The sales associate, Hayden, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was stocking by the checkout and I walked up and started unloading my few items onto the belt and did not want to rush her so I didnt even ring the bell. She came up irritated and rolling her eyes. I still said thank you politely when paying and she refused to speak at all still rolling her eyes. She was young but still represents the store. I would not go back to that location after that experience.

I have been visiting this store for a while now, it has actually been one of our favorite stores and we go out of our way to visit most times, however I will not be returning after my incident today until there is a change. Current manager Brittany is beyond rude and very unprofessional. The manager had a meltdown about my children (6&3) looking through the toy isle, took it upon herself to get onto my children and tell them they couldn’t touch anything stating that “this isn’t a toy store” after my youngest dropped a toy in the floor, she was visibly aggravated throwing her hands up and pacing in the isle. I told her not to speak to my kids and that they were allowed to touch and look at toys she replied “they were destroying the store” which they did not do at all. I am shocked the woman had the audacity to not only act the way she did but to get onto my children. I requested the number for corporate after learning she was the manager and she shrugged and told me to “look it up”.The woman running the register on the other hand was a joy, apologized for the encounter and stated this happened often and she was not surprised with the managers actions. She was able to provide me the information for corporate and direct me on who to speak with, which I will be doing. I hope the management issue is resolved quickly, unfortunately due to the comments made by other staff members during my visit and a previous review being made by another customer I believe this is not the last time an issue like this will happen.

I prefer not to even shopping the store anymore as long as Britney Cox is working she follows me around the store stands next to me has said things about two other employees about watch me and my fiance because we panhandle we have never done none of the above I've never stole from that store nothing so you know she's just very unfair to people when it comes to she's very very very unprofessional in my opinion very unprofessional and I think she just gives the store bad name myself

Brittany( manager) has shown prejudice for ethnic families shopping at this location (store 7390). Brittany has shown a constant need to harass and stereotype ethnic customers with small children. She has shown a unprofessional demeanor towards loyal ethnic customers and has even yelled while on the phone assisting a customer. Brittany is bias when it comes to customer product exchanges ( picking and choosing who she will allow to make an exchange). I would love to give this location more stars because this store location has always been great for the community. Pamela, the store's sales associate is great , she has great customer service skills, she is friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. Thank you Pamela.

Today I’m giving Sharon (Manager) and Tina (Sales Associate) both five stars. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed their friendly demeanor. I would definitely recommend this location.

Wanted to give it a 4 only because they don’t have a refrigerated/frozen section, but that’s a first world problem. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Pamela though. She was on register two separate days I had to go in there and never gets stressed out or rude no matter how many customers are in her line. She basically makes you forget the wait by the time you get up there.

Ok, since when did a store not exchange an item that didn't work out of the box, just because the box had been opened, not torn open either, the USB cord that was attached to it still was wound up with the twist tie around it the plastic was over the product everything was there completly, just opened?! I asked the clerk how the heck are you supposed to know if something works or not if you never take it out of the box?! She couldn't answer that, so I guess I'll be calling Corporate on Monday...I HAVE THE RECEIPT AS WELL?! There are some real dumb people out there is all I can say. Smh...🙄😠🤯👎This Dollar Tree is no longer an actual $1 store. Price ranges from $1.25 up to $5 . So is this considered "False Advertisement"?!

I always have the best experience when sharon crider works. She is very helpful when im looking for stuff. And very friendly even tho i have a service dog. Sharon crider needs a raise she runs circles around the workers.
