Dtails is the best! We have a golden doodle and she is so good with him, communicates well and is patient with dogs when they are nervous, and will go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. And the price is great!

Our 50+ lb puppy got her first cut here. The woman was so nice, and by the time I left for work, my puppy was happily playing. I picked her up after work, and was very happy with how she looked-her hair was exactly how we wanted it. The only complaint I have is that there we're a lot of long-ish missed patches around her paws, and this is probably just because she couldn't sit still, but my husband pointed out that we did pay to have it all done. I'm not turned off to this place, but might see what other places I can find around here.

First time customer today and I can't say enough about D'Tails. The staff is very friendly and it is quite obvious they love what they do. They groomed my Golden Retriever exactly the way I wanted and she looked great. She is usually very timid around new places and people but seemed very relaxed before and after her appointment. Reasonably priced and done when they promised. Customer for life. By the way-you can ignore all of the negative feedback. They must have gone to a different D'Tails than the one I just left.

We live in Enterprise, OR and were in Boise for my surgery both this year and 2015. My husband brought our long-haired Chihuahua here. I'm glad I didn't get to read the reviews because Karyi did an amazing job on our baby both years. His hair perfect, his nails were too, Karyi was quick and his Daddy said he was very happy when he picked him up both times. Our chi is our baby and we felt safe leaving him with her. I hate that we live so far away, I don't know who will cut my dogs hair! I guess I'll have to have another surgery! Lol

I never write these reviews because I have never been treated so poorly as a customer before. Let me just say the first time was great, the owner really made me feel like she enjoyed my dogs company and she did a great job on his nails. However my second and last time at D'tails I was blown away by how the owner behaved towards my dog and I.When my dog and I arrived the owner started getting my dog all riled up... which of course I didn't mind because I thought she just liked my dog and wanted to play. She then asked me to hold my dog down so she could trim his nails (in the waiting room).This is also the first time I have been asked to hold my own dog down when I am paying for someone else to do it. I could hold my dog down at home if I wanted to do it by myself.Well, my dog still riled up still continued to try and play and placed his mouth on her arm (gently mind you... many dogs to this when playing). She then took his head, pressed it to the ground, yelled at him and then preceded to threaten me with a 500.00 fine if I could not control my dog....Ok... I get it my dog placed his mouth around her arm BUT she was playing with him seconds before. It was clearly playful. There is a huge difference between a playful and aggressive dog. Needless to say, I was completely shocked and humiliated.I will say the owner does a good job and offers extremely fair prices but make sure your dog is on its best behavior or you might get a 500.00 fine... and from what I have seen from other reviews, maybe even reported to the Humane Society.

It was our first time going here. As soon as we entered the place for our appointment, the lady there, behaved so rudely, I immediately walked out with my puppy. Although I have booked an appointment more than a month ago, she was surprised to see us and didn’t remember about the appointment.

You lady are a very nasty person to our disabled Vet's. I really wonder how you treat the dogs that come to you. Please everyone tell all your friends and family not to use this place. As she yelled, cursed, and threw a fit as we were loading our Vet's up in the van. This is not the first time she has done this. Next time this happens we will be contacting the police and human society as I feel the care for the dogs are in jeopardy.

I'm not sure this place actually exists. Our maybe it's a front for something? I live right down the street for over a year, and have walked by several times during "business hours" and the door is always locked and no one is home. Plus, I've called countless times and never had anyone answer on the other side, or call me back. Now I'll put more effort into finding someone that actually wants to provide the business they claim to provide.

I live down the street (within walking distance) and have always wondered if this was a good place or not... I'm glad I'm reading the reviews. I will be cautious of choosing them for my pet.
