We had the best experience having our Jack Russell Terrier Lula play and stay at Furever Friends. The kindness of the staff make us feel worry free when we go on vacation. Leaving Lula at Furever Friends feels like leaving her with family who care for her and love her as much as we do! Highly recommend their services!

My dog loves going to Furever Friends for daycare and boarding. He always has a great time playing with his friends and getting lots of attention. It’s conveniently located near Fort Shafter and being able to board my dog and cat at the same place when I go out of town is a huge help.

Fantastic and highly recommended place to board your dog in Honolulu. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff, providing peace of mind during your time away from your four-legged friend.I've used Furever Friends HI a couple of times now to board my puppy Labrador Retriever during extended travels off island. Having explored a number of alternative options, I am happy to have found Furever Friends and will continue to use them for doggy daycare and boardings. With a four-month old puppy, I was hesitant to board my dog and initially worked with a house-sitter. But there's strong value to having attentive care and oversight, which can be lax with house sitters. The process of booking doggy services (from daycare to staycations) is seamless on the Furever Friends website, where you create your own account.

Our pup attended a few daycares before he could board and he just had a blast! By the second time going there, he was very excited coming out of the car. He just knew where he was going! The day we took him for boarding, he was pulling me on the way in! He loves it there! He loves all of his fur friends and all the attention he gets from the workers. You can see how loving the workers are towards the pets. They communicate well with you if you needed to ask questions and in a timely manner too.

My fur-baby, Snow thoroughly enjoys her time at Fur-ever Friends whether just she's there for the day or doing a stay-cation. She's made a lot of friends both four pawed and two-legged. Though she loves Ms. Alea and Mr. Colin a lot, all the associates are awesome in being very personable and always happy to help out. The staff keep the pups well entertained and stimulated. Snow is always excited and happy when she knows it's FF time especially when there's a pawty going on!

It's kind of cheesy to say, but Furever Friends has been part of our family ever since we brought in our first dog back in 2018. One of the initial reasons we liked this place was it was so close to our home, but the main reason why we continue to board and have our dogs go to day-care here is because we trust Wendy , Colin, Aleah and the other members to take care of our pets. Our dogs are so happy and satisfied after a day/stay here. And we've seen how much they like the staff when they greet them during drop off.Also, we have also seen the business grow positively since we've been going to FF for 6 years now. They managed to survive since the pandemic and have only made improvements in our eyes.

We love sending our dog to Friends Doggie Daycare. Their staff and facilities are always so welcoming, even when we have last minute boarding requests - which is pretty often due to our travel/work schedule. Our dog is always so happy and excited when we drop him off. I’d recommend them to any dog owner looking for a safe and reliable place to leave their fur babies. Five stars!

Furever Friends is by far my favorite place to leave my dog when he’s not with me. I’ve dropped him off a few times for daycare and if dogs could show emotion, I swear he’s never looked happier every time I pick him up. He loves going there. And the people never make me feel crazy for asking how he was every single time. Recently we used Furever Friends to board my dog for the first time and I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a fun and safe place for their dog to spend the night (or a few nights) when leaving them home is not an option.

I love Furever Friends, but more importantly my dog loves this place. As soon as we pull into the parking lot she struggles to contain her excitement and literally pulls me to the door. The staff are all very nice, dog loving people. I briefly get to chat with them during pickup and when they give me an update on how Bella did during the day, you can genuinely tell that they love all the dogs and their job.The facility has a great, spacious setup where dogs are separated by size and/or energy level. The indoor play area is connected to the outdoor play area where they have kiddie pools and other fun activities for the dogs.What I appreciate the most is how they take safety very seriously here and always puts your dog’s well-being first. My puppy was attacked by a stray dog on one of her first walks and was very shy/nervous around other dogs since then. Even though she is 55lb golden now, Furever kept her in the small dog room to help build her confidence til she’s ready for the big dog room.The best part about daycare is bringing home a happy, exhausted puppy who is too tired to get into trouble. We recently went on a 10 day trip during the Christmas and New Year holidays and boarded our 7 month old mini goldendoodle. This is our first time utilizing a boarding service so we were a little worried but thankfully Furever Friends had our puppy do a couple mandatory daycare sessions so she could get used to them and the other dogs. From day 1 of daycare, the workers were very sweet and all had such good things to say about our puppy. She has been going about every week or so to get her more socialized with other dogs and people. Thank you Furever Friends for taking care of our puppy like family and we will see you next week!

My pup always enjoys her time at Furever Friends. The staff there is kind and patient with me. I've tried other places but I think Furever Friends gives my dog the best care. It's not the cheapest place, but I like the fact that the pricing is straightforward and not complicated. They don't try to "upsell" me on a bunch of other things for my dog. Also, I love it when Rhea sends me pics of my puppy. It really makes my day. Five stars.

If you want your pup to run into the building with excitement to see the staff and her new furfriends and not even care to tell you bye, this is the place. Akela goes a couple times a month to get her puppy play time and professional socialization behavioral skills. Akela spent five day’s staycation on our last Vegas trip and staff text/emails update pics of her happy with her new friends.

We have two pups and both of them absolutely love daycare at Furever Friends. They enjoy running around with their friends and come home ready to rest and relax. We also have had excellent experience with Furever Friends for boarding when we are off-island. It's great to know that our pups are taken care of and are having a blast while we are away.

We are so happy we have found a safe and fun environment for our dog to go when we are traveling or have a long workday.Since bringing our dog here, we have seen great improvements with his ability to be comfortable and trust new people. Our vizsla, Chewie, goes to Furever friends for daycare and boarding. Though normally a standoffish dog, she absolutely loves the staff there, and they clearly love the dogs. Would highly recommend!

Our dog, Cobi, has had several "stay-cations" at Furever Friends. She is always welcomed by the friendly staff; especially Collin, who she instantly greets with lots of doggie kisses! The reservations system is easy and efficient. On our dog's most recent stay, our plane was cancelled. Their staff was very accommodating and allowed us to pick her up later. We especially appreciate her "spaw" treatment where she gets a bath before pick-up.

We left our baby over the weekend for our staycation. The staff is very friendly & talk to our baby as if he is theirs. It was very assuring. They communicate well for instructions, and drop off time. When we picked him up, he looked happy. He was so tired playing with other dogs and went straight to his bed as soon as we came home. We are so happy to find a place we can board our baby. Thank you!
