I was appalled by the way two male employees were acting in the store this evening, March 16, 2024. I walked into the store and there was a line so I held the door open until I was able to comfortably get inside. One of the male employees yells at me to keep the door closed. Okay no big deal. But the customers online all look at eachother and we laughed because the tone was just rude.Their mouths and attitudes toward all of the customers was atrocious! Then a couple walked in and also held the door open until there was room inside and another male employee yells "Hey Hey I would hate to break up your love fest but you got to keep the door closed" "thanks bro". While laughing. Now we all start looking at eachother I'm shock. As I approach the counter to place my order they are making fun of the couple they just yelled at.At this point my friend and I had, had enough. So I look at them and say you all need to grow up and learn some customer service. This place is ghetto! Honestly I am very surprised more paying customers did walk out.These kids were either high on drugs or completely immature. They need training or need to be replaced. I would never step foot in that Auntie Anne's.

Greeted at the door with an employee telling us to “keep the door closed” (there was a line out the door and customers had it propped open. Not sure why it was such a big deal to have the door open in a gorgeous sunny day. Doesn’t the smell of cinnamon pretzels wafting out attract customers to your store anyway? Once we were inside another man on staff kept saying “keep the door closed” in a rude tone. The girl at the register had earbuds in her ears while serving customers and another employee working in the kitchen cursed loudly while joking around with another employee. Won’t be back there. They ask you to please tip first before entering your payment method. What the heck?? No tip here. The food was fine, but the service and atmosphere is awful.

Absolutely rude! Unlike any other Auntie Anne's I've ever been to, if it's not in the shelf, don't bother "pre ordering" anything, even if it's in the oven and ready in 10 minutes. Shay, the cashier, and her coworker seemed to be mocking customers that left after being exposed to their rudeness, and just overall had a terrible "I don't want to be here" attitude.

The recent reviews are spot on. While shopping thought I would stop it for a pretzel. They had a sign on the door staying they will be back in 30 minutes they are making dough. While looking in the window a bunch of kids inside laughing as people pull on the door as they have full stock under heating lamp. There is no adult here clearly to manage them it seems they open and close when they want.

I don’t understand how this establishment even has 3.2 stars. Stopped by today and the staff is ridiculous. One of the male staff members with the nose hoop he is rude, disrespectful, childish and disgusting attitude. A young lady coming back from her break or maybe lunch not sure asked the peer I mentioned to be quiet or stop talking this dude kept making comments and just being disrespectful making jokes. She was clearly fed up with this dude. He told her to shut up and “Your not my mother “. Young man I don’t think your mother would be happy with your work ethics. When it was my turn to order I asked the young lady at the register how long would the wait be for mini dogs that one staff member I mentioned responded with “TO LONG” what kind of answer is that. This location needs new staff and customer service training no respect or accountability.

First time ever being here today, what I ordered was a fresh and hot batch so I can’t complain about that part. What the issue was there was extremely too much sugar on the cinnamon sugar nuggets it was overpowered with sugar. I would say there was more sugar than the nuggets, I feel like I got my sugar intake plus some. It was a lot to the point where I have a stomach ache there were even little nuggets buried under the sugar in the picture showed at the bottom of the cup.

I went today to this woodstock location, and young teens were working , let me tell you. When customers walked In they make fun of them whispering rude stuff about them all making it so obvious some comments were about us and who ever walked in ,. While the young man tall laughed when we came in then whispered stuff to the cashier guy talking smack about us really loud and again very obvious. These kids or "adults" are so immature, loud and rude very unprofessional. They need some training or fired something made me and my kid very uncomfortable never going there again. Corporate should watch the cameras to see how immature they act . Smh ... also the dought was half raw for hotdogs and greasy for the small pretzel bites, place wasn't cleaned. Wonder why Noone has called manager or corporate about this location

Honestly terrible. The lady working at the register was extremely rude. The door was unlocked at 1105 and we walked in and said we closed. I said what time do you guys open and she said when the pretzels are done. I asked what that meant and she said it means what I just said. I cant believe this is the world we live in now, but she needs to go asap and learn some job manner.

