Don’t purchase from them. I’ve been a victim similar to others where the company says they delivered the package and when calling them they stated it’s on back order. They refused to change my shipping status back to pending or refunding my money. Created a dispute with PayPal.Update: I was able to get a refund from PayPal since the seller did not response to their emails.

After the email confirmation being lost I called the company. They were very helpful and sent the delivery info to a more reliable server and as promised I received the pro patch fungicide product on time. Thank you for dealing with a slight hiccup in a prompt professional manner 👍🏼

I'll never use this company again. I searched through GOOGLE for Termidor SC to see the best possible price. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't read things carefully. It looked like an awesome price for a 78 oz. container for $99. I received Taurus SC which is an inferior product. When I reached out to them they told me that is what I ordered. If you look carefully you'll see the old switcheroo, where they show you a huge picture of Termidor SC and a very tiny picture of Taurus SC. This in my consideration does not constitute good business. I was informed they will refund me minus the shipping. I could say without a doubt, I will never use this company again!

DO NOT BUY HERE .. READ THE MOST RECENT REVIEWS. They show availability on the website, you agree to pay, they take the money from your card, next day they will send you a tracking number but they actually never ship your order, you will call and they will say your Items are on backorder (why would they send you a tracking number for shipping if they are not actually shipping ?). I asked for a refund and they haven't done it. You can see on other reviews that some people have been waiting for the refund for more than 3 months. I ended calling the bank to dispute the charges for a "Service or Product Paid but never received".

Very disappointed with condition of product. I ordered a 50 pound bag of Barricade. The product was delivered and received timely. However, the product was shipped with a visible tear in the seam of the package although the box it was shipped in was intact. Most of the product was at the bottom of the box. I have ordered from this company before and have been satisfied until now.

After placing my order, I received a tracking number. The tracking number did not update for 3 days. After emailing, they informed me the product was out of stock. It was not out of stock at the time I ordered it. Later on, they let me know I could receive a refund if I wanted to cancel the order. I cancelled the order 2 weeks ago, and I still have not received a refund. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is absolutely pitiful.

Their order processing is completely broken. Twice I tried ordering a chemical for my lawn a few weeks a part. Both times it showed in stock, both times I got a shipping confirmation, and both times the tracking number never moved. So, both times I had to call to see what was happening, both times I was told it was backordered, and both times I had to cancel my order and ask for a refund. See a theme here? Here is where things changed and why I am writing this review. The first order was refunded; no problem there. The second order was not canceled, it still showed up, and I was still billed for it after I already got what I needed from someone local that was competent in processing orders. Now, I have double the chemical that I don't need and they have my money.

Purchased a $700.00 item. Got a confirmation, then got a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a delivery date. Two weeks later and the product is no where to be found. Have called the company numerous times, they never answer or you get put on hold then disconnected. Finally spoke to Fed Ex, it is a scam. The company produces labels and sends you a tracking number even though they don't have the product and never shipped it. Total scam. After multiple attempts and hours on hold finally got through to the company, had to argue with them about a refund. Don't trust these guys.

Never received product after 3 1/2 months. Apparently on "backorder". At time of order it showed 1 brand of chemical was NOT available but it had a replacement brand listed. NO MENTION OF THIS PRODUCT BEING ON BACKORDER. Why put out a tracking number and go ahead and bill your credit card if product not available. Hard to get in contact with customer rep, first rep i contacted 2 months ago extremely rude. Hard for me to believe NONE of this type product available when i see it on Tractor Supply shelves. Think its more they wont honor the price on their website because this product has about doubled in price this year. I knew this price was too good to be true. Bad business practices. Will never order from Solutions Pest & Lawn again.

The prices are lower then other places but if something is missing out of package you will never get your order right and what you paid for it. They will stop answering your email. I ordered some light traps and one was missing the mounting bracket. Terrible customer service, I received an item with missing parts and since they don’t accept returns they did nothing to help me received what I order and paid for. I had a conversation with Paul Fairchild and he stoped answering at the emails, i guess that’s how they do business.My recommendation is to stay away!

Ordered three products on May 2. It's now May 9 and my order still hasn't left Georgia. It's been stuck in the FedEx terminal since May 4. According to Solutions Pest and Lawn the local FedEx terminal is "experiencing delays". Every single time I order something and the company uses FedEx to ship their products this happens. Companies use FedEx to save money but at the expense of their customers receiving their orders on time. I'd rather pay a little more money to actually get my order on time rather than deal with consistently late orders. Until this company offers an option to use a different carrier I will not be ordering from them again.

