I frequent this store because it's close to me and easy to pick up essentials. Today will be the last. I've had issues with coupons not working and no one is inclined to take a moment to help me figure out what I might be doing wrong. That's not even my chief complaint. I was just in there and when a coupon didn't work, I went ahead and paid because there was a very long line behind me and the cashier said she couldn't tell me why. I got back in line to make the return for the cashier to SIGH AT ME and say "I don't know how to do returns." I said "Okay... Is there someone who does?" She sighs again, ROLLS HER EYES, & asks me if I have my receipt (I imagine to tell me I'm SOL without it, her way out). Of course I do, she checked me out 3 minutes ago. She picked up the phone to dial a manager as one was walking up. The cashier had the worst attitude and made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. This store causes me too much anxiety to return.

They would not allow a child access to the public bathroom. Said there was no public bathroom despite the fact that every other local dollar general has at least one public bathroom. As of 2022, no public restroom access in a retail store in public area is illegal.

I posted a review a week ago because I had a great experience. But today my experience was not so great. This store was a little further from my home but I can park closer to the store. It's hot in Georgia and close parking is important. Today I pull up (nice parking spot) the doors are locked and a hand written note saying, "store would be closed at 6:00 because there was no cashiers". It was 5:45 btw. So I drove to the store on First Street, which is closer to me anyway, and they were open and awesome. I'll stick with that DG from now on (hot parking lot and all).

This particular store is the most unclean, unorganized, and the staff is very unpleasant to talk to. Something needs to be done immediately or close the darn place and redo it. Hire new staff that gives a darn about customers and keeping the store clean and organized!!!!!! Would not recommend until conditions are better !!!!!!!! Good LUCK!! :( SHOULD HAVE TAKEN PHOTOS!!

Rude employee with an attitude. Asked for help getting an item off top shelf & she acted like it irritated her because she was about to go smoke. Said she didn't know how to get it down. Reported her to corporate.

Definitely needs cashiers and help for faster checkout, but I love Dollar General and have patience so I dont always mind the hour checkout time.

There was a short line , and I was in and out...thank Dollar General of Vidalia Ga..the prices were great too...and the the cashier was very friendly..thanks you for that because I was not feeling great...after that I went to the Emergency Room...thanks again for making my wait a short one..

Because MC Donald's provides the freshes food services 24hours. It's has a clean environment. It helps to build future for young students and employees. It also pay their employees a fare salary per hour, weekly, monthly, etc. Mc Donald's cares genuinely about the unfortunate ones.

Very helpful staff everything was easy to locate and the people that work there point you in the right direction to where the product is that you want to find with no issues they are very courteous and kind and very helpful and it's a very clean atmosphere I like shopping there because of the friendly people

Usually a lot of stocking equipment on the floor space. Somewhat higher pricing but expected from the type of store. Not unusual to find certain products out of stock or not restocked yet.

I'm not a big fan of this particular Dollars General. They never have enough help, and they still have expired food from 3 or 4 months back sitting on their shelves. The store his really gone down.

Had two people working. One on cash register and the other one was in the back on the phone. There was a long line and everyone started walking out.

Had to maneuver around obstacles and stop that was in buggies on the floor hard to shop very difficult to walk around in very dangerous due to all the buggies and stop laying in the floor which is trip hazards and the other store across town is worse than this one the worst shopping experience I have ever had
