We have loved Dr. Singer since he joined Dade County Animal Hospital. He is compassionate, caring and taken care of our dogs whenever we needed him. He has worked us in during emergencies and been with my wife and I at the end of our precious dogs lives. It is hard to lose your best friend and he made such a difference in our lives and our dogs lives. You just can't find a better veteranian. 5 STAR***** all the way.

Let’s face it. Your animals can’t speak to you in words. In my case I’ve had my little girl for 13 years of her life after adoption. She’s getting older and I’ve taken her to clinics all over the USA and yes I chose my words correctly. I’ve asked why is she getting abnormally fat and if she has what I thought was tumors on the outside of her body can she have them on the inside as well? She has had blood work and labs ran on her and most have either dismissed it cause of her age or have given her antibiotics for her low grade fever. I was watching her over the weekend and truly thought this is it. She is going to die. So this clinic got her in to check her out. Worth our permission they did an ultra sound and found that she indeed had what looked to be a tumor on her spleen. The Dr then came back to discuss what they had found and discussed the different treatments with us. They told us the reality of what each treatment could possibly do for her. I appreciated the truth. I felt so bad that she had to live with this for so long. They scheduled her surgery as soon as they could. Brought her in. She did well for her age and condition. Sent us home with thorough instructions, medications, and different food for her as well. I appreciate that they didn’t look badly upon us or the situation. Listened I mean truly listened to what we had to say to everything into consideration. Had compassion towards her and us. So far she is doing way better then I expected. I’m glad she is no longer in pain from her tumor and recovery from surgery is going well.Choosing the right veterinarian is like choosing the right Dr for yourself. Sometimes it’s a long journey, don’t give up. Thank you for being there for our family when we needed you.I will definitely be recommending your facility to anyone in need.God Bless

I love everyone there, Especially Dr Singer! My dogs have never once gotten stressed out about going in there like they have at other vet offices. We have used them for simple exams, surgeries, and making the tough call to put one of our older dogs to sleep. Hands down my favorite vet office.

I don't visit the vet very often because the heck this is my first pet in such a long time. I can barely remember but a friend turned me on to this place and it is fantastic. the prices seem very low and the people seem very dedicated to the overall health of the animals It is the best combination as far as I'm concerned when it comes to animals and their owners pocketbooks as well.

They literally let my baby die! She was diagnosed with HGE less than 10% dogs die with this if given the proper treatment quickly. 3 hours there and no line was even started. Fluids are the key to this disease. We finally got her to the ER to be told treatment was to late to save her.

Great little vet. Corporate has taken over so it is getting much needed love. Getting an appointment is easy and convenient. Wait time can be a bit of an issue as it does take some time to wait for a Dr. But they are always nice and friendly and helpful. They listen to our concerns for our fur kids. I've been going here for years. They can be a bit pricey which is unfortunate though the care and knowledge they give is worth it to insure my babies care. Pic of my fur babies for tax.

We drove down from Signal Mountain to see them. They diagnosed a problem with our dog Charlie in 30 minutes that our usual vet missed in 3 different visits. These folks are not only good at what they do but are thorough, professional, and thoughtful. Vet tech Hailey was especially caring.

Excellent experience. Found my veterinarian. The staff are awesome! Especially how they treat my 3 & 4 year old while waiting. *Update 2/15/2024 Had an appointment today that we made 6+ months ago. Took time off work to find out there was a staff meeting until 1:30.Checked voicemail and they called last night saying our appointment was at 1:50. We even called a week ago to add our new puppy and they didn't say our appointment time changed.But they're great with my pets & patience with my children's million questions.

I took a friend here to get her cat checked, she was very happy with the vet(s) that were tending to her furbaby, (Mapco), she said the amount they charged for the visit was affordable, and she was overall satisfied with her visit. From my of the visit as one whom was simply waiting in the lobby for my friend, I should add that I did not enter the office at the same time she e went in, upon entering I was greeted with a happy friendly lovely lady at the front desk, I told her I was waiting on my friend, she said(in a question like way) your with mapco? To which I say yes, she told me the room they were in and said I could go of I wanted, but I opted to sit in the lobby and wait. She said that's fine, it wasn't maybe 2 minutes between my friend going in and my going in, I then waited maybe total 20ish minutes and she was good to go. She received all Basic checkup protocol, shots, meds needed, flea tick all that jazz, and I think she paid like maybe 100$. Took her back for follow up like 2 weeks later, and waited in my car because the visit was done in such a timely manner by the time I finished my phone call of maybe 10 to 15 min at most, she was out the door ready to go. If I were not with my vet in ooltewah for such many years as I have been, I would be opting for this vets office, if I ever need animal care and weren't able to get to my vet I would opt for this vets office

They were very nice to us. We had to let our wonderful dog go. She was 12yrs old and had cancer. They gave us a private room to sit with her and say our goodbyes.

Our Dog suddenly devolved a red rash over her underside of stomach and chest area. Did notice this until around 2 PM. Call Dade Animal Hospital and told us it would be $70 due to not having an appointment! This is ridiculous to charge extra for an unexpected illness. Had it been after hours or on weekends the extra charge would be expected. We will be seeking other alternatives. We have been treated very good by the folks there and have used there services for thirty years. Greed is consuming our country.

i have took 3 dogs here and every single time my dogs has come back out with sh!t all over them! and they lied about a puppy i brought in saying she was internally bleeding, but overnight it just resolved and she was fine with little to no care done by them ?? this is the worst vet i have ever been to! the employees are rude! and it so obvious that they are simply there for the money! i mean come on! they are helpless animals, and humans just as much are coming to them to get answers and they lie!! how is this place still open ?? it amazes me. needs new employees, or a new owner!i sooo highly recommend mckamey animal center! they are so sweet unlike the employees at dade vet! they are very attentive, there was little to no wait! they are 100% my number 1 option. dade vet is my last. the employees are highly unprofessional, and once again only want money! they need to be shut down!

The vet was spot on. However the staff kept me asking questions. Also not listed on their website is a $10 fee for the welcomed walk-ins. Best to make an appointment, unless you have an emergency to save that fee.

While passing through the area my dog stumbled on a tick nest and was covered with thousands of ticks. Luckily they had walk through hours so we came here. They were all amazing and calming, worked hard for a long time washing and removing most of the ticks, treating the dog and giving us useful and important info. Don’t know what we’d do without them. Big thank you from us and our dog.

Our elderly dog torn a nail out while we were camping. We called DCAH and they got us in right away. The staff was very helpful and kind. We were in and out of the hospital within and hour, and I highly recommend them!

Love the people here. I found an abandoned puppy called the next day for an appointment to make sure she was okay and not going to make my other dogs sick. They got me in that day and the puppy was healthy and started her puppy vaccines. Thank you all.

My little girl of 4 mths got a bone hung sideways in the roof of her mouth. Took her to Trenton vet says it would be 220. After all was said and done it was 175 but all I had was 78 they asked me to go into another room and told me they weren't charity. I didn't ask for charity I asked for 24hours. She said if I didn't pay within the time stated don't bring my animals back. I know now it not about the animals it's all about the money.and no I DONT WANT ANY CHARITY FROM THEM
