Morgan and Furbusters Pet Salon is an official part of our family. We followed Morgan from her previous pet salon when she moved to Furbusters. Although the drive is much further for us, it is worth every mile. The staff and atmosphere is so welcoming. They get to know you and your pet on a personal basis. You feel like family, not just another appointment. Morgan does amazing styling with our dog. She is so consistent and dependable. Not to mention an absolute joy to work with. Our boy Bo loves going to her! Bo gets so excited when we start telling him he is going to see Morgan! Morgan has a customer for life! Thank you Morgan and Furbusters!!

I have been bringing my Goldendoodle to this place for minigrooming and I loved the work of the technician who worked on my dog. But I absolutely dislike the owner of this place who is rude and unreasonable. Today I had an appointment for my dog for a full groom and they insisted on shaving my dog otherwise they wont do the service!!! or giving him a bath. How ridiculous is that!!! I am the owner of the dog and I want my dog be groomed in the way I desire. So I told her that she has lost a customer and will never go back to this place.

Poochie looks fabulous! Thank you Furbusters! I described how I wanted her trimmed... teddy bear cut, without shaving too much from her nose between her eyes and keeping length in her ears, also not too close of a shave in the sanitary trim. She’s perfect! ❤️❤️❤️I’ve added three more photos from her last visit. We now have before and after photos! You can tell by the look on her face she wasn’t feeling very pretty. Afterwards, she was so happy! She looked wonderful and I could tell by her mood that she was feeling good about her new fresh look too! Thank you Furbusters for always giving her the the best experience and for her beautiful cut!

I can’t say enough positive things about Furbusters. I’m from out of town, but was going to be in the area for Thanksgiving. My Australian Shepherd was in need of a groom because her local groomer couldn’t get to her for several weeks. Furbusters couldn’t be more accommodating, making room for her on the schedule and asking me exactly what all she needed. They did a beautiful job, and I’ll definitely be back when in the Atlanta area. Thank you Furbusters!

I asked the lady at the front to leave my dog's hair as long as possible. She told me he was matted but that she could leave a beard a small amount of hair, but not much at all. The note she wrote to the groomer was "Do what you need to do." Nothing about my request or a bear/hair. WOur dog was completely shaved and thad cuts all over his face and ears.. On top of that I was charged extra for him being matted. I believe this could have been avoided if she would have listened and wrote what I asked. Our Golden Doodle now looks like a whiptit and my son actually cried when I brought him hme. Very disappointing.

My dog came home looking amazing. She had so much excess fur, so will be back in a few weeks for part 2. Second visit to Furbusters and will be returning. Staff are very friendly as well.

Nugget started acting resistant when we pulled up for his 2nd Grooming session which had me concerned because he doesn't act up when he goes to the vet. I was a bit taken back when I picked him up and saw how short he was cut. His 1st cut was PERFECT & he ABSOLUTELY was NOT & will never be matted! Staff is great. I just didn't like the cut.

The staff at Furbusters is amazing and ALWAYS listens to my grooming requests and takes the best care of my fur babies! Please ignore the reviews left by Dusty Huggins and Ides of March... same guy, 2 accounts...as he is full of bs! I was also dropping my pup off at the same time he was and his dog was an unkept, matted mess! The intake groomer told him how badly the mats were, you could see them clearly, and said she would do what she could. Well obviously, a shave down was needed. Bottom line... he is a bad dog owner who neglect he needs of his doodle for too long and that is not the grooming staff fault. I am sure the pup is much happier now that the mats aren't causing pain.

The most rude and unprofessional bunch of women I’ve experienced. This facility caused my dog a severe eye infection and tried to blame it on medication that he’s been on for almost two months. They stated he was “high”. He was completely fine when I dropped him off however. After seeing multiple vets (who all stated that something must have gotten in his eye during the grooming process) they still refused to take any accountability. He needed shots and antibiotics to feel better. How on earth was he just “high” if it took prescription medication to heal the eye infection? It doesn’t matter if they’ve never experienced a dog having an infection before, there is a first time for everything. They offered no sympathy or remorse for my dog. They also refused to give me a partial refund even though they couldn’t finish his groom due to his condition. Needless to say, they’ve lost a loyal customer. I will also tell all of my friends to go to groomers who actually care about them and their pets.

Furbusters groomers are fanfreakintastic. They show all the love to the fur babies and did SUCH a great job on my Georgie Porge. My girl is up there in age but I'm going to stick with Furbusters as long as they'll have her.