After several attempts to contact for a week, CS stated it was out of stock when I ordered it (which it was not and still on the website as available). Have asked for a full refund. We shall see. Have placed two orders with them. The first took two weeks to arrive. Georgia to Alabama. The second was ordered 12 days ago and still has not shipped. If you have two to three weeks to wait on your product to arrive then buy from here cause they do have the best prices. I'll be going back to their online competitor that I've used for years because having my product in two or three days is more important to me than saving a couple of bucks.

I placed an order for a Flowzone Sprayer. I got an email saying it was on its way. I received a Fed Ex tracking number. The tracking number said it was scheduled for delivery on Saturday. It did not arrive. The tracking status changed to pending. I called to check on the order mad was told it was on back order for two weeks. I had already accepted work based on on its arrival. I received no notification, updates or status changes from the company.

Truck driver here all I can tell you is that this warehouse and some of their employees specially a white angry woman who's the manager or person in charge is the most utterly unprofessional person in the world. My pick up was for Friday, I was unable to get there before they closed because of an accident on I-75 which shut down the whole highway. Anyways, I got there past 06:00PM and they were gone. I went in Saturday and they happened to be off on the weekend. I get here today Monday right after 07AM and they refused to load me, giving me the excuse that they can't because they have 13 trucks to load, eventhough there is quite of a few people working there. C'monnnn now, all you have is 13 trucks and that's a lot for you? This is the problem when you have these companies in such small rural areas, they don't know what the words "being busy" means. Me as a driver don't lose anything. Rather, you're screwing your customer, plain and simple, I haven't even left their parking lot and I'm already booked, that's how it is. It is just extremely disappointing that this warehouse people lack the capacity or decision making to try to solve a problem. This is in part because most of the people that work in places like this have a very low tendency to have an education, therefore lack the capacity to actually be able to be tolerant, knowledgeable and problem solving. Extremely disappointing I'd say.

I placed an order through PayPal for a case of ranger pro almost 2 weeks ago, they use a phoney tracking number to receive payment on item's that aren't even in stock. Customer service is terrible and I've been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!

I ordered a shurflo 8000 series pump a week ago and was told it would arrive no later than today. I just looked at the tracking and FedEx had not received the package.contacted customer service and was told the item was out of stock. Nowhere online does it say it is not in stocks. Very unprofessional to allow customers to purchase items that are not in stocks. Will not use this company again, as this is the second time this has happened.

Buyer beware- they would not return or refund an unused, substandard backpack sprayer. There is no mention of this on the website, on the receipt, at the point of sale. We made several attempts to resolve with them. Very Deceptive.

They have good prices, but the customer service lacks. My order was damaged by FedEx and all they would do is cancel the order and allow me to re-order. When I asked if they will express ship one of the items they said only if i would pay for it. No sorry or how can we help. So far it hasn't been a great experience.

In December I ordered and received Dog and Cat Repellent . A neighbors cat is Tracking mud all over the top of my SUV. I paid almost 40 $ for DIY pest control. Product did not work . I sent a video of the Cat on my Hood and the granules in a ring around my SUV . Solutions Pest Control Will Not back up the products they sell. I am a 70 year old Woman on Social Security and I don't have money to give away . They also advertise Ask A Pro . that's a joke.Check reviews before you Buy.

The contents of the order were incomplete and I was shorted a portion of my purchase. My order arrived on time and I did receive a quick reply to my complaint so I will rate 2 stars for that instead of 1. Unfortunately the response was not acceptable to me. I was told that all inventory had been checked and that this is a carrier issue (the box was in excellent condition and had no damage). I was sent an affidavit that I must print, enter all of my information, sign it, scan it, and then return to the company. Who has time for that? The affidavit states that "I hereby certify that all of the information on this form is accurate and truthful. The submission of a false, fictitious or fraudulent statement may result in imprisonment of up to 5 years and a fine of up to $10,000.00 (18 USC1001). In Addition, a civil penalty of up to $5,000.00 and an assessment of twice the amount falsely claimed may be imposed. (31 USC 3802)." Wow! I just want you to make me whole on the rest of the order that you shorted me, not fill out an affidavit. Maybe I should have my attorney review it too? This is my first and last order with this company.

I purchased a low profile skid sprayer for my business. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Initially I thought my spray gun that I ordered was lost and they promptly shipped me another one without any hesitation. Turns out it was totally my fault a gun was in the tank which I looked into but not good enough obviously. The service department was patient and understanding and they obviously take customer service very seriously. I will never look anywhere else when I need products that they supply. I found Solutions Pest & Lawn through their informative videos on how to apply an insecticide I was researching to resolve a white fly infestation on my Hibiscus plants. Their prices were very reasonable including protective gloves. I also notice a mistake I made in entering my address after I placed my order. When I called, the phone was answered quickly and the address was corrected before the order was shipped on the same day as my order. Hope to have the Dominion 2L in a few days and rid my plants of the white flies! Thank you!
