Every visit I've ever made to this Petsense has caused me to leave with more than I'd ever gone in for: the store has so many amazing products for making your furry family member's life as great as can be. I go to other big-name pet stores and never can find the experience and passion that these Petsense employees clearly have. The manager is always so friendly and greets me every time I come in, as well as their in-store groomers do an amazing job. 👏 10/10.

The people that work here are always so friendly. You always hear a "welcome" or "hello" when you walk in the store. And they have even ordered a food they didnt have in stock for me before. Love this store!

My husband and I, with our dog(s), visited this location last year. We checked out of a hotel in Valdosta and our dog (a Florida native with a very thin coat) was shivering, despite having on a doggy sweater and 2 blankets in her kennel in the car.It was early in the morning, but we wanted to find a pet store to buy her a doggy jacket. This was the only pet store we could find that was opening at 9am. It also happened to be located perfectly off the highway, and we arrived there a few minutes after 9.The staff was very friendly, respected our dog, directed us to the aisle we needed, and checked on us after. There was also a human bathroom we were able to use before getting on the road again. Our experience was very pleasant and quick.They had the perfect sized jacket for our dog, and she loved it. (She also looked extremely cute).

The groomer that was there a little over a year ago that most of the good reviews are for now owns her own groom shop! Pampered Paws Tifton! She’s by Lowe’s! Check her out!

Outstanding staff! They take exceptional care of both the store and their animals. Every shelf is tidy, every bag is appropriately marked with their date and the animals are always in clean systems

Great pyredane is an aggressive chewer and digger @ 15 mos old...No remedies to deter dogs from digging. But their bitter apple chew remedy works!

I'm not a resident of Georgia (visiting family), and literally could not find more of my dog's food anywhere in the city I'm in. He has very special dietary needs, and Petsense in Tifton, about 40 miles north, had his food. They saved me a bag, so I could pick it up the next day. And when Maps and Waze both couldn't find the store, I called, and an employee helped. Very happy with this store and the employees I dealt with!

First time I took husky in took 4hrs which is about right to de fur! Did an amazing job. But slowly after every appointment grooming got worse until last time she wasn't even de fured. Started out great but got worse every visit! Until I had enough!

Joann and the rest of the grooming crew do a great job on our German Shepard girls. They get that heavy undercoat off which means a lot! GSD owners know what I mean :) They really do not mind going there at all. We are lucky to have a good groomer.

The groomers and employees were extremely nice. They welcomed me in and loved on my fur baby. Morgan groomed my pooch. He has severe anxiety and was turned away at his previous grooming facility. He did not shake or show any signs of anxiety with Morgan. She was very calm and professional. She did such a good job grooming his coat and trimming his nails. I found some awesome items for my dog while strolling through the store. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely be booking the next grooming appointment at Petsense in Tifton, GA.

Awesome store! I was traveling through town and needed pet supplies. They had a great selection of food, treats, and accessories for competitive pricing. I loved the fact that the employees truly cared about the care and welfare of the adoptable pets present, from a local rescue, and they do NOT sell puppies for profit. The store is mainly supplies, and there's a limited selection of live animals. The staff was still well knowledgeable about the products sold. If I'm in the area again I will make it a point to support this store.

Very friendly and helpful associates. Nice store. Good selection of products. Kitties for adoption. Nice groomers with a flexible schedule and competitive prices. Feed prices are a little high compared to Tifton Pet Center, but toy prices are cheaper and generally snack prices are too. All around good store. They have adoption days and also days for shots. I enjoy shopping here.

We used the Grooming service. Our dog received a nice haircut and bath. The employees were very nice and took good care of our fur baby. The prices are reasonable they are calculated by breed. The store has everything you could ever want or need.

Went there a few weeks ago on a Saturday and there was only one girl at the salon. She was busy with her already booked appointments plus had a line for nail trimmings. Kept apologizing for the wait even though she was nonstop working. It was noon by the time she could fit me in. Still smiling and pleasant when I would have been hangry and sweating.

Greeted by both employees when I entered the store. Was asked if I needed help with anything. I had 2 of my dogs with me as I needed to purchase new collars. My large dog was greeted by both employees and given much attention. I love their little bakery cabinet at the check out counter.

The store has really stepped up their inventory. Super Nice! Thank you Petsense 😊. I've supported Petsense as much as possible since I moved in the area over 3yrs ago. My fur baby, Ella Grace has Pancretitis and is limited to few food's she's allowed to eat. I can't buy the 1⃣ narrowed down too just anywhere. Petsense carries other item's I purchase for her. One of Ella Grace's favorites and she looks very forward to every night to is the'Hemp Quiet Moments' (Plus Hemp Seed) by: NaturVet. She gets one at 10pm and if I'm not paying attention to the time, believe you me El is and she will tell me... hey mama, it's time for my 'night chew' as we call it.She recently hurt her foot and has had to stay off of it except to do business. In order to help her relax, she has been getting the Hemp Quiet Moments in the daytime as well. You can give them to your fur babies twice a day.My Aunt is able to buy the special food and liter for her cat at Petsense and she is very appreciative to have a local store.

Loved the customer service. However I noticed the price total on my receipt was higher than it was supposed to be. I went back, and the lady instantly understood the problem. She helped me without any trouble. So I bought another item to say thanks for the great service.

Very nice pet store the staff was very nice , helpful, professional I will definitely use them whenever I go back to Tifton. I highly recommend going to see them for all of your pets need they care about you and your pet thank you!
