I would give 5 stars if this store was maintained better. It is not zoned correctly. There is always merchandise thrown on the floor and on top of shelves and racks. It's as if they don't have anyone working the floor. Usually only one cashier is available. Maybe they should hire someone just to walk the store and zone.

My wife loves looking for deals at Ross. I was involved in an accident outside Ross today by a Ross employee. She cut to sharp and hit my car. She was scared as I tried to direct her to park. I won't to apologize to her in I seemed upset. I was just trying to help her get parked. We all end up in situations like this in life and its ok. Thats why we have insurance. I know the employees name but I won't disclose it to embarrasse her. So if a Ross employee knows this person please tell him I'm not mad at her and everything will be ok. Seems like she's doing ok for herself. Still in school and just saved enough money to buy her own car. More than I can say about so many kids these days. Again, my apologies

They have amazing prices and amazing items to buy. I wish they had more toys. The service here is not always great but when someone does care they do take care of you very well. We spent no more than 15 to 20 minutes shopping and only 5 minutes on line. And they did not have candy for Halloween for the children, that was extremely disappointing. Things like that shows that you care about your community.

Hands down the nicest, cleanest, most organized, friendliest Ross I've ever been to. I shopped with confidence and no anxiety because there was stuff everywhere. Big Kudos to the store manager who I had the pleasure of meeting to commend her on the staffs efforts. Keep it up!

Couldn't believe some of the prices. However, the store is set up exactly like some goodwill stores I've been in, and the shelves were bare like some thrift stores I've been in. But we bought stuff!

Loved the store as always but the cashier was RUDE!! He didn't hand my bags to me after I checked out he just started to ring up the next person in line! So I had to reach across her to get my bags!! Didn't get none of the customers at all!!

I usually always find a good deal at Ross. You can find good name brands at a reasonable price and also miscellaneous odds and ends at great prices too. Look for the red and yellow tags for clearance price items and save even more. They usually also have a good assortment of sweets and other things that are much cheaper than other places that sell the same products too.

It said I visited yesterday, but it was today 😂Anyway, went looking for clothes for our son and we actually found a lot he liked at a really good price. The lady who checked us out was friendly. We probably will be back.

Love this store. It's clean and organized. Every once in awhile you will have a staff member who's not that friendly but other than that no complaints.

We were heading to Amelia Island, Fl and along the way my husband stopped at every Ross Dress for Less, WOW was I impressed and couldn’t believe it was a Ross bcse it was so friendly, clean, organized, and a fantastic shopping experience! Thank you to everyone especially the manager who has a fantastic team under your leadership! You, your store ROCKS!!

I was highly impressed. I found exactly what I was looking for and more. I have finally found somewhere that I can find dress clothes to fit me. The ladies were all so nice and helpful. I will be coming back here in the near future to buy some more clothes. Its great to know I walked out with something to wear that made me feel great about myself.

Really aggravated with this Ross. I went late night shopping with my mom and after being in the store for about an hour on a Friday night, I was ready to try on a bunch of clothes. I found someone and asked if they could let me in the fitting room and (the manager) told me they close the rooms at 10:30. I told her I didn’t hear an announcement and she said there is no announcement they just close them. So I don’t understand why there would be no announcement warning customers the dressing rooms will soon be closing if they are going to close them. And why would they even close them 30 minutes before the store closes when 90% of the store is CLOTHES. When leaving I mentioned the rooms being closed to the cashier and she said they are actually supposed to be open.

Of there's a "Ross" period, I'm there. I love "Ross" cause just like it says you really can "Dress for Less". Name brand clothing at low reasonable prices, and there's something for everyone, so you won't be disappointed.
