Absolutely love this place. The staff is awsome and made me feel like I have been going there for years. They treated my dog like a king and were so nice to me and my 2 daughters when we came and picked him up. If I could give more then 5 stars I would because they are amazing!!!! Also would like to point out that I called at 3:45 on Friday afternoon to schedule for a Monday. After I hung up the phone Holy called me back and said go ahead and bring him now if you can. I really can't say enough on how great this place is all I can say is go see for yourself!!

Best folks around. They know what they’re doing and always listen to your requests, no matter how big or small. They treat your pups as if they were their own. Highly recommended. We wouldn’t take our pups anywhere else.

I cannot say enough about this spa. Holly and her crew are pawmazing!!!! Not only did they fit my two fur babies in on short notice and at the busiest time of the year, but they lovingly and unhurriedly gave them the royal posh spa experience. One of my pups was extremely matted and I loved that they didn’t judge me. They repeatedly let me know that their place is a no judgement zone. I can’t wait to bring in my other pups! Thank you Holly and Brittany for just being genuinely nice human beings.

We have been taking our miniature schnauzers to Sheila for over 10 years. They take excellent care of them and our fur babies always enjoy their spa day. They leave looking and smelling amazing. The staff is always professional, helpful, and friendly.

They bathe Yogi every 4 weeks, he comes home smelling so nice and clean. They treat him special, cause he is not a trouble maker dog. The only thing he dont like is the dryer he has to air dry, this takes longer. But he loves his spa days.all the attention he gets. He loves his girls. The woman that works up front is the rudest person and should not work with the public! She has probably caused a lot of people to stop bringing their pets in! Grooming is outrageously high and my dogs are never groomed the way I ask and always chaffed! Horrible place to go as of late! No wonder the groomers leave from there constantly! I will not be going back!Response to owner! I have my dogs there on time and they called the last time and told me they were ready and I got them! And, you were who I spoke to when I made they appointment! I told you that day that not all the groomers there know how to groom them, you said you train them all and they groom the same! They DO NOT! No worries though! Just wanted to clarify that I asked for a short cocker cut with clean feet, he was just as long as when I took him in and golden doodle cut with clean feet! What was so hard about that???? A lot apparently!

I’ve brought my dogs to Sheila for almost 10 years. Almost every time I picked up my dogs, there was something wrong. But seeing lack of groomers in griffin area left me no choice but to continue to bring my dogs.Personally, my family has been disrespected, scolded and talked down to. Every time my dogs received inconsistent service. Once cut too short and other not touched at all. Also it’s always my fault never her not listening or inconsistencies.My mom’s small shih tzu was barely cut or groomed last time… now if you say something to her, it’s always your fault or she just “doesn’t understand”Why is it that once we took our dogs to other places, we received excellent service and almost half the price.Oh speaking of pricing, she doesn’t follow her own pricing. She decides what to charge.I tried my best to keep giving her chances!!!! But enough is enough. Last service I received, I was charged over $100 for de matting and bathe my dog but I was left with a badly shaved dog and scolded by Sheila for crying when I saw my dog .Today, I brought my same dog matted to Petsmart in griffin and she was de matted, no complaining from groomer, came to a beautiful fluffy dog!So if you are looking for good customer service, consistency, professional groomer… This place isn’t it.Not to mention she keeps loosing her staff… that has to say something about her.My family and i are done with her and her business.I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND HER!DO NOT GIVE HER ANY BUSINESS if she has ever disrespected you. It’s our money .There are far better groomers in griffin now.Try petsmart & tender touch

The first time I sent my 1 year old shih Tzu It was great. But every time I sent her back she was cut Uneven I asked him to do her ears to clean them they were cleaned I asked for them to do her nails they were not done it was just a bad experience all around after the first visit I will never sand my little Leelee back there again.

We come consistently with our two fur babies a cavachon and a havanese and their hair cut is always perfect, super soft and the dogs actually LOVE to go they're super excited as soon as they see the salon! We love it here and the ladies are always super sweet!
