When I walked in the employees did not greet me and seemed very agitated that I even thought to walk in. I came in Saturday night and it was empty and didn't seem like they had any other orders to complete. Both workers had airpods in and were incredibly unfriendly. The girl finally took my order and I waited for 15 minutes before I was finally rung out. Someone from the back actually made my sandwich, the two front workers were just standing there looking unfriendly and cutting up meat i guess. There was one friendly worker who came out from the back and spoke and greeted me. I wouldn't go again, just based on the atmosphere alone. These new workers aren't expected to be friendly anymore it's sad.

Zack and Joseph were very professional and speedy. Worked well together and make the perfect sandwiches. Will for sure stop back by here. Yes they are open for speedy takeout!

Very dissatisfied that a Miles doesn’t have roast beef on their store today. They told us to come back tomorrow and they would have roast beef then. How do you have a Mike’s number six Mike’s way without roast beef. I traveled 45 minutes to get there because it’s the closest Mike’s to me and I always get it wonderful service there. I am really disappointed.

Worst Jersey Mikes EVER! I have tried and tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and they continue to let me down. 4 times I have gone there and spent around $100 and 4 times they have not only not corrected the issue and given me wrong orders but have not done anything to keep my family as customers by making it up to us. I have been polite I have tipped every single time and one time I even gave every employee working that day a $20 tip each! Yet again today I asked my wife to stop by and pick up an order for us and yet again they fail me. Instead of making it right they say well we’re busy so you’ll have to wait about a half hour for your order to fix because there are people in front of you now. Are you kidding me?? I will NEVER be using that location again and I’m deciding wether or not I’ll ever try a different location again. I will be taking this as far up the ladder I can. How can this be the New Jersey Mikes?..

Was in line, ordered, another guy made the sandwich. He messed up as there was a confusion on the order. The guy making the sandwich instead of fixing the issue, he decided to ignore my presence and continued with other orders. I was standing for 30 minutes or so and he wanted to charge me double meat..... Needless to say I walked out of there without a sandwich.... Jersey Mike's is awesome but this particular location or that worker or the moment, but that was not right at all.

Really good subs. Probably some of the best subs I have eaten but they are also very expensive. I have a hard time justifying 12 the $15 for a sub lunch.That said their employees are always polite and are willing to make recommendations. Good employees make all the difference in the world and they do have some very good employees.If you want a "higher end" sub and you don't mind spending a little extra, this place is for you.

Literally stood in line for over ten mins to watch them make sandwiches that were online orders! Asked the lady what was going on and she said all of these orders have to be done first. They had so much food lined up for doordash and orders off line that they couldn't hardly have room to fix mine! I think if customers are standing in front of you they should be helped first! There was alot of confusion to say the least! Don't worry I will not be back!

What a great experience! I'm in a customer service role so the gentlemen working tonight August 23rd get a big kudos from me. All of them were very helpful and when they weren't waiting on customers they were cleaning. That is so refreshing to see rather than having them standing around talking to each other. I even had the giant Roast Beef Mike's way, exceptional!! I'm definitely revisiting soon and recommending this place to my family & friends!!

Jersey Mike's subs are the best but my complaint with the one in Valdosta if you know that you sell a lots of rosemary bread why are you always out you really need to fix that problem because that to is one so hope you do better going forward

I came in and asked for a gluten free sandwich. I was pretty nervous about ordering the sandwich because I was worried about my sandwich coming into contact with wheat or gluten. The employees went above and beyond to clean and to ensure my food was safe for me to eat without me even having to ask. All I had to do was order the gluten free bread and they changed gloves, wiped down the slicer and counter, and ensured my bacon came off the top of the stack. I don’t go out to eat much because it’s hard to find safe places to eat but I can definitely say Jersey Mike’s definitely won my business today.

The sandwiches are always fresh and delicious! This is the only place in town I go for subs anymore. It is a bit more expensive than other sub shops, but worth it, to me. The food you get actually looks as good as the photos! And let's be honest, how often does that ever happen with fast food? Be sure to sign up for shore points, the rewards program. Mondays are double points, and occasionally we've received 4x points! You can redeem points for free food!

We will still go there, but we went during lunch. And it was chaotic. We asked for a sub with no tomatoes, ended up with a wrap with tomato on it. And also a club sub, but when telling the toppings, the wrong ones ended up on the sub. Ended up being slow, i guess the person doing toppings isnt allowed to use the meat slicer.

Love the food! I always order the Italian Tub.I'm a little confused though because I am required to select a bread choice when ordering online but I never receive the bread! If you aren't going to give bread with the tub then maybe you should remove the bread choice requirement from the online menu. I think that you should consider reducing the price of the tub since you are actually giving the customer less food by not giving the bread.

My husband and I ordered subs for pick up on Thursday, 4/23. He had the Big Kahuna and I had the #12. These subs were AMAZING. Very clean and friendly associates.The best thing of all for us is they are literally within walking distance. I highly recommend it and we will be returning.

The food was okay but the service was beyond awful. I hate to even admit I didn't leave but I waited in line for almost 45 minutes before getting my food. Uber Eats and Grub Hub certainly gets preference here. There was absolutely no organization, they needed more help and they looked "defeated." The employees were doing the best they could in my opinion. This goes back to organization, leadership and someone being in charge.

The sandwich was okay, but they're too overpriced for them to not even have bell peppers or cucumbers as toppings. Not to mention, the bread was dry. Jimmy John's and Subway are much better.

First time trying Jersey Mike Subs. And we took almost 15minutes looking over the menu (FYI, my husband is very indecisive) but Kelcy G at Valdosta Jersey Mike's took her sweet time explaining the menu to us, she was so patience with us and even asked my indecisive husband twice are you sure that's all you want on your sub. Thank you Kelcy for your superb customer service & patience with us! Kelcy is really a good asset to Jersey Mike. Keep up the good work Kelcy!

We have ordered catered boxes of HOT SUBS from Jersey Mike's for over a year and it's been a few months since we made an order. I called like I normally do to put in an order for tomorrow and my order was taken with no problem. I received a call back from the NEW "general manager" 5 minutes later who very rudely informed me that they do not make hot subs for catering orders. I informed this new manager that I had been ordering this same item for the last year, at least 8 to 10 times. She told me she was the new manager and that was not what they did there. We spent hundreds of dollars in this place monthly but we will no longer be using this establishment due to the rudeness and lack of professionalism on the general manager's part. I would recommend being a little more courteous to paying customers, especially when they spend the kind of money we do.
