I like this Petsmart. I drive past the one right by my house to go to this one. They are so much nicer. Store is cleaner and brighter. Blair has taught me a lot about my bearded dragons and always a big help. Everyone is nice I just know Blair by name. The one on Venture drive is NOT the same!

My dog, Bruce, was attacked by another dog, named Pudding, while at a training class at this location. After the incident, Pudding’s owner fled the area and petsmart REFUSES to give me the owners information. My dog now has a mangled ear and we are left with thousands of dollars worth of medical bills. Neither the owner nor petsmart will take responsibility for the incident. Do NOT bring your dog here.If anyone knows of a chocolate pit mix named Pudding in the area, PLEASE reach out.

I can’t say enough great things about this location the grooming staff is AMAZING! Those young ladies are polite, knowledgeable and fast. Ive been going there since I got my yorkie 3 years ago and although everyone is great Miss Jada C. takes the cake… she is so wonderful and patient with my dog Breezy his hair cut and nails are always perfect and he smells good! Thank you so much Jada!

I haven't been here in months, but I see that nothing has changed. Besides being extraordinarily overpriced, they never have what I want in stock in the aquatics department regardless of what the website shows. Even that salesperson agreed I should probably call first. It's probably for the best, because their fish tanks did not look so great.

I really & truly love this location. The associates are all so nice and helpful. This location always has the specifics I need for my feline companions. I even brought them in for Christmas photos and it was a joyful experience. It’s a little bit of a drive to get there, but it’s the closest petsmart to me. Well worth it every time!

Horrible customer service! I bought a fish today at another location that has a defective spine. The location was not close to my house so I decided to stop at a local store and was refused. I had a receipt and even called the store I got it from they said it wasn't policy to do that and they did not turn people away, now I have to drive back cross town . The black lady with braids was so cold! Horrible disposition.

They sold me a goldfish that had parasite coming out of its stomach and mouth. And it’s killing the other fishes. I called to tell them about the problem and all she said was “what do you want us to do?” “Do you want to return it or change it or what?” She was being unprofessional. Could’ve at least give me some advice and option to prevent it from spreading.

I like the location, but honestly their prices are way too high. I spent $145 for dog hip & joint chews. I saw deals like buy 4 and get one free. Hello. The working man needs to buy things for their pet, but I just feel like we are being gouged in here especially when Amazon items are so much cheaper. Please lower these prices. I was looking at Dog beds and they were an absolute fortune. I can’t even. My own bed didn’t cost as much as these. I think this emotional blackmail. The collar selection for dogs were abysmal! Absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to spend half my rent money to shop here.

This is the only PetSmart groomer I use!! I've been to others and I refuse to go back to those locations.. The ladies here are awesome.. (I just haven't had met any male staff) Sometimes one of my babies is difficult but they still treat him so well (even though he embarrasses me lol).. I also call ahead to ask about nail trimmings and they will always tell me the best time to come and me and the pups are in and out. Will continue to use indefinitely!

I purchased 4 Betta fish for my Daughter’s Birthday party. And I’m so happy that they had Betta’s in stock being that most stores were out. We were greeted as we walked in. Staff had on masks.

Not sure what's going on, but Fancy Feast canned cat food is really limited and almost out and Friskies canned cat food has been out for weeks. Can get better deals on litter elsewhere. It is hard to shop online because my cats won't eat the same thing over and over, so I need variety and buy small amounts of many different types of cans.

I must say that this place has a very nice staff! The environment is really nice and the people are helpful. They're keeping safe during these hard times as well. Unfortunately, they were out of guinea pigs but said they'll have new ones coming in soon.

Worse customer service experience! Not only did Ms Kayla look absolutely nasty and rude her attitude was worse! I presented a coupon that stated INSTORE and ONLINE use. She is a manager and refused to use the coupon promo code. I’m disheartened because I try to support my community but it’s absolutely hard to do so when the staff is blatantly REFUSING to do their job. Which is to provide customer service. She wanted to get off work and didn’t want to accommodate my purchase. She should be reprimanded/FIRED. Poor services was not just provided but also displayed in the employees appearance!

Stephanie who works with the fish was so helpful. This is our first tank and she helped us pick the fish and other things we need to take care of the fish. She is very nice and informative. If I could give 0 stars I would, my experience as a dasher in this location was beyond hideous, I was treated very poorly by one of the front end employees which I did not appreciate at all I do not know her name however she is an elderly woman. I was just going in to complete an ordinary order as I usually do when I have shop and deliver orders with DoorDash and due to this being a business transaction and not a personal one I did not use my phone number at checkout and I guess the employee felt offended by this and went on to ask me for information that DoorDash did not provide to me and never has provided to me on these particular orders… she just got snippy and rude with me for absolutely no reason and told me to pay attention to my app as if I wasn’t already my entire shift is on my phone so I think I would know if something new arises so I ultimately did not appreciate this experience on behalf of my self and my customer this trip it was so unnecessary and quite frankly kept me from completing my order as normal and this person needs to be addressed and needs to leave her personal issues at home. No one should go into a place of business and feel unwelcome and just disrespected for absolutely no reason. Overall this location needs to do better in their training methods because this is just unacceptable in my opinion for any customer of any sort to experience.

Been going here for years, usually very helpful staff (just have to find the right person for your question.) Recently made a purchase on a baby ball python on sale.This was the best experience in a pet store yet. The associate who came to help with our questions and to help us handle and choose one was amazingly kind and patient. He even helped my 3 yr old daughter hold a snake she was begging to see. Same guy keeps helping asking how our snake is when we come in for food.

I recently became a foster mom to a very sweet & tiny kitten that appeared out of the blue & ran in front of traffic to get to me. Thank God he didn't get hurt. Long story short, his eye was matted shut & needed help. My mom recommended Banfield & I use to work at PetSmart years ago so we rushed there both of us in tears. Once the vet weighed him it almost wouldn't register. He was less than a pound. Sorry such a long review. Anyway, hes on meds now slowly gaining weight. Unfortunately I'm not going to be able to keep him with my living situation. I wish I could. Once he gets his shot & the ok for adoption, this little guy needs a good forever home, just letting you know. Thank you Banfield & PetSmart for all your help 💜
