I had an awesome Wasabi ahi poke bowl here today. It was less than $9 for one of my best meals on the island. I enjoyed it at the nearby Kehaka Beach.The service was also great. Very friendly. It’s my understanding this is a family business. They do a great job.

Went their to pick up lunch and noticed the price increase for their hot lunches. I was ok with that till I saw my Ala Carter item. As you can see in the bowl is kalua pork (pictured). That's not $8.00 worth, but that's what I paid. So I'll just pay the extra next time for a plate lunch which cost $13.

Very good price poke bowl!It seems this store is for the locals. The poke bowl was very fresh and cheap like $8.They accept credit cards.

My favorite poké on the island. I was a big fan of Konohiki but Thrifty has taken over for me. It is always fresh. California is my go to and my wife always gets the spicy. Laulau is also great. Can't go wrong with anything here.

The once a week BBQ Steak plate special was for sale and I grabbed it while I could! It's well worth the money! You get 3 side dishes included. I actually devided it up to make two meals there was so much food.You can take this home, arrange it artfully, and say, "I slaved for hours putting this meal together!! Eat it and enjoy it!" LOL, just remember to hide the empty carton!!!!

Smaller selection than Ishihara in Waimea but nevertheless tasty and fresh pokes and side dishes. The deli menu are also delicious. It is highly popular among the locals.
