We have had the Pure Life Water System for several years now, and still absolutely love it! When we moved into our new home, we had water that smelled and tasted like Chlorine. We could feel it on our skin and our hair and knew we had to do something for our comfort, as well as our health.I am thankful we saw how the system worked at a conference and it is exactly what I was looking for. Our refrigerator has a filter cartridge, but now the water out of the tap is even better than that ever was. Now we can drink from any faucet in the house, knowing that all the bad stuff is out of it. We even got a UV light on our system so it kills germs (I’m not sure, what exactly, but I know it kills something).Also, the installation was quick and efficient and the whole process was painless.I recommended it to family and friends and highly recommended to anybody else looking for a water treatment system. It’s the best Investment in a home upgrade we’ve ever made.

We moved to USA from Germany 18 months ago. Used to wonderful, clean & fresh water having the water in our area is really disgusting. Smells of chlorine & undrinkable from the tap.Even friends & family coming to visit from Germany always commented how terrible the water is.We got the filter system and just got it installed today but I already notice a difference like opening the tap & that chlorine smell doesn’t hit me.I washed my face this evening & the water felt smooth & soft & not as harsh as usual.I can’t wait to wash my hair and the clothes, which haven’t been the same since moving here & being washed with that horrible water.I am so grateful & happy about this huge lifestyle upgrade & full of excitement to reap all the benefits from this filter system.Steve Mc Queen who did the water testing upfront was very pleasant & knowledgeable.We enjoyed his professionalism & kind personality.The installation process was great as well and Jeff did a great job finalising & explaining.We are very happy & know that our health & life will improve after this investment.Water is life & so important.I will start bathing again, knowing I’m not soaking in that nasty chlorine soup anymore.So glad you guys rang our doorbell.Much success to your company.You do a great job & service

Purchased a package deal for two homes (me and my brother's home). The installation was not done properly and faucet keeps spinning around - sales guy Chris visited and we figured that the faucet was missing some rubber piece to hold it in place - this was a month ago. What should have taken a single visit and five minutes of work - still not resolved after 5 weeks of calls and texting and promises to get right on it - i have literally called or texted about 40 times trying to get a firm date to have it worked on - unbelievably the sales guy Chris stopped answering my calls so I called the company office and been speaking with the maintenance guy Rick, who promised that they will send someone this weekend but still waiting to receive phone call for appointment. I am beyond frustrated - considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if this is not resolved soon.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

By far the best water filtration company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve lived in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida, and had water filtration systems in all three places. I had echo water. I had rain soft and a hydro. All of them pale in comparison, this one made the water feel so much better smells so much better taste so much better. It was unbelievable noticeable from day one. The main difference here, however, is the customer service in a second to none.

Bad experience the day of the delivery after plugging up the cooler it started smoking really bad. the fumes was so strong. I had to call 911. I got checked out & continued to air out the room

Sold us a water filter and not until workers left did we discover their handiwork - a huge hole in the ceiling. No explanation. No follow up. We were promised soaps and other items, but even with multiple calls, we have heard nothing back. Very poor customer service.

Initially we were very pleased with the service we received and were ready to write a glowing review about the company. We have had our water system since April and no one from the company has reached out neither returned the calls that I have made to have the system tested. We were told not to add any additional salt until someone came out, but no one has reached out. I was told I would here from someone within 24-48 hours and as of the time of this review it has been over 8 days. We also have not received the additional products that we were promised as a part of our purchase. Needless to say this is very disappointing as we are paying for a product that we cannot receive support with.
