. I'm grateful to have found such an amazing groomer, and I highly recommend Gucci Pooch and Justin to anyone looking for the best dog grooming services in town. Five stars all around!

I LOVE this groomer!!! She is so nice and really treats my puppy well. He actually gets excited to go to the groomer. They do a nice haircut, brushed his teeth and filed his nails. So happy!

I really appreciate that Penelope my Golden girl got in and out with very little cage time. I dropped her off at 9:00 and picked her up around 11:00. She was nice and fluffy and we’re going for our second visit this week. The groomer/owner is a nice guy and the prices are reasonable.

I love Gucci Pooch! Justin Summerton is a great groomer! He's beautifully groomed my mini-schnauzer many times. He's patient and kind with her. She comes back in a good mood, smelling so good, and prancing around like the princess she is to our family. I would highly recommend Gucci Pooch.

I found Gucci Pooch from a referral from my groomer who moved away. My Maltese is 15 1/2 with multiple medical conditions including arthritis. Justin & Kristin have taken amazing care of her - can’t recommend them highly enough. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have taken my dog, Jasper, to Gucci Pooch twice now for his grooming needs, and I couldn't be happier. In both instances, I was in a time crunch; they were totally willing to work with me and fit my boy in last minute, even allowing me to drop him off over an hour early for his appointment so that I could make my own appointment elsewhere. This kind of accommodating service is greatly appreciated. Additionally, they bathe and brush Jasper very well, preventing any major shedding that he tends to experience after a bath. He is well taken care of at Gucci Pooch, and raved about by both employees there. I know my boy is in great hands!

We took our Yorkie and Chihuahua to Gucci Pooch on Apple to Debbie many times. We referred other pet owners there. We loved how good Debbie was with our animals and trusted her, especially with our Chihuahua. Today we took our two dogs to the new owner on Federal Way and he refused to groom our Chihuahua because our Chihuahua growled at him and he was very AFRAID that a 5 pound dog that Debbie never had a problem with would BITE him and hurt him. I believe the new owner doesn't have the temperament or patience in the long run to run the business as the previous owner and I am very disappointed. We will find another groomer in the area as there are a couple that are highly recommended to us.. How unfortunate for Gucci Pooch. I give it a negative 1 star and that is MY experience and opinion today. Find another if you expect the service to be the same as it used to be with the previous owner.

Ugh. So bummed to be writing a review like this but, wow. Just wow. Our long haired collie came in for a summer cut and came buzzed down to the skin.As a groomer, you should know this breed is not meant to have hair cut this short and it’s not even a guarantee it will grow back. This is the second time youve messed up with her, and we took the first as maybe it was a genuine mistake. Besides her looking completely ridiculous and clearly uncomfortable, the haircut is patchy and in parts so close to the skin it is red and irritated.I’m really disappointed to have been charged for a “styling”. This is a petco level job. Anyways, I hope you do your due diligence to train your groomers so someone else’s pup doesn’t have to sit in the shade until their hair is long enough they don’t burn.

we have an old dog who is super skittish and we cannot keep up with her nails at home (long quick, never cooperates). We took her in as a walk in, she was in and out, her nails look (and sound--meaning she isn't clicking on our hardwood) beautiful and she was no worse for wear when she came home. They were so good with my senile, deaf, blind, senior dog. She was in terrible shape and they cleaned her right up. They even added 2 more dogs to my existing appointment that was already scheduled for 2 dogs. They got all 4 schnauzers done in 3 hours!

I went to Gucci Pooch because they were very close to my home in Columbia Village. My oppinion is that they should continue to do bathing, grooming on medium to large breed dogs. DO NOT take your dog to Gucci Pooch if you own a small breed dog!

My Boxer, Jax, needed a bath so bad. He is 114 pounds and refuses to get in the shower. I called Gucci Pooch and they were able to get him in the same day. Jax walked in and made himself at home! When I picked him up, he was so happy and I'm not so sure he wanted to leave! He even loved the treats (he's pretty picky about his treats). He smelled so good and looked so proud! Justin was really friendly and said Jax's tail never stopped wagging the entire time (yes, he's a Boxer with a tail). We will be using them again!!

My boyfriend’s dog has been groomed here a few times and it doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing. They don’t blend the fur very well and they don’t seem to check once they’re done to make sure everything looks even.
