They are quick to get you in. Unfortunately after testing I was told my dog had cancer and didn’t have much longer. We got one more month with him before we had to take him to blue pearl to be put down due to the cancer taking over. Within a week I received a card from the Burke county animal hospital sending their condolences. I guess the other animal hospital let them know what happened because I didn’t .. so the card caught me off guard and made me cry once again. But I greatly appreciate it. They give great care and have the best prices around. I will go here again if we ever get another pet. Only negative I will say is it is a true hassle to get them on the phone …

The staff at Burke County Animal Hospital are the best and most compassionate I’ve ever met. Dr. Ford & Dr. Walker are absolutely amazing.We had to end the suffering of one of our babies today, Frankie.Dr. Walker helped us through it. I’m so happy Burke County Animal Hospital has become part of our lives. Everybody there including reception, the techs, and Doctors are all just the best. Thank you all.

The best animal hospital with very nice,compassionate and caring people who go above and beyond. I would give them 6 stars if I could. I called every vet in augusta becuase my dog Luna Petunia wasnt doing well and they all told me that it would be a couple weeks before I could get an appointment. I called Burke county hospital and without hesitation told me to bring luna in between 1 and 3 because she needs to be seenin between 1 a I got there at 1 and was seen by 1:30. To all the nurses nd doctors thank you from the bottom of my heart

Very grateful for the fast and compassionate care ...Dr. Ford and supportive staff who came in on their day off to perform an emergency C-section on my Bella who had 2 remaining pups, thankfully saved one. Always found Burke County Animal Hospital to be like old fashioned Veterinary Practices where you really feel that they are there for the animals first!

Friendly staff and very caring of you and your pet. Takes good care and thoroughly examines. Pretty cool that you can just walk in with no appointment. The only issue I have is with the grooming. Now that needs improvement, you do have to have an appointment for grooming. I had to wait for 3 months to have my dogs hair cut, now that's ridiculous. Other than that I highly recommend this veterinarian and her caring staff.

This place sucks first there no place to park we had to park at the ditch than the ladies were not friendly at all doctor gradous sent us there to get help my sisters lil dog was attacked by a pit an we rushed down there just to get there an be told to take her dog some place else never look at the dog the lady just said {we can't help you take the dog to Evans emergency vet)I said Really lady we just drove 30 mins an this is a animal hospital right ? Y'all have 9 vets here an the poor lil dog is bleeding I need hlep we was sent by doctor gradous here can someone plz help us ma'am were busy all i can say is take the dog to evans they will help. Have a nice day I've never ever been so devastated just to know that Roxie was a part of the family we lost her that day. I just can't believe they wouldn't look at Roxie at all never seem to care . I will never return to that place again

Took a friend's cat here to get neutered and it was an easy process. I've never had to do that and they made it very easy. They come out and got him, I did the paperwork and picked him up the following day. Friendly staff. Safe and courteous.

My dog got out of our house and he got hurt really bad we called them and they stayed open longer just to see him and help him he needed lots of staples and they was so nice to him and our dog absolutely love this place and the people will only take my dog here

We love this place! The staff is so friendly and they care about your pets! We took our dog Stewie here yesterday to have his teeth pulled yesterday and both my Husband and I were Amazed when they told us the price of $259 which included everything including his pain meds. They also take walk ins here.

Took me right in without scheduling an appt. The vet assistant was awesome and thorough what he was doing to our new puppy and the vet treated my baby like his own. Highly recommend !! And their prices are so reasonable for treatments and shots.

I trust these veternarians so much that I drive from Atlanta to take my dogs to them. The veterinarians are knowledgeable, well-trained, and caring. Staff on the front desk and the vet techs are equally wonderful. I have taken my dogs to them for neutering and spaying, dental care, injuries, medications, and more. Additionally, Dr. Ford has advanced knowledge and skills in difficult surgeries. Great care, all around.

They were amazing!! My kitty was sick and was in need of immediate care. They took him in and did everything they could to save him. They even cried with me when my fur baby didn't make it... I even got a sympathy card from them two weeks later. Amazing people work here that really love what they do and the animals that they care for. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Walker is a great veterinarian who saved my cat. He had an abscessed tooth and after surgery, he was a very happy cat and so was I. The staff is also great. Thank you all 😁