Extremely slow service - actually unbelievable even though it doesn't look understaffed. Staff all look confused and are working in slow mo. Manager is standing around in slow mo too just talking talking talking at her staff and not actually helping - berating them in front of customers for burning the pretzels. People keep leaving the queue because it is taking forever. Queue is literally not moving. Manager seems so incompetent and everyone's complaining about her. People are irritated and more are leaving. She will be the death of this place.Pretzels are burnt and so hard, if you threw them at a bird, it would cause some damage. To make matters worse, bit into it and it's not even done on the inside! (See pics) Worst Auntie Anne's ever!

Coming from a pretzel lover here it was overly salted soft pretzels with cold cheese dip. They weren’t cut properly and were served in long chain of pretzels. Limited options.Disappointed!

This place closes down whenever they decide to. Came by on a Sunday while shopping and sign was on saying closed for 30 minutes. Can back about 15 minutes later and a line was formed, so we got in it. Within 5 minutes last announced they were going to close down for 30 minutes. when I inquired she said they close down when they get too busy

I can't remember the last time this location actually had more than 1 or 2 menu items. They never have twisted pretzels made, only the cut-up bites in a cup. Every once in a while, they have a pepperoni roll thing, but that's about it. Half the drinks are not working or out.

Would leave no stars if that was an option. They closed to make pretzels around 2:40pm said there would be a 15min wait. Fifteen minutes turned into an hour and 15 minutes wait. Every time we asked for an update they said it would take 15 minutes multiple times, then one employee promised it would take 5 more minutes, but it took another 15 minutes. Unprofessional is an understatement. I asked for an manager but there was no manager on site. They were unapologetic. Don’t waste your time here.

Poorly operated and management is petty. This is my 4th time coming to this location and every single time I come they tell me they can only sell me the small pretzel nuggets because they are “out” of regular ones. I usually tell them I can wait and they proceed to lie and tell me they aren’t making anymore. The employees are trained to lie and be petty. Owners are real greedy here and ruin the reputation of this franchise!

If you enjoy greasy pretzels with the consistency of rubber then you’ve come to the right place. Even the Cheese sauce is cold and salty. They won't offer a plain pretzel without the greasy butter. And all that for $6.00.

Today when I entered there was this white blonde girl, I believe she had a nose piercing and looked to be around eleven, super young and short. Upon entering she had been hitting a vaping device, which for one is very concerning considering her young age, something the establishment should be considerate of. She also seemed to be upset about taking my order which had only been the cinnamon nuggets, nothing complex. If customer service is this low, the establishment should consider improving if they want to continue having business.

Super disappointing. I went here today and after waiting 10 minutes in line (only 2 people were ahead of me) I decided to leave without ordering anything. NOTHING was made at all and ready to go. 15-20 minutes to wait for pretzel dogs, 12-15 minutes for salted pretzels. However she told me cinnamon pretzels were almost ready and I could have those or they could make them plain... 🙄 The lights and screens were completely turned off, only 2 people were working so I'm assuming they're under staffed like everyone else is right now, but that doesn't excuse the fact that everything was filthy inside as well. Flys were inside both alive and dead. This wasn't my first experience like this either. Last time was in July and it was the exact same way, albeit the lights were and screens were working and there were more workers, although most people weren't actually working. They had flies AND wasps inside and it took 40 minutes to get through the line (5 guests ahead of me) and each one waiting just as long as me. They said it would only be 15-20 minutes then too. Save your money and your time. I'll likely never return to this location unless they completely rework they're entire management style.

I just stopped by the outlet mall for a pretzel and unfortunately there was very little to choose from. Ended up getting pretzel bites. Anyways, the staff here today were kids with teenage attitudes and I was not in the mood for that on this particular day. The staff also was acting like they didn’t want to work and they certainly weren’t making more pretzels it seemed. Everyone with their arms crossed.. WE JUST WANTED A PRETZEL! I’m not coming back to this one. I’ll go to north point mall instead. They are always fresh and have options there!
