I have to say this is one of the best campgrounds I have been to the staff is so helpful and willing to help you. The laundry on site is a huge plus. There is mini golf and the spaces are not on top of each other and it is just so inviting. If I could give this place more the 5 stars I would . The pricing is great and there lots to do and you can really enjoy time with your family .

This campground is not fancy and some people will find things to complain about. Daniel and I liked it. The cons: You hear the traffic noise from the highway but, after a day or two, you tune it out. The noise did not keep us up at night. You will also hear a train going by multiple times per day but Daniel loves hearing trains. The sites are small and close together but that’s true for really expensive resorts, too. There are no picnic tables or fire pits at the campsites. There is a community fire pit. There are also some people who live here full time but none of the sites were “junky”. The facilities are older but clean and functional. There is a small putt-putt course, a pool (we didn’t use it because we were there in December), and an older playground. We were told there are new owners who are focusing on fixing up another campground in Florida before fixing this campground up. The pros: The people are really nice. Fellow campers, Scott and Corrine, who are there seasonally, manage the social activities. We joined in on bingo and glass painting. The other campers were super quiet while we were there. We got a great rate with RPI ($9.50 per night). There are plenty of things to do within a 1.5 hour drive. We felt safe in this campground. There are pecan trees throughout the campground and you can pick pecans for free.Nearby activities: Within a 1.5 hour drive are: Providence Canyon State Park, Richland Distilling Co. which makes America’s best sipping rum according to Forbes, Georgia State Cotton Museum (if you’re lucky you’ll get to talk to Christine Kingdom), Ocmulgee Mounds, and the National Prisoner of War Museum. Savannah is about a 2.5 hour drive.

This is an RV stop, not a hotel. Rooms were great! ( I brought my own!)If you are looking for a great RV park to spend a few days in, this isn't it! It's barely acceptable as an overnight stop. They do have full hookups, but they are located right next to the freeway. I mean, freeway, frontage road, RV park. All the 50 amp service spaces are the closest to the freeway. There are beautiful huge pecan trees and you can pick up pecans. The grounds are very pretty, they have a pool and a little chapel. The parking surface is gravel. There are no picnic tables at the sites. Thomas, the manager at the desk, was very nice and helpful. He said they have all the parts to upgrade the electric hookups for the whole park and put the 50 amp back farther from the road. So they are working on upgrades. It's just very noisy w the freeway so close. We slept ok..

To start, our GPS did not take us directly to this RV park, it’s just a bit further down the road . From the second we walked into the office we felt welcomed. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff who invited us to their dinner they were putting on for the guests . We used the water and electric site closest to the bathhouse. The site was basic grass but most of them were shaded with pecan trees. The shower house is older but very well take care of and always clean. The pool was refreshing but lacks a lot of shade spots to take a break from the sun. You can tell the people running this place are trying to make it something great . Would camp there again .

Not that bad for an off the highway resort! Next time would definitely book a shorter stay as I feel the campsite is more for short stays along a route, but that’s more on location than the park itself. This park is clean and well kept. The views were an added bonus as well as the pecans you can find on the grounds here. The playground could use some treatment for the fire ants, and the sounds of the highway can be a lot at night but overall we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for one night recently on our way North. We had advanced reservations and the site asked us to pay cash on site. We arrived just after 5 and the office was closed. No information was left for us like many campgrounds do. The sign simply stated to call and leave a message with what type site you had and pay the following morning. We left the message and proceeded to our specified site type. After trying 4 different sites we finally found one with working power. The next morning we stopped in the office to pay. No one could be found anywhere. I walked around the building and loudly said hello several times. After about 10 minutes we just left to get on our way. No one ever called to follow up after the stay for any contact or payment.Additionally the campground is on a small road requiring you to cross a high centered railroad crossing.

cheap stay. stayed 2 nights great price. you get what you pay for. Could use a little up keep on the sites to make it easier to park when it’s dark.

We called ahead for space and checked in later. The staff was friendly and they said we could pick a site in a particular row.The sites are mostly grass and slightly off level. The laundry room seemed adequate but the restroom in the park was locked. The pool looked nice but we didn't swim due to the cool weather. The campground is pretty large with several areas-including one for full timers. It us close to the highway so expect traffic noise and we had a train three times between 4pm and 8pm and one at 0400.We didn't see that info in any previous reviews so I'm not sure if the train is a normal occurrence. The playground seemed ok and the campground was clean.

This is a great little park for what it is! Do your research. It is right off 75, so yes it will be very noisy from the highway. But, you should know that going in, so I can't knock them for it. The workers and owner were very nice. They try to be very accommodating to one nighters to find them a place where they don't have to disconnect. There's a pool, mini golf, and playground. It's pretty no frills, but perfect for what it is.

