Dr. Rodgers and her staff are AWESOME!!! I recently “adopted” my grand dog and needed to take him in for shots and a general check up. Dr. Rodgers was the best!! She has a calming and gentle demeanor which helps tremendously when you have an older “new” pet and he is already unsure of his surroundings.I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic to everyone! They truly care about your pets as if they were their own!!

Took my puppy up there because he was sick and found out he had parvo. The staff insisted I talked with vet I was ready to leave due to I have been down that road before and it's not a good ending. Dr. Marley worked with me and helped get the stuff I needed for my puppy to maybe make it through. It was a harrowing 4 days of ups and downs. He has beat parvo and is back to his self thank you for stopping a stubborn man from walking out.

This has been the best vet experience ever and have had dogs for 40 years. My very big boy (125 lbs) had to be neutered and was provided meds for the night before and morning of which allowed him to be at ease before the surgery as he just walked away from us ( he did look back). On day two is already back to normal with the pain medicine that were provided. Very very impressed with Rodgers. In the past muzzled my large dogs out of respect but did not have to and hence my baby did not have that stress added! Thank you! All of my dogs records have been transferred!

We usually go to a different vet. However, my dog had an injury that needed to be seen to. I went there and was so impressed with all of the changes Dr. Marlee has made since taking over. We were in and out within an hour. Everyone was kind, helpful and professional. Thank you, we will now be coming to your practice.

The back of the office staff is very friendly and helpful. There's one lady in the front of the office, however, who is just straight up rude. She won't even look up when she's dealing with clients. Oh my goodness, please don't need to ask her a question. You will be left feeling like you just asked the dumbest question ever and it's going to be a real burden for her to answer you back. I hate having to take my uncle's dog there just because I know she's going to be behind that counter. She is the only reason I went down 2 stars while rating. Without her this is a 5 star place.

That vet is rude and has ZERO bedside manner. Read the room! I was worried about my male cat possibly having a UTI and she's going on about women having them. When I'm trying to explain something, she cuts me off saying "No! The way this works is I talk THEN you talk." Then she got even more condensending to the point I just wanted to grab my cat and leave. NEVER will I take any of my pets to this place again.

Didn’t even go to this clinic, I called to ask some questions and the rep that answered was extremely rude, as if I was interrupting her day. I called and she immediately picked up and said “hold please” and put me on hold for 5 minutes and then when she answered, she was short and rude about any questions that I had.

My son had a vet emergency over Memorial Day Weekend and this vets office saw their dog on an emergency basis even though this was a first time visit for them. The vet took EXCELLENT care of their dog and was so loving ❤️ and kind and put my son's mind at ease when they had to leave their dog overnight. Wester now Rodgers have been our veterinarian for over 15 years. Best place to take your babies. They care and I feel they are the best around. When we moved we tried a couple others that were closer to our house but we ended up going right back because we didn’t have good experiences with the others.

These people from the ladies at the counter, to the vet techs and dog groomers, to the vets themselves are just great. They absolutely love your animals and you. This past visit I had to get both pup pups fixed and they were great with them. Price was very good. When my old English Boxer had gotten diagnosed with cancer and had a small stroke I had to make the decision to put him to sleep and send him to a better place. Not a very openly emptional type person with Adonia but When I watched my big boy take his last breath I broke down. A couple of the ladies with me so I wasn't alone broke down with me as they too Loved Zeus and looked forward to seeing him when I'd have to board him for vacations and things or just routine checkups and cleanings. Love this place.

Rogers veterinary is the best vet hospital around. Whether last minute or after hours, Dr. Marley and her staff always take care of all of our animals. I run the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia in Augusta and would reccomend Rogers to anyone and even though it's a 30 minute drive it's certainly worth it. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Just a bunch of sensitive Karen's. No regard for the pets themselves. I recommend animal hospital of Thomson they're much more friendly, understanding and caring. More affordable too.
