Firstly, price online is 55 dollars over night. When I get there they notify me it’s $80 to check in at 6am-12noon. (6 hours!)Am additional $35.00 fee for check out until the following day at 12 moon. After getting past the fact that they won’t price match their online price. I paid and went to my room. I have a special needs child in which smaller motels are easier for parking an unloading into your door. I walked in and immediately seen dirty surfaces and hair everywhere. The bath tub, toilet, bathroom floor one queen dice bed was soiled with blood stains. A proper thorough cleaning should not be leaving mounds of hair throughout the room. The blood soil sheets were a massive disappointment, but the night desk woman did bring me Fresh set. She was considerate in my opinion. I did ask her are the rooms cleans before paying because I could have driven another 20/30 minutes and stayed at the holiday in fairgrounds. Which, in my opinion is totally worth it and we love it, friendly, pristine and no soiled anything. Just go north a little further!Rooms: No thrills, for 110$ it’s not worth it. Rooms are spacious but dirty

I was very surprised how clean it was! We got a last minute room because we were in a ball tournament nearby that ran late. Probably one of the cleanest rooms I have been in, even 2-3 times more expensive rooms.Rooms: Clean and comfortable

The atmosphere is more of a motel, not a hotel. (I guess this is because they used to be motels until acquired by Wyndham).The pricing is good for what you get, but it seems mileage may vary. Some rated it quiet and clean, while my experience was not so. The room I stayed in had 2 full beds, which both had stains -possibly old blood. One seems to have a burnt mark, which is no big deal, but it's creepy if it was something else. The bathroom floor definitely had old pee on it (though you can't probably tell in the photo). Walls are paper thin, so if the room next to you is occupied, you'll hear it. Staff are nice enough in the brief interactions I had, but I wouldn't stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness.The positive and negative is that it's located right off the highway, so both a fast getaway, but also traffic noises.At the time of this review, it is rated a 4.2 on Google and had good ratings on Expedia...idk, perhaps this place is considered 'good' in the realm of motels?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the Trapp Family Lodge. Room was comfortable, dining was excellent in the Lounge, Dining Room and the Bierhall. Breakfast Buffet had a huge, delicious selection; Prime Rib and Beef Tenderloin in Dining Room was superb and the Wiener Schnitzel was a first for us and a wonderful combination of flavors. The Family History Tour was fascinating and so well presented. Meeting one of the Trapp grandchildren was a delight. We enjoyed everything about our stay and look forward to coming back again.

Horrible incident with the night "manager". We had paid for a one night stay prior to our arrival. When we checked in they repeatedly charged my credit card. When I ask why they kept sending charges to my card, no one would answer my question, finally they said they were crediting my account. I asked for a copy and was told by the "manager" she could not give me a copy. I told her I was not leaving until I received verification that they credited my account for the charges. She became VERY HOSTILE. The room was okay for a quick night stay, however the placed wreaked of weed. I do not recommend even for a night, it is very sketchy. Just pay more and go to a decent place.Safety: Not in a good area

I had a printed confirmed prepaid reservation number and date but grouchy, rude host claimed it was for the next night, and although there were plenty of rooms, refused to change the reservation that THEY had messed up. I would not lay out an additional $88 for tonight, so I lost $88, had had to travel to the next town. Frustrated and angry!

We LOVE this place. We've stayed twice now, and were pleasantly pleased both times. Everything was clean, super comfy beds(a little tall), plenty plug ins, hot water, etc. We really like it. Clean parking lot, feels safe too. Nice, quick, continental breakfast. We'll always stay there on our way home from Florida. Thank you Unadilla Travelodge :)Safety: The parking lot is clean, and well lit. We never worried about our vehicle, or belongings for a second :)

We had a fabulous stay in the Guest Houses! Every single thing is planned and quality. The kitchen is perfectly stocked! Check in and check out is a breeze! Furniture is new. Carpet it new! Fireplace is fabulous and they provide fire staters and firewood! The only thing that I have to mention is our waiter was arrogant and enjoyed proving us wrong or reduculous if we asked questions about the dinners in the lodge. He brought 2 rolls to the table and nothing for our gluten free person. He said, “sorry.” Of course we did not eat the rolls in front of my aunt while she had nothing. A muffin or slice of bread that was gluten free would have been kind. The menu had several items that were gluten free. If we asked a question about a menu item, “Well, I will have to find the head chef and ask him.” We said “okay”. When Matthew came back he said,” I finally found the head chef after looking and looking and he said, “no”. In customer service you never tell the guest the hardships you encounter when serving them. I suggest more training for this person, because we were shocked by his attitude. Everyone else was so pleasant and accommodating.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, comfortable beds. When we arrived, the neighboring room was watching TV loudly. We went to the front desk and they more than accommodating in getting us another room immediately.Their Grab and go breakfast had choices and good coffee. Will stay here again!

Stayed here one night in a road trip. Clean, quiet, affordable, up-to-date. Easy on/off the highway. Prepaid online; easy check in/check out Did not get breakfast in the morning, so cannot review that. Staff was incredibly helpful when I had an issue. (Issue did not have anything to do with quality of property or staff.) Pet friendly, both cats & dogs.Limited selection of snacks/drinks available to purchase in lobby, but there's some stores and restaurants available nearby. Didn't notice anything fast food in Unadilla; so it's all local businesses.

Room was very clean and nice except they put us next door to some very loud people. When the hotel was empty they could have split the rooms up. Room service started cleaning the room next to us at 9:30 in the morning The witch really sucked for us because we didn't get there till midnight and I didn't fall asleep till 2:00 So basically it was $89 for 3 and 1/2 hours of sleep when? , check out was at 11:00 lol would not stay there again but if they would change a few things up. I think the place would have some potential.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air and we will stay here every time we are in the area! The rooms were relatively new and clean. Queen beds with clean bedding, plenty of pillows and comfortable to sleep on. Newer A/C units. Everything worked, the shower head was new with lots of warm water, shampoo, conditioner and two bars of soap provided. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. Not a single complaint!

Not bad for a Travelodge, in fact pretty good, but the owner (I assume that's what he was) is a real piece of work. When I checked in I had requested a later checkout time, until noon, which the desk clerk readily agreed to, and I put it in writing. But then a little after 11:30 the next day the owner, I presume, was demanding loudly that I leave immediately. "Go out, now, we are waiting ..." etc. OK, maybe the clerk had forgotten to tell him and the staff about the late checkout arrangement, and sure it can happen, but the owner would not hear any explanations at all, he just kept bellowing like I'm some sort of criminal.

Traveling from Indiana to Florida, and I and my two daughters stopped here for the night after a very long day's drive. Young man at the desk was extremely courteous and helpful - gave us the very last room available for what seemed well under nearby going rates (as seen online for area). The property was neat, the room was fairly spacious, and the A/C worked great. Yes, we saw a few bugs in the bathroom - but the room itself was clean. The beds and pillows were way too soft for me, but I imagine most people would have loved them (my youngest daughter certainly did). However, the shower had the hottest water and best pressure I've EVER experienced in any hotel of any price!! I would stop and stay here again just for that amazing shower! Wonderful after a long, long drive. However, depending on the time you arrive, there may be no food options available for some miles (and most in the area closed at 10pm). Front desk sells packaged snacks. Complimentary coffee at desk in the morning was nice (room had a small coffeemaker, but no cups...). Ice maker was either not working, though, or just out of ice. This is definitely not a destination hotel, but overall a very good experience and very decent lodging when we really needed to stop for the night and needed it to be affordable.
