Shelves are really bare has anyone else noticed alot of other brand items are no longer getting stocked everything is great value almost like milk no pet they don't have 57 steak sauce anymore they replaced it w there version. Seems they are slowly doing away with other name brands.

I like Walmart, and I unlike many people like and use selfcheckout I get checked out faster. But I think walmart should give a instant discount on every self checkout purchase. It may help others that do not like it to not feel like they do. Also with self checkout you got to get the prices right I meen you need to do better either way but if doing self checkout we have to flag and wait on a representative to verify and fix prices!

I was in the paint department and Quinnett was passing by me an I asked her would she check a price for me. She quickly passed me and said no, she is picking up groceries while talking on her cellphone. So, rude. Then, another sales associate walked up, so, I asked him if he would check a price for me. He did without hesitation. She passed him and said that she doesn't have time for these attitudes this morning! She had the attitude!!!RJ gave excellent service.The only reason that I was asking for help is because the paint was all mixed up and not organized. I bought 3 cans of Glidden Exterior paint.Walmart. Need to hire people that will do their job and get rid of the ones who say "that's not my department" customer service sucks and the few good employees they have are taken advantage of. Waited 45 minutes for a houseware employee to come correct an issue after an item was ringing up wrong. Girl over the self checkout said the price was something else after checking which was still not the correct price. She takes the product I had and brings back a different item. Says I need to go to customer service, so after finishing My order I go back to get one of the items there was a few of to find they all have been removed. 45 minutes and no one in that entire store was available or could locate the product I was trying to buy. Not a single item in that section of housewares was in the correct spot.

Today at 2100 hours a gentleman locked the doors. He expects disabled people who were parked in disabled spots to walk all the way around to get out. Unacceptable behavior, do better.

This Walmart was very messy, shelves were decently stocked, I was impressed they had a small Gluten-free section. My husband witnessed strange business dealing 4 times while waiting for me to come out of the store, we have been traveling through 5 states and this was the most unkempt Store we have came across. Positive note is they had a few new items I had never seen before, and a really good sale on other seasonal items.

I was there with my daughter the other day and we were at self checkout and there was one employee there just standing comfortably around the register they use if need be.. just playing around on her phone paying attention to nobody at the registers.. well, we ended up at one with no bags and my girl had already started scanning and went to drop them in an invisible bag.. so I'm trying to flag the employee down and when she finally noticed she just took them from another register.. you'd think she'd grab a box and just fluff up all the stations instead.. unless they only got o1ne box in and they're still skimping on their bags. We have a bunch of reusable 🎒 🛍 idk why we d1on't just bring them in and stuff them with whatever.. at ppl 232q

Two isles were blocked in the furniture section. I was unable to purchase what I wanted. The self check out registers were unoccupied by an associate near the bakery. Customers were waiting for service at their registers. All cash registers were closed. No management present. I went to the self checkout on the opposite side to inform two associates that no one was on the other end. They started started laughing and joking about who would go to the other side. (November 25, 2022 at approximately 9 p.m.)

Ms Fanny is the only reason I shop here. If it were just her I'd give 5 stars.However, most of the other employees are rude except when they are gossiping with each other and ignoring you, the paying customer.There are never enough cash registers open despite having plenty of employees grouped around the front. Usually the self check doesn't accept cash and you can't get cash back or a card loaded from self. So you're forced to wait in line at the *one* cash regiter that's manned for 20 minutes!The store is always dirty with over stock cluttering the walk way. Most of the time you can't find what you're looking for because stacks of over stock is blocking it. Be careful not to trip over the flats between the kiosks as well!They are normally out of stock on one essential or another. For me, it's bottled water. That isle will be cleaned out every other week.This time, the items I did want were damaged as pictured!The bathrooms at the front are small and unkempt. The trash was full, the paper towels caddy was broken, and the stalls are so small I hit the toilet paper caddy as I sat down.The bathrooms in the back or a better size, but they are in worse shape. Filthy, run down, and unstocked.For having so many employees in the store atone time, they are obviously not maintainingthe store or caring for the customers! If I could find an alternative I would take it, at least until I learn Ms. Fanny's work hours or they shape up.Oh, and the few employees that do work are the ones stocking or shopping for the online buyers. Heaven forbid you need something in the same isle they are in because they will have the cart in the middle while walk either side getting the items. They will cut you off more than an unsupervised child would, as well.

Christmas shopping disaster! Tried to buy a video game of course they're locked in cases but the only person who has a key is on break and took the key with them. Then I see a table top ice maker for $59 so I was gonna buy it get to the self checkout and can't get it to ring up it had multiple bar codes on it so the guy who was over the registers had to keep coming over everytime I scanned a barcode due to them not working. Then a lady shows up who I assume is a manager and says we can't sell those because they're no sale items. I just don't understand that at all. Why have something on a shelf inside of a store that is not for sale? Just horrible if you decide to go to wal-mart I would suggest the one in Grovetown or the one on wrightsboro road in Augusta. They're cleaner better organized and the staff is more helpful.

