Store is a mess. Cannot get up and down aisles with cart due to stock carts (unattended) in aisles. Shelves of merchandise messy. Merchandise on floors. Understaffed.

This particular dollar general seems to have more merchandise to choose from especially when stocking is finished. I love that, but while stocking the The aisles are filled carts making it so hard to maneuver. They are so pack with lots of this things that it makes shopping 🛒🛍️ difficult plus the cashier is from what I seen the one trying to stock the shelves and handle the register so it gets backed up quick. The manager did come from the office and open another register. They also had a sign on the door saying they were hiring, that's good.

Never answers the phone how do you expect people to check on their pick up orders when you never answer the phone after sending an email 30 mins prior to the pick up time?! Worse than Walmart pickup down here!! Y’all must do better or just do away with store pickup!!

Haha! I asked a question about pricing of which the cashier asked the manager on duty. Her reply was the pricing is on the door. So I took my items, responded Great answer I'll just read the pricing on the door. I almost handed her the items and walked out of the store...just NASTY attitude. I purchased the items. The items didn't scan and were not in the system and DIDN'T scan for that price on the door. The cashier was polite. Not her fault. She handled it well. But I don't frequent this location and after this experience WILL NOT be back to this location. BAD MANAGEMENT!

Had everything I went to get. Plus the people there are super nice and friendly and will go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. I'll be going there more often. Bonus= they get you checked out very quickly. And that's something I do love.👍👍👍😊

terrible....no restroom for customers... spending no money there...even though I needed some things... but I didn't get the impression the employees I asked cared the slightest bit

Dollar General is the small town retail leader for a very good reason. They put stores in areas other chains tend to ignore,and there are so many of them you don't have to go far to find one. The amount of merchandise this company buys and sells rivals much larger retailers. You can find almost any item needed for everyday projects there. Give them a try.

Its hard to shop with carts of stock in the way. Some area's you have to turn around because you can't get around all the carts. The cashier's are very nice and say thank you.

This place was horrible. I visited to get some pool floats the lines was back up. Only had 1 person working. The workers back was to the door. 5 or 6 people was walking out with item's. Will never go back. Took me 20 mins to get check out!!!!!!!

Most racist manager ever . I walks in the store and they literally followed me Around. Like it was so so disrespectful. Racist staff for sure

Wonder custermer service from your asst manager Amanda i think her name was at the west point store. But your manager the black lady was horrible i couldn't get her off her phone long enough to help me and she is very rude

They have a new Manager with a very nasy attitude be very careful i was over charged for an item that were in the wrong place i don't have to buy a dam thing at this store thank you

As always... I can count on the Dollat Generalin West Point to have an inventory of dog food. I have my 10 dogs... but Emily had a litter of 7... they are now 8 weeks.. eating dog food and scraps... milk.. eggs... they are learning to be a great addition to anyone's family... anyways.. back to Dollar General.. always a smile and friendly greeting.. the carts lined the isles but with only one working at that time.. i don't hate her for it.. the sign on the door did say they are hiring.. Merry Christmas... i am looking forward to the new year.. hoping all this will be behind us... praise God..

It is good store. Most of them are inexpensive. Some good brands products . They hse a frozen food and some meats but not much . They almost have everything that you need.

Watched as 3 people walked out with hand dulls of stuff without paying and the cashier d idnt seem to mind...so if u r broke...this place allows five finger discount.
