I lost my 13 year old German Sheppard named Buddy! He was an amazing dog. The staff here have made an impact on my life through their kindness and wonderful support through this hard process. They gave me a chance to say goodbye and answered all of my questions, we got him cremated and I got the most beautiful prints in the mail a few days after we left the hospital...I got a beautiful card with Buddy's nose and paw prints. I was so happy to get this card. (I never knew they were gonna do that.) It was absolutely beautiful!!! Then the same day Buddy's ashes arrived they called me to come get him. He was placed back in my arms in the most beautiful wooden box. I couldn't have picked such a beautiful piece. I would like to thank you all for making this process so wonderful for me. And for being patient, kind and so wonderful to Buddy!

My family and I can not thank you enough! We live in Pocatello and we're in Idaho falls until almost 2 a.m being told that our baby needed an emergency surgery, being given a price no family could afford for the surgery and told the only other option was to put her down. You saved our girl! You made it possible for her to continue being loved and giving love! Thank you so much!!!! Delilah Louise will make it thanks to your amazing team!!! The Vet did a ACL Surgery on my dog, the vet tech was so nice and explained the procedure so well! I even got a call from the vet before the surgery saying he did an exam on my pup and gave me results of the blood tests himself. The atmosphere is very comfortable and I could tell my dog felt at ease here in comparison to any other vet we have been too. I love this clinic!

Love this clinic!!! They are honest and don't beat around the bush. The love and care that they take with our rescue is amazing. Never in our dogs 5yrs of him going to the vets has he ever just layed down and chilled with the vet and not be aggressive about the situation! We will continue tell everyone to make the drive to have them care for their animals needs.

They took amazing care of Coco and were very affordable for a dental. They cleaned his remaining teeth very well and only had to pull 11! Saved a majority of his teeth and saved my wallet! Definitely my vet of choice for all future visits!

For starters I had only one positive visit and that was with an emergency vet who was very kind and patient with us. After that every other visit felt like we weren’t being listened to. they failed to spot pneumonia on a visit only six days prior to my cats death and tried to tell me cats hide symptoms better than others. They also gave him a shot of pain meds to last ten days but gave no specific reason as to why the shot was needed. Even worse the people ant the front desk are incompetent of getting information correct. We have had multiple visits before and when we were in an emergency situation with my cat that passed away it took them 15 minutes to find my account and then they tried to get me to make a new one and charge me extra. Also I had been receiving texts and calls about animals that weren’t mine ! They had my cellphone number on somebody else’s pet information. All together it felt like all that mattered was how I pay for my pets visit not the well-being of their animals. I appreciate them not charging me for my poor cat dying in their arms but it still doesn’t help very much at all.

The staff at the Animal health clinic are very friendly and wonderful people. We always feel like our fur-babies large and small are well taken care of. Recently we had a emergency with one of our goats and Dr Sarah was extremely professional and knowledgeable. With her help and the amazing tech Joanne our goat was saved. Would highly recommend them for all animals large and small

All the staff at the Animal health clinic are wonderful, from the receptionist to the techs and doctors in the back. I recently had to put one of my fur babies to sleep and the care and compassion was amazing. Dr Jacobsen and her tech Joanne, really made a difference. It was a hard decision but they made it more comfortable.

We absolutely love this vet clinic! Dr Moulton takes care of all our large animal (horse and cattle) needs and Dr Jacobson is awesome for our smaller animals. Such great doctors. Not to mention their staff is all fantastic. Nothing but positive to say about the Animal Health Clinic. We especially love their vet tech Jo Anne, she always goes above and beyond to help us. The new tech Quincy is great too! Another huge bonus is how much they support and give back to our local community. We especially love how supportive they are of the 4H and FFA programs.

Dr. Moulton is awesome. My little dog had infection from her spay at another vet in Blackfoot and they did not have an emergency number. The door said they were open on Saturday from 9 to 12 but no one ever showed up. So glad that Dr. Moulton squeezed us in so we didn't lose our little fur baby.

My dog got hit by a car and they took my dog to these guys and they had him for 8 hrs. Till I finally found out were he was but they only did x rays on him and he ended up dieing because nobody did no internally exams on him he had a ruptured bladder. Why in god's name would you not exam an animal THERALLY especially if you have him for hours. Also I heard there was a donation paid on my account but they charged me to so what's that about. Not happy at all

I have the utmost respect that this is the only animal clinic who accepts the PAWS coupons for spaying and neutering in our area. This really shows how much they care about animals to offer their services in this capacity. I had my barn cats, and then my dogs spayed and I was impressed by their care and concern for my animals. I had one of my dogs have complications and they made me feel like she was getting the very best care and was being very well taken care by the whole staff. The doctor took the time to call us at home later that night to explain everything and took the time to discuss what was going on with some helpful advice in regards to her care at home. They didn’t charge me more for their additional services, and most importantly, I wasn’t treated less than because I was using the spay coupons. Everyone there is very friendly and professional which is a bonus.I really can’t think of anything that could have made the experience better. I just appreciate the quality of care that can be expected and will be given to your furry family members. Thank you so much!!

This is by far the best place to go if you care about your fur babies. Ask for Joanne the vet tech her compassion towards animals is undeniable. You'll know your loved ones are being taken care of in her very capable hands.
