Had an issue with welded wire fence. Tom the manager went out of his way to get me taken care of. A level of customer service that’s hardly found anywhere. I’m sure he’s a great asset to Thomson tractor supply!

I'm not sure who was more excited to bring home these 4 chickie cuties! The dogs have been keeping their eyes and some times noses, on them to be sure they're good, all 4 are growing & getting so tall

The store has 90% of what I need for maintenance on my lawn equipment and tractor. It's really convenient to go by and pick something up real quick everything's fairly easy to find. The store is pretty clean and the staff is super helpful.

Upon entering the store an associate who was also entering greeted me and I immediately sought his assistance after verifying that he indeed was working. He took me the signage aisle, then to chains and locks. I was then escorted to check out. He was very nice and helpful. Knowledgeable too. Thanks so MUCH!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The manager is a very awesome and down home southern girl. She knocked the price down on some bags of horse feed for me that where normally 21 dollars down to 10 dollars. she was trying to get rid of it because it wasn't selling and told me if i buy more bags she would knock the price down even more. I cant remember her name but she had brown hair and a very beautiful woman she was very awesome and amazing at customer service

Great experience! The employees were super friendly and helpful, making my visit a very pleasant and positive one! Found some great deals too. Will definitely be a regular customer here. My only wish is that they had a cafe.

Poor customer service...not enough employees to help you. Had to look all over the store for someone to help us, and then I had to go back inside and ask again at the check out for some outside help in picking up our fencing purchases in the enclosed area. We expected better service after buying over $400 worth of merchandise. Was not happy!

The employees at this store are extremely helpful and friendly. This location, however, lacks inventory. I have my dog and cats on the 4Health food (which is a TS brand) and wouldn't feed them anything else. But... Despite this store being much closer to my home, I often have to shop at the Augusta store in order to get the "flavor" of food my cats prefer.

SINCE I HAVE WRITTEN THIS REVIEW THE BROODING SYSTEM IS BACK TO THE OLD ONE. CHICKS ARE HAPPY AND HEALTHY!!Just trying to get the owners attention with the 1 star review. I love this Tractor Supply and would give you 5 stars but your new brooding system isn't working. Every time I come in the chicks are huddled up cold and its a 50:50 ratio of live to dead. Please go back to the other system!!!!

Didn't have the item that I ordered even though it showed available for that store. No one called to notify item not available and try to substitute item. Delay on pickup for more than 10 min. Not sure what the delay was. Staff however were very pleasant.

It's a fun place to go and look around. I always see really neat homegoods and children's toys and crafts to make. We go mostly for dog food and it's always in stock and they have a decent selection of work boots and cowgirl boots.

Easy in and out of location, staff here is friendly always willing to help you with your needs. Great prices on some lawn mower needs, dog food and a few other items. Plenty of parking. Located right behind Farmer's Home Furniture.

The Tractor Supply in Martinez seems to be better, they have more help there. Other than that it's pretty good. They're more room upgraded They're inventory, very nicely. Added more staffing and plesent.

Difficult to speak with anyone in specific departments. Called in was placed on hold and call dropped immediately x2 (which can happen). Placed on hold x 15 mins without speaking to anyone. 4th time called in placed on hold for manager, after 10 minutes never reached anyone-all same day

Great place to shop for vaccines for your animals. They have certain weekends that you can bring your pet's in and get vaccinated for really cheap. They have a good selection of different pet foods and even boot's. They are a great place to do business with.

The staff at the Thomson Tractor Supply Co. are always helpful. Always a good attitude and have a very good working knowledge on all of their products. Never have I ever had a bad experience at this store.

Employees always sitting and standing around talking when you walk in. Can wait for hours and get no help, the employees will walk around talking to each other and see you then turn and continue chatting with each other. I will not buy from this store ever and i love tractor supply. If i go and Cadi is not working i just walk back out. The numerious times I've been there and she's the only helpful one.

Helpful and friendly staff. The store usually has what I need and the prices are competitive. Excellent parking for trucks and trailers, easy in, easy out, and it is close to the interstate ( I-20 ).

They have everything we need for our chickens, ducks, tukeys, cats, dogs. They have so much there even horse ,and goat food and deer corn. As well as other small pet food. Clothing and so much more! Weekly shoppers!

Everything they promised wiykd be in on the truck wasnt. HUGE gaps of empty spots on the wall for stock that corporate diesnt fill. Amazon has better selection, better prices, and they get it to me quicker than tsc.