Continually disappointed. Although I will say I have noticed an improvement with the employees attitude and customer service, the quality and availability of items is awful. Literal rotting produce on shelf. Wilted greens, slimy vegetables and mushrooms. I just went on store to return something I ordered online and was told they couldn't take the return because their printer doesn't work... umm don't yall sell printers. So I have to drive an hour to return the item at a different walmart that may or may not have a functional printer. Seriously Walmart do better.

Pharmacy is fantastic! But don't ever try to call this main Walmart number on the phone. They either don't answer, or answer and put you on hold forever, transfer you and nobody picks up, and when I called back they hang up on me. That has happened multiple times. But as I said, the pharmacy is excellent!

The store is disgusting. Trash all over the place, boxes stacked everywhere, half spilled all over the floor, pallets stacked on top of each other that looked like they were about to fall over in the middle of the store. Terrifying to think a small child could walk by and they could easily fall on them. Get it together Thomson walmart! So dangerous!

By far the worst managed Walmart I have ever seen. The store is always a mess. Never fully stocked. Customer service is non existent except in the pharmacy. The pharmacy crew is great. The rest of the store needs to start over. Get it together.

This walmart has the most rudest employees and they are slow as they can be, they never want to do their jobs and if you ask them a question they will either not answer or bite your head off. Most of the time they only have one register open and the lines are so long and the employee running the register is so rude and half the time refuses to give you the total and when they give you the change they just hand you the receipt and change and don't say anything. Also the employees that are pulling orders will push that huge cart they use in front of you and walk off and go have a funny conversation with another employee and I cannot imagine what would be so funny unless they are laughing because they have the authority to cause customers problems by acting in this unprofessional manner. I have gotten to the point that I absolutely hate going in there now because of the nonsense from the employees making it a very negative shopping experience and it gets worse every time I go in. I even had 2 employees deny to check me out. I would like to suggest that a manager desperately needs to have a talk with all the employees on customer care and more professional ways of treating people because I am so close to completely stop going there. As a human I deserve much more respect than to be treated like I am a piece of trash.

This store has been improving all around. However we need restroom cleaning on the hour or more often than current status. We as a whole in Thomson appreciate the lanes with person to person open for check out being opened recently. I noticed that it’s seems to be the older generation that is participating mostly. Not that we’re opposed but, I believe the younger generation that’s walking around on the phone should probably be assisting more in this process also. It builds character and integrity for the stability of all of our future as a whole. The atmosphere while shopping has been a welcoming change. Thanks Walmart in Thomson for your service and customer service.

Employees standing around talking and not working whatsoever. Stop and ask for a manager and they acted as if I was an alien and had no idea what I was asking for. They would just look at you awkwardly and shrug their shoulders... SMH This is every visit, standing, talking, looking at their phones instead of helping in any capacity. How do these people get paid for doing absolutely nothing, not even a simple, "let me ask" Nope, just a shrug.. Money center looks open, but no... Your supposed to go around the other counter in Customer Returns and your just supposed to know this I guess. It's not like an employee would even tell you or have a sign directing people to go to a whole different department. I hope I can use the app, otherwise, good luck, your on your own.

Went to Walmart tonight to get A LOT of groceries. I had an entire buggy full! Got to the front and no check out lane was open with a cashier working. The only lane that had a cashier , who was finishing checking out a customer had his light off. I asked if he was open and he said no, go to self check out. I got to self check out and three people were standing in customer service with no customer, two people were working at self checkout, plus another worker was walking around the front, plus numerous other workers. They informed me that all lanes close, except self checkout at 8 pm. That is absolutely crazy! What happened to Walmart believing in customer service? I thought that was one of the principles they strive for. Plus I have not been to any other Walmart that has not had at least one lane open!

Whoever cleaning them bathrooms need to put the toilet paper in the dispenser. I have complained to employees twice about this. There are traces of needles marks in each roll of toilet paper that is left out. Whatever germs infection etc on that needle is now stuck in the toilet paper. You can make someone very sick or even cause someone to die if the wipe with infected toilet paper. It is a simple fix so fix it before you end up with a lawsuit because someone is too lazy to put toilet paper back in the dispenser.

I would like to thank Electronic Department is the best ever my father needed a cell phone his 77 years old I think Walmart worker name is Davon he was just amazing he really cares about people and after he was done another coworker came he was great his name was Jacob I think Walmart need them to go to other Walmart to show them how to take care of customers I all most for gotten it was another person at the cash register she was nice to I have never had that kind of service in Walmart until I moved to Thomson Georgia they are the best ever keep up with the great job thank you so so much!!!!!!!
