675 MAIN Street Thomson Ga. FAMILY Dollar selling these chargers that don't work properly and will not refund your money once you notice defect.. I'm told another young man bought a charger from this same location and had the police called on him for trying to return his. THE NIGHT MANAGER THERE TONIGHT ACT LIKE YOU ARE LYING ABOUT THE PRODUCT AS IF YOU TRYING TO GET OVER BUT YALL DON'T BUY THESE OR LET YOUR KIDS BUY THESE. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK OR REPLACE IT. THIS ONE SHORTS OUT THEN JUST SLIPS OUT OF CHARGING PORT. CORPORATE GONE REFUND ME THO BUT AGAIN THESE DONT WORK.

This location has been closed for the past 2 weeks. No sign up, no notice of hours being changed. Employee's parked out front but nowhere in sight. This isn't the first or second time this issue has happened at this location. The store itself is extremely cluttered and in desperate need of a cleaning so at first I thought that might be what was going on but TWO WEEKS!? Wish I knew how I could report this issue to cooperate. This is just ridiculous

This store I have avoided in the past bc it was managed so poorly. But I think they finally got it right w this one. Jervante (I hope I spelled that right) has turned that place around. And today, even grabbed my dog food for me bc my back hurt. Then walked me to my car and unloaded everything!!! Customer service, cleanliness, stock, just overall such an improvement. Thanks for all your help today Jervante!

The customer service was great but the store was not as great. The aisles were crowded with stock that needed to be put up, I almost tripped walking down one aisle and had to leave my buggy in the main aisle to go get something down each aisle. A lot of shelves were not stocked and I saw some customers going through the stock on the floor to get things. However, the customer service was great, the employees were really trying to help everyone and had smiles on their faces even if they did not feel like smiling.

Everything I have bought there the last 2 days were outdated.One box of ding dong hostess cakes were dated 12/11/19 so he took them back and all on shelf were outdated so he bought tasty cake brand cup cakes and got home and they are outdated too 11/22/19.I wont be going back there again