I took my dog Romeo here and he was very happy with the experience. Christy in particular worked on Romeo and did an amazing job. He looks great! The receptionist was also so kind and welcoming. She was so helpful as well. Thank you to the whole team for making this experience such a positive one. I would recommend this place and look forward to bringing Romeo back here

Charge high prices, then complain to you that your dog isn't well behaved enough (we brought our dog as a puppy around 14 weeks so she would get used to grooming, they knew this when we took her in)... didn't perform a haircut fully like I asked and they must have done something bc my dog has been scared of me trimming her belly ever since. They also said she was scared of the trimmer, thrn i brought my dog home and gave her a haircut myself without her being scared or moving around too much. Poor customer service and were clearly frustrated with me for bringing in a puppy that I was hoping they would help to get used to grooming. Haven't gone back since

I never leave reviews because people have bad days and we are all human…However!!!! Rude and unprofessional! I dropped my dog off on a Tuesday afternoon for boarding, at the time I asked if there were any cancellations to groom her. I called the day before to see if she was groomed or not. I was told they were not able to due to NO cancellations!!!! I schedule her appointment for end of the month. I arrived on the day to pick Nyla up and the services was already completed. I informed the owner and staff that I called the day before and spoke to a staff member to collect the amount for boarding only because I scheduled out the grooming appointment for a later day. I assume it was the owner she told me that the price I was told was wrong and it was more money! ****My pup was matted and I told the staff that when she told me the price!****I told her the price I was told and asked her to call her staff member because I was told something different!!! She went all around the world telling me how the staff member did not know how much the total price was and I still needed to pay the price! I told her I would pay what was quote to be as that’s a staff issue not a customer issue! She was RUDE and told me she needed to get home to her children and for me not not bring my dog back. It was not my fault that her staff member failed to quote the correct price! You need to train your staff better and learn customer service!!!! I do not recommend after what I experienced today!!! I board my pup often due to work and I thought this place would be a great fit; however, I was wrong!!! This was my 3rd time taking my pup here and prior to today I have a good experience….. I’m not sure what was going on with the owner today! Leave out of town again Monday and was able to find another boarding place.

They have a hard time listening to the customer’s POV. If you tell them something is wrong, they go into defense mode versus hearing you out. For example, I always have to ask them to go back and clean the ears. They say “we cleaned them”. Why would I inconvenience myself and my time to ask you to do something you “already did” or did well enough to satisfy me. What happened to the customer is always right? It’s giving very much, we can’t be wrong so the customer must be. Overall, I didn’t receive respect for the loyalty I provided to the business, so I’m looking for other options!

I love this place! I come here for my dogs for grooming and boarding! There’s never miscommunication or hassle. The workers are so nice there and you can tell they genuinely love dogs and their jobs. I recommend this place to any and everyone. Dog and Cat, Love Furbusters!

I love them !! My doggie Chanel loves them as well. I am always excited to see what new scarf she will get each time. She is always excited to go. Their price is great for the services they provide. They have a southern charm and loving atmosphere you can not beat.

Arrived 15 minutes late from the cutoff the day after Christmas to have my dog groomed. Called at the scheduled time to confirm that they were opened since the 26th to many is a holiday and the phone went to VM. When I arrived she told me since I was 15 minutes late after the cut off she would not accept the appt. WOW!!!! Asked to speak to the owner and she said she was the owner. Crazy to me that the owner of a business would have the worst customer service EVER!!!

These groomers have a policy of not accepting older dogs as clients. I have never heard of such a thing. I googled it and just found articles talking about the importance of grooming for senior dogs.The groomer explained that it was because older dogs get stressed in busy places and they’re a “high volume” facility now. So, do they not take dogs with anxiety issues? Dogs who have experienced trauma? Or is it just doggy ageism at play here?I was shocked to hear their policy. In posting this review, I was also surprised to read the owners’ adversarial responses to other customers’ negative reviews (see below), including boilerplate attacking statements sent to more than one poster.

Furbusters is such a great place to take your pet for grooming. I've been using my dog Scooter there for over 10 years.We moved from Tucker in 2019 and we now drive all the way from Lawrenceville to take her for regular grooming.Pam and her team do a great job taking care of our furbabies and we value their care and service for our pets.

The employees were nice and listened well to the way I wanted my golden groomed. Everything about the place was pleasant except for when I had gotten my dog back there was a bad cut on her stomach and cut 2 of her nipples that they did not tell us had happened while we were there. I didn't find out until we were home and she laid down and one side of her stomach was shorter in some places than the other.

This place has good customer service. The woman who cuts the dogs is legit. They also have someone there that grooms cats and shes definitely the best. Always does a great job.

My fur baby Kingston is the cutest dog in the neighborhood with his Furbusters Grooming! They see so gentle, they listen and communicate all the questions that I have. Kingston always comes home happy and gorgeous. Check out his pics

They are very accommodating and nice.Last time there was a monsoon outside and I needed to get my dog to carShe has long hair and it's really hard to dry. Finally I gotHer home dry she was but I had on rain boots and the water off the parking lot cameover the boots I got soaked.Th e ambiance is friendly.!
