Pure trash. Charging 3 dollar tax on $5 dollar items. Dirty. Better luck on yard sales. Manager is a professional scammer rude and not approachable. Employees have no clue how to run the register.

Why do you even have a store in American Falls if you're going to be shut down and closed all the time? Very inconvenient for us people that can't make it to Pocatello to shop. I'm done with Family Dollar thumbs down 👎👎. A lot of us cannot afford to go all the way into Pocatello just for a roll of toilet paper and we are not going to be going to the other stores in American Falls because it is so expensive at the main stores I'm not going to drive 24 mi to Pocatello and another 24 miles back to American Falls just for a roll of toilet paper. I'm filing a complaint with your corporate office this is enough.

The store in American Falls does not honor their posted sales. They will overcharged you at the register and refuse to honor their sales

On 8/24/2023 went to Family Dollar to change some labels i asked the cashier to help me look for white lightbulbs there was nobody at the store and he said to go look at them by myself so he just kept using he’s phone and then I went to the front cashier to go pay and he scanned the other one first and he didn’t do the return so he was charging me again and I was like well you have to do the return first, so It can cover it up the other one and he was being really mean that he didn’t give me my stuff back that I had to return back to the store.they need better people better service people actually love their job

This stores has come a long way. A few months ago there was clutter EVERYWHERE and the employees were ways on their phones. I met one of the new employees today named Keith. He is kind, friendly and very helpful. Thanks Family Dollar for bringing in a great team!

Always things in the middle of the aisles, makes it hard to move through out the store. There are things in the wrong area. Most prices for items are not marked on the shelves. (No price displayed for items making it hard to decide whether or not if you want the product.) I don't like taking things to the check out with a cart full of items that the cashier has to price check every item. 😥 😥 😥

I came to family dollar in American falls tried to buy some razors paid with a $100 bill manager "Bill" turned the bill over 4 times and told me he wasn't sure of that bill first of all I'm a manager and had my work shirt made me feel discriminated infront of other customers I took my bill and left the store what kind of manager would do this I know its for their own security but if hes manager he should know what is fake and what is not and has to have a pen to check to see if it's fake or not! I'm so upset what kind of manager is this! 😡😡😡😡

Great place to run and pick something you need quick. They also have a great variety of things, so it is fun to browse all through the store. I found awesome inexpensive pictures for my bathroom that I love!

First off I want to start by saying that if you are a Family Dollar worker reading this I want my money back!, and second of all I came in to your store and bought a can of Off bug spray from one of your discount bins (mind you it was not the only one in there, the whole thing was filled) that was marked as 1.00. So I took it up to the register and mentioned to the cashier and he looked straight at it and said told me that he would change the price for it, so I believed him. After I was halfway back to pocatello I pulled my receipt out of the bag and realized that he charged me 6.99 for a teeny tiny can of bug spray!! I am extremely frustrated especially because he acknowledged the fact that the bins said that the bug spray was 1.00!

This family dollar needs some work!! Mold growing in the coolers with the milk. When you open the cooler doors it just smells of rotten food. Products are just scattered thru the Isle and nothing is stocked. It's not a pleasent place to shop.

I went in tonight to do some couponing I'm a beginner so I don't understand it very well the casheir that helped me was very polite and helpful she was so patient with me we need more people like her ive been to different locations and this is by far the best costumer service I received 5 star to you hun cant wait to go back 💖

Was just in family dollar. We asked the cashier two questions. Both times he acted like we were bothing him. He wasn't doing anything but standing there. Differently could tell he didn't want to be there at all.

The store has tonz of stuff which would be nice if the store was clean and the stuff would be put away not just thrown all over the place they just renewed the inside but it still looks awfully messy inside i wouldn't mind shopping their if it was clean and felt welcoming.... I would even offer to put freight away.. I try to avoid going their unless i really need to... And its aour only storw in town... Its bad
