Absolutely perfect experience! Alberto was completely professional from start to finish. I came into the showroom, explained what I wanted and was shown many quality products that meet my needs. Alberto was able to set up a time to measure and give us an estimate quickly. We selected his company over another company and Couldn’t be more pleased. Alberto and his team came in and transformed our home in just two days. The entire team was professional, kind, and courteous. Alberto talked us through all the steps and made sure that we were happy before he left. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would use again in future projects.

OMG, if you are looking for an EXCELLENT company to work with, THIS is the one. Their price, the choices available and the excellent customer service and work they do, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to my friend who gave me the recommendation. They did an awesome job and in one day. They removed my 18 year old carpet and installed my beautiful floor. From initial contact to installation my experience was great. I have never left a review ANYWHERE. But I just had to share. Alberto (owner) gets 5+ stars, I was surprised that he is actually part of the crew that does the installation. They work like a well-oiled machine.

Price was reasonable and Alberto was very willing to work with me to come up with a slightly unique solution to a change I wanted to make to the flooring transition. It came out perfectly. The LVT (not LVP) he installed looks fantastic (looks just like travertine).

I found ARZ floors from a Google search and called them based on their stellar ratings. I had some pet damage to my carpet and Alberto was able to patch and repair it. It looks good as new. He even noticed another area that needed some attention and happily fixed that as well.He was genuine, kind and professional. I will definitely be contacting him again in the future when we need to replace our flooring, or (heaven forbid) fix more pet damage. :)

Alberto did the flooring and carpet replacement for us within 4 days - from selecting the carpet and floors we wanted to procuring the material, replacing the carpets/ floors, cleaning everything and hauling the debris. The quality of work was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Alberto was available anytime to answer questions we had. He replaced almost 2000 square feet of flooring in such a short time.I would recommend him to one and all for all their flooring needs.

Alberto is very professional, especially for such a young person, he’s very clear about choices, options, you know what he outlines, his prices are extremely good, and yet the quality of what he brought was lovely. He and his team were very careful with my belongings, they moved quickly and efficiently and the job was done well and I was thrilled with the transformation. Even afterwards, we had a bit of a crisis with a spill on the carpet (!!!) he followed up with me immediately (which he didn’t have to do) and resolved the problem over the telephone. I’m very grateful for his kindness towards me and my family and would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

We just had our basement stairs carpeted by ARZ Floors and they did a fantastic job! When it comes time to replace our upstairs carpet, we plan on using them again. They quoted me a better price with higher quality carpet than other companies. The install was clean and looks amazing!
