Live Love Pet was recommended to me by another groomer who I called but was booked for the next few weeks. I am so glad I ended up at LLP as they are wonderful with my pups! I love the appointment windows they work in which allow me to drop off, return to work or run errands, and pick up hours later.The pricing is excellent and I really appreciate that one price includes a full groom compared to many places who charge for "add ons" like nail trim, paws, ears, etc. They are friendly accommodating and my pups are always happy and pretty when I pick them up. The "bling" is a fun perk as well.A few days after their last appointment one of my pups decided to roll in yuck at the dog park. I called from the park to see if on my way home I could swing by and have them just spray her off as the park had no hose. 10 minutes later I was there and they took her back for a wash and blow dry AT NO CHARGE! You don't often find that level of customer service and care these days. My pups will go here as long as I live on Oahu.

Like other customers, my dog was cut by the groomer and I was not told about it at all. When I went to pick up my Maltese, he had a large flower lei wrapped around his neck several times. I didn’t think too much of it but later realized the groomers were trying to cover up several cuts that ran from his upper chest, up his neck and on his chin. One of the cuts was about 2 inches long by .5 inch wide. There was also a long cut that looked like it was a knick from the buzzer. There was no bleeding so I couldn’t tell he was injured until the next day, when I noticed some dried patches on his skin. Over the next couple of days, the injured areas became oozy and scabby. I am so infuriated by the lack of accountability and ethical standards at this place. You could tell when you drop off your dog that the place was overbooked and they are trying to rush through grooming as many dogs as they can. God knows how my dog was handled by these people. I am upset that I didn’t stick around to watch over him and instead entrusted the groomer to do their job. This was my first and last time at this place… NEVER AGAIN.

Don’t go with Sonya if you are in search for a profesional groomer. Although nice, Absolutely terrible groomers. Wish I could give zero stars. Just returned to the islands and looking for a groomer. Phebie, my one year old mini schnauzer has been groomed once a month since she was two months old and never have I seen such a terrible/ uneven cut. PLUS after telling me she ( Sonya) knew what a schnauzer cut looks like butchered phebie’s beard and completely ruined my pups adorable esthetic. Also note how chopped up the eyebrows are and to add to the poor standard of grooming they didn’t even remove her ear hair as they had said the would. Had I been thinking clearly I should have refused payment. Or at least asked for half off. An absolute grooming tragedy. First three photos are of her cut after visiting this groomer. The last photo in the sweater, is a previous cut from our old groomer ( not on island. )

Bonnie was super professional both times I made an appointment. My dog was thoroughly cleaned, and I felt their rates were reasonable considering I brought a German Shepherd.

Live Love Pet was reccomended to us by our vet and we could not be happier we gave it a try. Yes you may pay a little more but to support a small local business I don't mind. The haircuts our pup has been given here have been the best she's ever gotten. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Pic included for extra cuteness.

Very nice people but I did not like how my yorkie looked. I asked for a yorkie face cutt even showed a picture of him. This whole island is filled with you-tube groomers that's over charging. Beware.....if they say "grooming is expensive." Nine times out of ten they don't know how to cutt and you might as well follow a you-tube video and DIY! All the groomers here do only one cut on all dogs. I'm so sick and tired of paying $65 - $80 for horrible cuts when he looks his best for $30 with all the same extra accommodations and amenities. The Groomers on this island really need to step their skills up, especially for the prices they charge!

We went here yesterday for the first time and they were phenomenal. Very sweet people working here who definitely love what they do and love animals. The detail they go into in the basic groom is great and the price is $30 cheaper than the other two places nearby I found. They even sent this picture of my Molly, complete with a “big sister” sign since I’m a new mom! It’s a small extra effort they went to to make it special. Molly feels very pretty today, you can tell! Haha. Definitely going back and I highly recommend.

The staff was nice and I liked that they sent photos. Giving three stars because I specifically asked that my dog’s head not be trimmed/cut and they did anyway. It was $75 for cut/bath/nail trim for my 18lb terrier, including the first time customer 10% discount. If you’re booking online, maybe call in advance to make sure you’re doing it correctly. I found their website a bit confusing and was told I booked incorrectly.

Live Love Pet has taken care of my families grooming needs for almost 3 years now. I would rather not have to take my dogs anywhere else simply based on trust and the quality of relationships I have been able to build with my groomer and her staff over the years. Krystal is amazing and literally showers my dogs with so much love- she treats every dog has her own. Her entire process is above and beyond, reminders, discounts, zoom grooms, to include all of my dogs styling needs based on their allergies and personalities. Topping all of that with before and after photos of my babies at every grooming session! So many fun themes and cute accessories. They also have a free annual Christmas photo shoot with a professional photographer for clients! And anesthesia dental treatments for your dog quarterly. I love her! Service with a smile for sure. The standard is set high! The shop is now setup for contactless grooming, so knowing that this shop cares enough to provide my dogs with the safest environment possible means everything to us. These are our fur babies and I would recommend Live Love Pet in a heartbeat!

I dropped my Cavalier King Charles spaniel off for the first time here. I was a little concerned that they might buzz him down and not leave any couture to his coat. He did need a grooming for sure and I was Happy with the job they did. I live in kaimuki and it was important to me to stay local as possible while getting the desired service and result. Very pleased and thankful I now have a great dog groomer in the neighborhood!

First time here for my grandpa doggie, he is very easy quiet dog but worried since he is 13yrs old and needed to switch groomer due to previous place closed permanently. Owner Krystal took care of him, she is a specialist for senior dogs. My baby walked in curious but seemed no worries at all! He looked relaxed happy when I picked him up.I'm very happy when he is happy and calm. Absolutely recommended here!

