Did you ever have one of those days when nothing goes right. I did Sunday. And I didn’t feel like going to the store. However, when I got there a vegetable clerk started talking to me. The next thing I know I laughed!. This kid was really funny. He carried my groceries out. He and was kind, funny and easy to talk with. I finally asked his name. Dominick. Thank you, Dominique. You made my day!

Come on Ken, what’s the deal with the bathrooms? They are terrible!! They don’t have to be brand new, clean them!!I’ve worked in the grocery business in my past for over 20 years so I can say that I’m a little more judgmental than most but…I’m not a local but spend a good amount of time in AF. PleaE address the produce too. It’s marginal, at best.The good news is that the employees are really nice and helpful! 🙂

Told them that the heaters were blowing on the sweet and sour ,tarter sauce and all the things on that end of shelf I got told they never had a problem before I handed them a bottle that was hit as heck but she said not her problem not those words but in that way good way to get someone sick I guess these companies don't care all they got to do is put a deflection piece on there they already have one on side to keep heat out of produce

Prefer coming here than my local grocery store, worth the drive just based on their fair pricing and spectacular customer service. Everyone there is so polite and happy to help

I had a very sweet customer let me go before her in line being I only had a greeting card. It was 4.17.23 and we were in town for my aunt's funeral. The cashier Ellen D. wanted to chat with the customer she had just finished with about her grand children..I kindly asked if I could just purchase the card being I needed to go to a funeral. She did not say hello or anything including thank you. Very rude. Wanted to let you know!

0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!I was shopping with my wife and my two children on Tuesday and as we turned into one of the aisles we were shocked to see two male employee’s kissing right in front of us. All they did was awkwardly look at us and went their separate ways. Now, that wasn’t the problem. The problem was while I was shopping, and when we were exiting the restaurant. It seemed like we were being followed by these two employees, but whenever we’d go to confront them, they just disappear into the back room, only for them to come back out again and follow us more. While we were checking out, one of the same employees was standing right next to the cigarette case, just looking at my daughter for abnormal periods of time. My wife and I are just overall creeped/grossed out by the service we were provided here and we will not come back again.

I absolutely adore this store. They have a massive selection of whatever you may need. There is jackfruit, mini cucumber, purple asparagus and so much more in the produce aisle and all of it looks fresh and well stocked. Their meat department has a variety of brands and homemade German sausage, a of it is fairly priced and looks fresh too. The selection of baking goods, canned items and everything on between is also well stocked and offers options that I haven't seen in other stores before. The employees are friendly, helpful and kind. They also have employees in the parking lot that assist with putting groceries away and taking the cart back. This is a gem and I am looking forward to shopping here again.

The cashiers are always so happy and nice. And I just love the fact they still carry your groceries to your car. Just priceless thank you for great customer service. Nice and clean store to shop at. Great job on the home town feel even if you are an out of towner.

Nice, hometown grocery store. People are generally good natured and friendly. Your groceries are bagged for you, and if you would like help to your car, it's provided.It's a good place to shop! Employees, on the other hand, are not happy. They're grossly underpaid for services they provide.

Prices are Ok.Freshness of food could be better especially pay attention on discounted items, some of them may be expired.Meat section always smells like chlorine,some meat smells the same.Overall nice small town store.Choice of beers and wines is good for a small town and the store is ideal for last minute wine/beer/bread or ingredient run.One service option they have if you buy a lot someone will help you to load your car.

This is your typical small town grocery store. High prices and not alot to choose from. I don't mind that.But their customer service is AWFUL. I have gotten horrible service from the same lady at the deli more than once. I will not go if she is the one there. Not saying all the employees there are lacking customer service skills but 90% of them are. I sometimes will wait for the one cashier I know is friendly rather than go with the ones who can't even say hi or pretend they are in a happy mood.

After my lovely boyfriend said there wasn't a grocery store in American falls, and I knew for a fact there was unless I had gone delusional, got the keys and within 5 minutes I was there.....hmmmmm... Makes you wonder, . However the staff was amazing and unfortunately I didn't get the guys name(young gentleman) way super helpful, polite, and nice.Thank you for of course being there like I knew it would be.

It's a small town market. Having said that, the prices are double of the standard. Or just like an Albertsons. It is surprisingly large with an outstanding selection. Every employee looks miserable and is robotic. Prime example of very poor managers and owners that do not value their workers. But, unless you want to drive an extra 20/40 miles. Swing on in, they will have what you're after.

5 stars for all of the workers who work here. All the employees work really hard. Rulen(front cashier) is one of the hardest workers I know at Ken's. He has me rung up in less then 30 seconds, and always has a really good attitude! Most of the employees in bakery have a really good attitude. Giving it 4 stars, because most of the prices are on the higher side.Thanks Ken's food market staff.

Some of the workers are great...a lot are not. Rude, slow and uninformed about the store. Owner is rude to customers and belittles the employees in front of the customers. Always, always, always check the sale by date. I have bought more rancid meat there than should ever happen and have been treated like trash every time I've tried to return it. Who doesn't like to pay $20 for a rack of ribs that is is so slimy and the smell so bad that when you open the package you seriously just start vomiting?!

Employees are very nice and always say hello and ask if they can help. Prices are not favorable but only store in town allows them to price what they want. Produce is terrible for some weird reason because they are in a very agriculturally area. But it does have some fantastic sells so look for those. Overall alright store in a small towm

I love this store because I know just about everyone that works here. There is great customer service here. The people talk to you like they know you (Not just because they do, they will talk like that to strangers too. They're friendly like that). They are always willing to help if you need something. If you ask for something and they don't have it they will see about getting it and if they see in the statistics that it is a hot item then they will get it on the shelves. They will have sells too. Their produce is always fresh when I go there, which I love! I love this store, not because it is the only grocery store in American Falls. I love this grocery store because it is American Falls' family grocery store. There is a bit of everybody in there. You go there, you're going to run into someone you know and say hi! I do! I do it for kicks. I have seen people go there to meet their friends and then get a pizza and a movie at the Red Box I think it is? I know we buy a lot of pizza and movies in our family. It's a great meeting place. You're best friend is likely there. So you should be there too! So go already!

It is Ok for a small town.Not always the freshest,but nice to have it for simple shopping.Pocatello has the grossest Walmart nationwide,but also few nice stores and venues and yet it feels like too much effort if one has to drive for an hour for a simple loaf of bread or piece of chicken.Folks are friendly and it does not have everything , but enough to get you buy till your next huge shopping pilgrimmage to Blackfoot,Pocatello or amazon.

If it isn't their prices that are expensive their workers are very rude, especially some of the women in there they're not friendly they look like a bunch of grouches can't even talk to them they give you a dirty look there's also men in there that are very rude you need to teach your workers to be more polite not rude I need some attitude changes in your store your workers need to smile more often too without frowning like they have a bad day and if your workers have a bad day make them stay home and your store is dirty nasty in the summertime's in the springtime you see flies hanging around inside of the donut display nasty clean your store up and make your workers change their attitudes

It just a few blocks away so very convenient the staff is very friendly and the store is clean.they have a deli and places to sit and a restroom had an item today that saved us a trip to pocatello

Ken's usually has a nice selection of products at relatively good prices, BUT the public bathrooms are disgusting. Seriously, there is NO way that's not a health hazard. Please for the love of God update your bathrooms, they are a disgrace!
