I love my CVS pharmacy at Towne Lake ,and today i went to pick up my sons prescription and seeing Aidan made my day ,he is always happy, and he is excellent at customer service. He is such an asset to the company . Thank you so much Aidan for making my day so much better .

Last week I came for picking up my friend’s prescription, I found your pharmacy is too busy and your technicians and pharmacist are so good and responsible. Specially samira is so patient and kind and helpful and gave me good discount.I decided to transfer my pharmacy from kroger to your store.

The staff at this location are very personable and welcoming. They helped me see all options and weigh costs and a timetable for getting my prescriptions (even jumping up to help get it filled right away.) After a previous nightmare experience from a different location, their eagerness to help was so much appreciated. The best CVS experience I have had by far!

I do apologize I do not know the pharmacist name she’s short thin lady and she work August 25 and 26. She was very nice always smiling always greeting people she’s a great person. She does her job. Well I do apologize that I forgot your name because I didn’t want to put your name on here because that’s how sweet you are even if you have a problem at home, you always come to work with the wonderful smile, I never see you down. I never see you at a smile on your face when I come there you always happy no matter what’s going on with your life you treat your customers with respect and always trying to help. If you have a problem, we never know because you always smiling and helping us with a happy face I just want to say thank you so much and once again, I know you but I forgot your name and I do apologize. Thank you to Help Move who is she is she is the pharmacist at Towne Lake Parkway in Woodstock Georgia the sweet pharmacist lady there and once again she work August 25 and August 26. They don’t know how to acknowledge your presence in the drive-thru. A simple, “be right with you” would be nice. Pharmacy is slow AF. I’ll try switching to Publix or Kroger even.

Good lord they need more people working at this pharmacy. The people in the back clearly can’t handle the stress of working here. You have a pharmacist yelling and cussing at a doctors office and every customer in this CVS can hear her. I was told an hour after dropping my meds off at 12:00PM and here I am at 3PM getting a text they’re ready. Need to have the pharmacists learn how to manage this kind of stuff.

A very busy pharmacy but they hustle and handle so many customers!! One of my prescriptions isn't auto loaded for refill so Bri was very kind to call me to let me know the prescription was ready for pick-up! She provided me with information for future refills for this specific prescription so I don't run out again. Bri went above and beyond and the entire store is a pleasure to shop.

Attention CVS corporate, you need to teach your pharmacy workers to be polite to your customers. 8/26/22. 6:05pm. The woman who answered was incredibly rude on the phone when I asked if they had my medication in stock. This is why I go elsewhere unless I have no choice. I hope you educate your employees.

Shocked the pharmacy hasn't killed someone yet.Worst pharmacy I've ever been forced to deal with. You get a text saying your prescription is ready. It's not. You show up and get told "The pharmacist is just finishing that up." They're not. They're just starting on it since you're there. Worst case was getting home, opening the bag (with my name on it) and finding someone else's meds. Unfortunately our insurance requires us to use CVS. If you can use anyone else, do so.

Always receive quick service, and the staff is friendly and efficient. They have really stepped up their game since COVID hit and have become a great pharmacy. They have hired more people to check out customers as well as more pharmacy techs to further enhance the efficiency of their operation.
