Delicious poke with tons of options of fish, good price and quantity as well. There weren’t quite as many cashiers as were needed I’d say but it might have just been busy when I was there this morning. The deli has tons of great food options including the absolute unit sandwiches.

It’s a great place to get groceries….if you take out a second mortgage on your home and sell your soul. OUTRAGEOUS PRICES!! Expect to pay nearly double the price for anything you’ll find in Hilo and to add insult to injury the entire shopping center is rotting into the earth and the parking lot is like a war zone that hasn’t been repaired since the 90’s. The staff are always friendly though, but take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Expensive, but then what isn't in Hawaii? However, a surprisingly wide selection for not the largest store. Lots of checkout lanes with friendly service. A great resource for the local community that doesn't want to deal with the Hilo traffic.

Good place to buy groceries for any occasion. Parking can be hectic due to all the shops in that strip mall but it's doable

The people who work here are awesome and caring and take their time with you. Just great. Prices are super high though. But maybe that’s just Hawaii in general

Omg. This place is terrifying. Head to Anywhere but here if you have the option.But you can get a bucket of fireball shots. So.....bonus point? It would've been one otherwise 😅And there are good family size pre-marinated meats which are a pretty good deal. $20 for a maui chicken pan for the BBQ.

There's an obvious odor of a dead and decaying rodent or 2 under one or more of the pallets where various food items are on display..It's quite a remarkable odor! All Hauna!

Decent market. We picked food there. I had volcano tuna sushi which I enjoyed. I think it was overpriced, but hard to say on the island.Friend got poke, which tasted really good too. It's the specialty there, so that makes sense.

The store is in the pricier side, but when you're the only store 10+ miles away, you can be. The assistant store manager Feyn (I think I butchered that) is amazing. She's so engaged in her work and the customers as well. She's always present on the floor, assisting in all capacities. Yesterday we hit the jackpot. I needed some specialty items and we weren't sure where they were. I went to the OBVIOUS aisle, but she found what 2 items I was looking for across the store, which gave me the Bonus Round if finding my favorite chocolate, I have only been able to find a a store 45 min from home. YAY me!

So many friendly staff. This is my local go to market. They have a solid selection of food products a fantastic Deli, and the seafood department looks outstanding. I feel lucky to have Foodland Kea’au as my local market. The parking lot seems chaotic but there are always lots of great parking places.

One of the better supermarkets on Hilo side. Far better than Safeway, in almost every way. Meats are great quality for a reasonable price, I stock up here when I'm in the area. Pretty good selection of the typical supermarket fare.

Made a short visit to Foodland Kea Au last night. Pretty much the typical Foodland. Well stocked store, friendly and most importantly helpful staff. Definitely one of my go to grocery stores in Hawaii!

A very pleasant place to shop, filled with friendly, smiling people. Great variety of items with excellent prices. Shelves are well stocked and organized. For the most part, aisles were clear of any extra displays to accommodate traffic, but many aisles are a bit of a squeeze to allow someone with a cart to pass.

My favorite spot for shopping, and best Poke on the big island! Love the local supplies of food, rarely as crowded as Walmart and you get all your local favorites! If you order 2 or more lbs of Poke, it's only $9.99 lb, less than that and it's $12.99 lb. Recommend exciting onto old volcano Rd.