This place would not be the same with out Monica, the sweet woman who works in the office. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is nothing short of amazing. We stayed here a few months for work, and the park just wouldn’t be the same without her. 10/10 recommend!

Decent campground for an overnight stop along the way. Easy access from the interstate. Staff is nice. There is a mini golf course.Noise from the interstate is horrible, making it hard to sleep. Pull through sites are not really long enough for a motorhome with a tow (our motorhome is 36 feet). No fire rings or picnic tables, both would be nice for RVers use.We didn't use any of the facilities, so cannot comment on them.Due to the noise from I75 we wouldn't stay here again.

It was more than sufficient for an emergency. We evacuated from Florida for hurricane Ian and they had space. We booked Wednesday night through Sunday morning (left Saturday morning), so booked 4 nights. Nothing luxurious but the view was nice and they had full hook ups and plenty of space for our 45ft toy hauler. It's a little far from a town hub(Perry, 18-20 miles) and the highway really is quite loud. The cashier was very kind.

Its a great place for stop along your route. The bearded sr was beyond kind. Place is clean.Internet is ok for minimum browsing. May be a little netflix. Not sure when this place is full (was pretty empty) ATT Coverages is great and 5g worked perfect.Downside is that is pretty close to the highway and if you sleep in tents you will hear some trucks with open exhaust.Safety: Felt safe, quiet and respectful

We stayed one night using RPI as a halfway point going home. The staff were really friendly and the site was nice. It’s a little close to the interstate so you do get road noise which was to be expected BUT the dang trains blowing their horns all throughout the night made it a little rough. Hah. My AC can only block out so much racket.Seems like there’s a bunch of long term folks here. Hookups we’re a little weird but totally useable. I had to double up my sewer house to the back of my rig. We’ll probably stay here again as a stopover on our trips down to Florida.

Well, it's cheap! Don't expect to much, lots of noise in the front half, bugs are insane, but for a few days definitely a decent place to stay. Pool is pretty good, nice area to walk around, easy in/out, not far from store with basic needs. Power was stable, water fair, sewer worked well, dump station if you need.

Nice quiet park. Seems like not many people were staying here but it could be because we are in the middle of summer, not sure as I am from out of state. The pool is very nice. Host was friendly and let us pick our own space. We were able to find a nice shady spot to set up the trailer with no problems. Hookups worked as expected. I didn't see any cable hookups but we use internet TV anyway!

Pros -1. The lady that works in the office that has her little grandson there with her is very very nice and helpful.2. Good price at $450 for a month for Full Hookup3. Quiet neighbors4. Easy access5. Lots of pecan trees to get nuts from6. PoolDidn’t use the laundry so can’t comment on that.Cons -1. Highway Noise is HORRIBLE if your spot is in the front.2. Nothing in Unadilla so everything is at least 20 minutes away for eating or shopping.3. The address for the park that is listed on google is wrong so don’t use it for mail or packages

Not the place for a lengthy stay. Unless if you don't mind hearing I-75 traffic all day and night. The bathrooms seriously need and upgrade. Curtains for toilet and no urinals. Looks like someone is working on it. But not at any great pace. The pool was nice. Loved that there was a deep end. The pond is catch and release, but you have to walk all the way there 😒 A quick stop for me was enough but that may be different for others.

We stayed 2 nights. The park is old, but well maintained. Had quite a few full timers, but they generally kept their cites good. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the highway and easy to get to. On the evening of our arrival it was raining and the 50amp sites that I was sent to all had about 2 - 3 inches of standing water. We asked if we could move up the slight grade for a drier spot and it was much better, just 30amp. We managed for 2 nights by controlling our power consumption. The pool was in operation and looked nice and clean. The nearby town is very small, so I would only recommend this RV park for overnight stays.

As previousl;e stated, the park is very near I=75 and the road noise was noticeable, but...the park is very clean and extremly easy to navigate, the site size was good as well. Most importantly the customer service and friendly staff, especially Monica (thanks for the loan of the Pecan roller/collection tool, it made Pecan picking fun!). Would recommend as an easy stay at a great little park.

I haven't stayed at this place, but it have been trying to book a reservation for the past week. These are the most unfriendly people I have ever dealt with!! All I wanted was to ask was if I could book 2 days before the FMCA rally in March. They refused to book me saying that they don't know if they will have a campsite then or not! What? How could they not know that? Good riddance!

This is a nice little place. We happened to be traveling with another couple and were able to put our RVs the opposite way so we could face each other and still have full hookups which these days is very rare. And the staff is friendly and helpful.. they have a laundry facility and it's not far from places to shop.
