Went to the DMV there and had a great experience. Not sure what the negative reviews are about. I wasn't having the easiest time getting a title transferred over to me but they were very helpful, professional and patient. Ultimately helping me with my problem. Mahalo

Market can be cold but a great place for local produce as they buy direct from local sources for alot of it. Butcher also available for cutting request cuts, including Big Island Beef. Best selection of international foods including Hispanic ingredients. New light and some improvements the last couple years. Feels like a local run market than the more polished competitor across the street.just added an Aloha Bol in the back with Breakfast, lunch plates, salad Bols, and catering.

Great local grocery store. It is worth the drive from the major resorts to get food for the week. The ready-made island dishes and desserts are fantastic.

I love Waimea center in Waimea. Has pretty much all you need, shops for clothes, jewelry, grocery store, fast food, dine in restaurants and various other shops. Parking is not a problem, they have parking attendants to help you in and out which keeps traffic at a constant flow.

These are relatively small markets compared to mainland stores such as Albertsons or an HEB in Texas. The variety is absolutely awesome and the people are even better. We stopped in for a breakfast on the road several times during my visit and their snacks packs (sorry not smart enough to remember the local name for them) were great starters.

A good supermarket that's just 6 - 7 miles from Waikaloa Beach Dr to stock up on groceries or procure take out food if you happen to be renting a time share unit or have a hotel room at Waikaloa Beach area.A decent sized supermarket and appears to be bigger than the Queens Island gourmet supermarket at the Queen's shop area. There are also some smaller store nearby like a strip mall just be aware that parking slots here are tight as in most places in Hawaii unlike the mainland.

Fantastic fresh produce and variety of ingredients. I particularly love that they sell fresh Asian noodles among other things. The grocery chain also sources local produce which is amazing!

I placed a special order here two months ago. I’ve left four messages for the person who took the order and assured I’d have it soon. I can’t even get a return call. Don’t waste your time or money at this KTA. Foodland at Mauna Lani returns calls and keeps their delivery promises.

JADE PALACE CHINESE RESTAURANTClean dining area, fast and friendly service, great food, decent portions at reasonable prices.Greeted at the entrance when we walked in. We were able to sit at any open table. Cups of water and menus were immediately brought to our table. The menus were legible with some pictures of their popular dishes. The prices were also reasonable and the pictures nearly matched their food presentation. The food portions were adequate and the food was very tasty. I had the Mongolian Beef Lunch Special for $10.95 + tax. The Lunch Special consisted of a bowl of Hot Soup, 1 scoop of Rice, 2 Cream Cheese Crab Ragoons with sweet and sour sauce, 1 vegetable spring roll and your choice of the main dish. The wait service and food service was very quick, we were in and out within 20 minutes which is rare and very good for a sit in restaurant. It was even faster than some fast food restaurants which is very good and worked out well with our timed lunch break. Definitely would eat here again if I'm ever in the area.

Very busy shopping center. I was there for McDonald's. Had a great selection of retail shops and services. Parking lot layout was slightly confusing and I ended up going the wrong way. The locals were very forgiving of my stupidity.

A quaint little place that is minimally decorated, but a "welcome home" feel to it. Friendly order taker and cashier. The food was absolutely delicious and a treat. They serve more than acaí bowls here! I wish I could eat here everyday

KTA is a wonderful local super market. You always see the same people here and they are always friendly and willing to help. I somehow always find the special item that I'm looking for that I can find at Foodland. Also, I have to comend the pharmacy! They are always especially helpful and assist you in getting the items that you need.

I always like stopping here. Other then the reason is because of the memories coming here with my parents while growing up. You get that small town feel when you walk through the front doors. Something you dont get from the big box stores. The donuts they got here is amaze-balls as well. Dont believe me? Stop by try it yourself.

Very convenient shopping with a large selection of groceries and gifts. Isles were well stocked and clerks had a friendly greeting. Located in the heart of the shopping center/strip mall, with lots of free parking.

If you don't wanna take the drive to Hilo to buy Two Ladies Kitchen Mochi, go to KTA Waimea in Saturdays and Sundays. They have their Mochi right by the entrance. I LOVE Two Ladies Kitchen Mochi, so fresh and the variety is exceptional!

Took a trip to hilo and decided to stop at KTA. They had alot of items that only Big island has but there was no customer service there. The store was crowded and the employees did not offer any help they tunnel vision. But we eventually found what we were looking for after searching for a while.