I have been taking my two dogs here for over two years. At a previous groomer, one of my dogs got cut by scissors twice (!) so she was very anxious when we first started going to Live Love Pet. However, after two years with Live Love Pet she now enters the store with a wagging tale and continues the wagging when picked up by the groomer. These groomers are conscientious, gentle, do a great job, and are reasonably priced, which is great because I have two dogs that I need to get clipped every 7 weeks. I like their automated reminder system as well where they send texts to remind you of your appointment and notify you when the grooming is finished. They also sponsor events at the store, like pet Christmas photos, which is great and gives the place a family feel.

With 2 Siberian Huskys 1 of which is a wooly coat we struggled to find a good groomer for our dogs. After sifting through many referrals I decided on Live. Love. Pet Bonnie made me feel so comfortable even excited for our dogs to come in. They fit us in asked good questions to make sure it's be a good fit. You could tell how much they care about the animals they work with. They did the most precious before and after photos as well. Fair prices loving care. We found our island groomer. 🤙🏻

I have been taking Yankee to Live, Love, Pet since she was 6 months old. She’s now over 4. She absolutely loves Krystal. She knows when we pull into the parking lot that she gets to see Krystal. I don’t even have to put a leash on her. She just runs to the door. Best part of Live, Love ,Pet is the wellness of the animal is their number one goal. That’s most important to me. Yankee always looks adorable. I love that Krystal makes sure Yankee is perfect before she leaves. I will ALWAYS recommend Live, Love, Pet. If you want someone that takes care and respects your fur babies, run, don’t walk. Won’t go anywhere else.

What a great experience I had with Crystal and Bonnie. My cat had never been groomed before but desperately needed it. I was a little worried because I didn’t know how he would react, but they said he did great and I think that's mostly because of how relaxed they made him feel!! I definitely recommend them and will certainly use them again.

LIVE LOVE PET is a great place to get your treasured buddy groomed. The owner, KRYSTAL, is patient, kind, loving and truly cares about your pet. We took our aging toy poodle, Lilikoi, to Krystal because other groomers were having difficulty handling her since Lily was both deaf and nearly blind. Krystal was able to groom her beautifully and to make sure Lily wasn’t stressed. We lost our girl three months ago. We will be forever grateful to Krystal for the gentleness and care she showed our sweetest friend.

Holy cow are these women phenomenal at what they do. I have a pembroke welsh corgi and not only does she look beautiful, she is flea-less, silky smooth, and happy after her appointment. I can feel how much love they have for animals.They also are very responsible with all the covid mess going on with their protocols and rules. I highly recommend to anyone with an animal they care for.

Booked a puppy love appt for my puppy for her first groomer experience. We were told it would be 3 hours and when we went to pick her up she wasn’t ready and got quoted another 30 minutes or less, and that we would be texted when she’s ready. It’s been over 4 1/2 hours with no text, call or responses to our text whether or not she’s ok or any estimate of when she’ll be ready. The most unprofessional experience ever!

I am so very grateful for Krystal’s extraordinary service. I only discovered her when my dog scruffy was about 15, so he was just entering the Senior stage and begun needing special considerations. Krystal was always very present with him and as his needs grew (he became blind, weak back end, etc) she went above and beyond treating him with the love and care that I showed him myself. I can’t say enough x she has high standards for her shop and I wouldn’t take my baby anywhere else!

Brought our dog Rosie here on on 9/18/19 for a haircut. All seems ok until my hubs got home and I noticed our dog had a big bloody gash on the back of her head! No one told us that this happened!Not only that, the groomer did not return our dog collar that had our dogs name and our phone numbers on it. It was brand new!!My hubs picked up our dog up, so he didn’t know our dog had it on her when I dropped her off.I called 4 days later on 9/23 after the weekend at 2:00 pm to see if we could pass by to get our dog’s collar back and our groomer Andreaz (I think that’s her name) answered the call. I told her about the collar and she said “can you call me back, I’m alone now”. Still not sure where they put our dog’s collar or name tag that we just bought!I’m very upset about my entire experience here. Why couldn’t she just tell me if they had my dog’s collar or lost it? Why wasn’t I notified that my dog was cut?I bought a Groupon hoping this would be my new dog groomer since we moved in the area, but I’m really upset and disappointed with my whole experience. Hurting my dog while being groomed and not telling me about it is completely unacceptable!

I have a puppy mill rescued pup and was in desparate need for some TLC. Andrea is so nice and friendly and she makes sure that my little Panini was ttaken care of. She takes her time in what she does to make sure my pup was perfectly groomed. The other groomers are so sweet too!

By law service dogs must be clean and groomed when out in public and our dogs get a lot of compliments!Thxs Krystal! Do NOT take your Pom. I had great experience the first four or so times then one day the owners assistant took my dog and ripped out the wrong coat. The vet said it would take two years to grow back IF IT GREW BACK AT ALL... its been six months since the incident and he has developed a problematic condition due to the horrible groomer.

BEWARE! This groomer practically cut our dog's extra toe (dew claw) off! It was bleeding and hanging over halfway off. The vet said it was a bad cut and we had to pay to have it surgically removed, and cauterized due to the excessive bleeding. Live Love Pet offered to pay for 50% of expenses, but we need to cover the rest of the care and cost. I'm outraged and will never bring him back!

Made my appointment well in advance. They sent me several text reminds and I confirmed I would be there. Just a couple hours before on the day of the appointment, they called me to cancel?!! I went on their website to reschedule with the owner (only person that does cats who apparently wasn't going to be in today) and there are absolutely no appointments available at all! Why did I wait weeks for this! So unprofessional! At least let someone know in advance!!
